Horrible experience! Please don’t go here. Music and Dj is the only reason I stayed for an hour. I was micromanage the entire time. They wiped the table several times for any droplets from our drinks which was super annoying. The bouncer told us we couldn’t record during Ramadan because of police. Why have a party then? The police should have shut it down. It was illegal than why tell me I can’t record my experience. I was completely turned off, he kept harassing me and my friends everytime we were on the phone. The host told me to get up because the table was reserved. I bought several drinks and they kicked me out because I sat at the table that clearly didn’t have a reserved sign on it. They are awful and have no customer service skills. Don’t wasted your time. They need to close and lose money. I don’t know what kind of trash establishment this is but don’t spend your money here.

I don’t even know where to start either from the staff’s behavior or the discrimination but there’s reasons why there’s a lot of bad reviews for bling. I have never seen worst staff club members ever the Arab bouncer is so cocky his eyebrows reach his hairline from how rude he is I honestly hope this club shuts down from how bad their staff are. They need to learn some etiquette and customer service because money is not everything politeness and manners can’t be bought that why their staff is hideous. The managers will not care about you if you’re spending below 10,000! I would rather party in a park than come here. Place was unkept and incredibly messy. All the workers seemed like they didn’t want to be there and favored their friends while being completely rude to every other normal customer.

Secret Room is the worst club in Dubai, I have never ever been to a place that was this elitist. The bouncers are INCREDIBLY rude and will make you wait in line outside and only let in people they actually know or people with tables. The crowd that goes there are even worse than the bouncers, they are all snobby and stuck up, with absolutely no sense of respect for others! If you're looking for an enjoyable night out in Dubai I would not recommend this club, although the music is great, the door staff, the waiting time in the queue and the rude people just ruin the place. Penthouse is in the same hotel but is much better with a friendlier crowd and better staff. I gave this place 1 star because I couldn't give it anything lower. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Horrendous experience... The staff including the so called "manager" who went by the name "Mira", told me and my friend it was 500 minimum spend to get in. since it was his birthday we decided to go in anyway. At the end of the night they added a random extra charge to our bill, saying we needed to pay an extra 500 DHS. After much disagreement, we decided to pay so we could go home. But that was not the end of it. My friend was then refused to be given his emirates ID back unless he paid a further 500. DO NOT COME HERE.

One guy from our table he get nervous because they try to speak about business and the girls was interrupt their conversations, complain to the bodyguard and he didn’t do anything! This place is filled with people who behave like gorillas and have absolutely no sense of etiquette, way too many underage people are allowed in with their fake ID's, fake passport copies or people who borrow older peoples ID's and walk in with it sometimes even thought it might be expired but they are always allowed in simply because they are booking tables or spending money. I spoke to one of the managers who work there about it once and they told me who cares they are spending money, I was so shocked when I heard an actual manager say that. There are also way too many guys who are allowed in but aren't trying to have a good time at all, they just stand in there and stare at other people in ways that are beyond creepy. Worst thing would probably have to be is that this place can barley fit a certain amount of people that is relatively small yet they allow double or triple that amount to the point that the club gets so filled you can barley breath or walk inside it which causes people to become aggressive and want to start fights and ruins the whole atmosphere. They even have this rule that if you are a man by yourself and want to enter the club you would have to pay 500 minimum spend or must have a lady couple with you, that's cool and all but I've seen 5 to 6 guys or even more sometimes walk in with 1 or 2 females only, even though the rule is that that every male should have a female with him otherwise he should be paying. Rules should apply to everyone otherwise they shouldn't exist, they say this is an exclusive nightclub but how is it exclusive if you are allowing so many people inside it to the point where people literally can't breath or move around comfortably? That's why when you go there the male to female ratio is so ridiculous. Be careful from some of the staff members as well, there is this new guy who just started working there, I observed him and apparently his job is just to go to peoples tables and take from their drinks without even asking them for permission! His duty is to take care of customers yet he goes around pouring from other people's drinks like it's his.

Recently partied there with a group of friends and the experience was amazing! The staff are wearing these cool shirts with alcohol tags and funny quotes and everyone is so friendly! There’s a lambo inside incase you want cool pictures! They serve snacks too so it’s not just drinks!

Awful customer service and dead vibes. Recently my boyfriend and I booked the 3 hour bottomless brunch at bling and we had a terrible experience. We booked it via WhatsApp chat and we were not told about a dress code so when we arrived we were denied entry because we were both wearing sliders. We decided to go back to our hotel to change our shoes (0.5 miles away). We were told this would eat into our time at the brunch so we made sure to be quick! When we returned, we were denied entry once again because of my boyfriends shorts. The staff at bling did not tell us that the shorts were an issue the first time and they expected us to go back to the hotel AGAIN to change. The staff laughed and sneered at us and offered no solutions despite it being their fault that the dress code was not properly communicated. The staff members in question are Natalie and Bianca. I asked to see the manager (Julian) but was told that he was in an important meeting so I’d have to talk to Chris instead. Chris was equally unhelpful and after a lot of discussion he eventually agreed to turn a blind eye to my boyfriends shorts however by this point we had missed 1 hour of the brunch. He refused to reduce the price to compensate. A group of girls leaving the club walked passed us and told us Bling was dead and not to bother going in. I could also see this as there was barely anyone inside - and this was a Friday night!! At this point I did not want to give any money or any more of my time to these rude people, plus it looked no fun at all, so we left. DO NOT GO TO BLING - THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER CLUBS ON THE PALM!

What made the place so cool is that you could rent cars and walk in the party with them. I had never seen a place like this before. Bling was such a good place to have a party at. The music was so good, R&B at first and then Afro beats. Everyone was vibing and dancing to the music. The food and drinks were also amazing. I would recommend it to everyone. Can’t wait to go there again.
