😠 I don't know if UPS in US is aware about the horrible service that is being served here or not. They NEVER answer the phone. They always over charge.     I don't know if UPS in US is aware about the horrible service that is being served here or not. They NEVER answer the phone. They always over charge. I don't know why anyone in his right mind would use their service!!

    their delivery is one of the worst you could possibly imagine, I receive a notification stating that there was an attempt of delivery but no one was there, while no one called me nor showed up, then when I call their call center, no one answers. I was able to get on hold with support the following day, promised me that the item will be delivered before 12:00 pm, no one showed up, and when I try to call again, no one is picking up. truly horrible

    They are very bad interim of way of communication and even answering machine you can not even understand what they are recording as options , They are very aggressive when they asking for payment even not logic and without any information in advance plus I pay the delivery cost of shipment, The delivery man he doesn’t has any polite way how he has to stand In front of customers doors, There is no details for payment... only cost to clear the item..... where is invoice cleranc...No nothing....only paper of UPS.... not recommended

    The worst ever. They charge you more than what you paid for shipping from outside. One time I asked for formal reciepts and they disappeared and never came back to me and my package was sent back to the sender. I kept calling them , and I was always getting no answer. The phone kept ringging forever.

    I would give negative rating to their service in kuwait. Even after parcel reaching kuwait they purposely stall the deliver so that we contact them. And when we do they ask for extra money which will not be mentioned in phone but a driver who delivers will tell. Horrible horrible people. It was a huge loss for me choosing UPS

    Called today this morning and I got a quick response to Ms. Faizza in just seconds. Asked the status of my parcel, checked and gave me a callback. Very supportive and well informative agent. I hope UPS Kuwait will get more agents like her to expand the customer service and avoid inconvenience to the customers. Well Done!

    was really scared when I saw reviews but they did a good job, package was delivered 1 day after the delivery date and was in good condition all over could be better if they had more communication with customers

    I bought a product from Newegg and had to return it, I went there to drop it off as the return was prepaid by Newegg. The staff their was very good and very helpful. I don't know what everyone else is talking about. I had a great experience and will recommend them to everyone. I would suggest UPS open more drop off locations all over Kuwait

    Shipment arrived at destination and in their custody for more than a week and delivery was not arranged. I had to take support from social media to get quicker response. Ofcourse, I got the package delivered at my house in 24 Hours based on my complaint through social media. Those who are having issues with their delivery of parcels, take the issue with social media and I am sure you shall get your things done in no time. Do try with Twitter and get things done. Only 3-⭐️ for their team. Not sure why the delay is happening. Hoping for best service in near future.

    one of the worst delivery companies in Kuwait. they will never answer your calls. your shipments will always be delayed. i hope amazon never ship the packages with ups again.

    Worst delivery ever- we work since 5 years with UPS and this year we paid express delivery but got nothing - the parcel after 6 days still in France and there is no service and no one to talk to in France ! Amazing - last time

    I called their customer support 46 times(NO JOKE) & no one answers the phone and the shipping logistics is in shambles. They have no idea what they are saying most of the time and when you ask for an explanation, all you get is different replies from different ups staff. They have no idea what is going on.

    I don’t know why all those negative reviews, personally I called 4 times they answered and all was good, they usually ship fast within 3-4 days sometimes even 2 (from UK) so yah a lot of 1 starts for no reason tbh

    Good customer service and very clean facility. I just wished if they fix a big sign with company name because all what i saw was a small UPS sticker on the glass door and that is the only reason for reducing one star from my review

    Paid for a service/ Express from the United States. That was not a express delivery. Extra fee’s for customs and gas delivery. I picked package up so how were they out extra Fuel delivering? Staff very friendly and helpful , Not staff’s fault.

    The worst shipping company I've dealt with, and I deal with many. Very unprofessional and not friendly at all. For customs and clearance they charge 3 to 5 times the amount that others do (such as DHL and FEDEX) for the same shipment and without any proper or official documentation.

    Terrible service. Felt nervous about the bad reviews online, and unfortunately they were completely deserved. They only ever called once to ask for an address, but never delivered. Ended up going to their location to pick the parcel up manually. On top of that, they requested additional fees on collection.

    Good overall experience.. it was just I had to personally go there because no one was picking up any phone numbers or extensions .. as if they deliberately doing it lol Anyways .. don't know why I paid 5.5 kds to receive my small parcel which I have already paif for its shipping! But the gentleman behind the desk was so welcoming and friendly and gave me my item in a snap.

    There were no response so I had to head to their office and take the parcel myself. There are fees upon delivery. They don't have enough staff and with 3000k parcel a day there will be delays.
