A very standard hotel. Properly maintained and rooms are comfortable and clean. It is located in a very good place. Almost every useful things is within a 2-3 minute walk, from malls, to shops, etc. An easy place to stay when visiting Kuwait. The hotel has a Starbucks and a Buffalo's restaurant on the ground floor. Only negative would be the parking as it has about 7-8 spots. But there's a paid parking about 150-metres away.

Reception was lovely and polite. The room was spacious but looked very dated. The buffet breakfast had a selection but not a high standard.

Room is fantastic. Services received during my time was awesome specially from Reception Miss Kim and another Tunisian gentleman I did not get his name. Location is fine, however parking is a serious issue and this is really not good for such wonderful hotel.

They lied about the free valet, all the parking is done on the street side if you're lucky, wouldn't advise to reserve there if you had a rental car.

My review is for the Best Western Event section. To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, we booked their event hall on the 3rd floor. It's an ideal location for a small group (around 30-40 people). They have a larger hall on the 1st floor. The event team of Arjit and Sagar were extremely helpful and proactive for all our needs. When it came to the menu, we were provided 3 different food menu, but we decided to customize by mixing and matching from all 3 menus to create our own unique menu to cater for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. Sagar accommodated our request and gave us a great package. On the day of the event, Arjit and his team of 2 staff were extremely attentive to our needs and ensured that the event was a memorable one. The food was one of the best I've had in Kuwait. It was better than what most 5-star hotels provide. The only problem with the location is the parking. Since the hotel is located in the heart of Salmiya, it is always crowded. They do have a paid parking option. Overall, this is a great option to host your event.

We had a wedding party where organised well and need to make the food more tastier specially the sweets

Water was cut in the morning while taking a shower, I had to use drinking water so I will not be late to my meeting. The receptionist has no idea of what's going on.

Was surprised of how good this hotel is! Clean rooms and great service, very good breakfast with live omelette station and plenty of hot choices ghat changes from to day and the staff commentated our requests as they happen! It’s in the middle of a busy area, so plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within few minutes of walking! Will come back again for sure. I stayed in the junior suite with wife and two kids.

Location is great and both the dinner and breakfast buffet was very good with lots of different varieties of food.

Best place for hosting events and of course, bright idea to put Starbucks and Buffalo’s with it!

The best hotel I stayed-in in Kuwait. Very well situated in Salmiya.

It is an ok ok place, budget friendly with all basic amenities but nothing really standing out. Breakfast is decent. In the room, linen had some stains. There are not enough plug points in the room and had to unplug a table lamp to enable plugging in my laptop. In room wifi was not working while the overall hotel wifi was working , so managed with that. Location is good to get taxis and also Lulu hypermall is just across the road, so essentials items and hot food counters (indian veg and non veg) are easily available. Overall service was fine with courteous and polite staff.

Excellent Budget hotel in a prime location in Salmiya, has a restaurant and coffee shop on the Ground floor, and banquet halls on the first floor.

Rooms and serive is standard.. location is very good . On foos not much option for vegetarian but I feel it's not their fault as hardly many vegetarian might be checking in there... however the hotel can make some simple vegetarian food on demand ...that's would be great addition..

Excellent hotel with prime location at the city center and next to major malls, beach and hyper market.. Hotel is very clean & comfortable. All staff are very humble, polite and cooperative. All facilities like home, infact better than home!😊 I Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Hotel was conveniently located to shops and places to eat. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and nicely arranged. The breakfasts varied daily and were very pleasant, especially the fresh fruit. Internet was a little iffy at times but the best part was the hotel staff. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. Having stayed in many hotels over the years, the staff here were as good as any place I've stayed and far better than most places. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would be very happy to stay there again

A nice hotel in Salmiya which is away from Kuwait City.

Good place to stay. Rooms are Clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. Available parking and very close to Al Salem mall which has a supermarket and many other stores. Location is a really prime and can get anywhere in Kuwait fast and easy

Hard to find any faults with this hotel. Arrived at 8pm and check-in was the fastest I've ever experienced and the reception was both friendly and polite. I was also upgrade to a suite. The suite was clean and spacious. There was a well stocked fridge and the usual complementary toiletries. The bed was comfortable and there was sufficient coat hangers in the wardrobe (something which is often overlooked). Breakfast was good and there was quite a good selection of food. I would have liked to see some scrambled eggs but there was such a good selection of food to choose from that provided some compensation. Check out was quick and efficient. Had a very pleasant 2 night stay. I plan to book again in the future.

The pros: very welcoming staff, who upgraded me just because they have vacancy. Room is very clean and service is impeccable. Starbucks is a good addition to coffee aficionados. Room has fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and some dishes. Breakfast is just okay (not wow). The cons: Despite it's new, the decoration looks old style. The "parabolic" view I was given was awful, no late checkout, half day charged for up to 6pm and... the inclined frame in the bed room.

Hotel is central and walking distance to Marina Mall. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and supportive. The room was spacious and had good internet service, good fresh bedding and good bed. Decor needs update and curtains needs to be washed. The room feels a bit stale. needs airing. Overall good experience.
