Great place to live I enjoyed my stay here

Excellent location and friendly staff

If your looking for space than this is a good spot. The rooms are pretty big and for the most part its remodeled but I wish the place was a little cleaner, there cleaners seemed to do the minimum cleaning however I do think it's a going bang for your buck.

Good place to stay. But the lighting inside the rooms are poor. Also breakfast is not good.

Good hotel

I was mugged, my car window wad broken, a resident living there who is a partner in crime with the Harris of the Building extorted money from me. Adding to that I was injured during the tiff with that crook to recover my Laptop bag with valuables and wallet. The Harris of the building is a big cheat, never stay in this property.

I went directly from the airport with luggage which was kept in my car for one night 12th June 2023 and did the booking from Agoda Studio apartment. The staff at the Front office and the bell boys especially there was one guy with a spectacles in front office starting name with “M” was very helpful . I was asked a 20kd deposit on check in and was returned while checked out . The kids were alone in the room at night but was very safe in all ways . The room in the rate i paid was ok a big room with enough accessories and furniture and 2 big TV in bedroom and living room . Would prefer if u can give add English Channel cartoon also. Area of little attention is to Maximize the usage of the limited car parking by providing a car behind a car parking in a slot and someone to see to it it’s parked in a proper way… Breakfast was buffet could give a little more option like to prepare a omelette or a sunnyside up along with this would be great.

The reception staff were very helpful specially Mr Ameen .

very nice and spacious studio apartment with all facility; however dont expect food to be that great.. but lucky to have restaurants outside which will fulfil the need.. so in short if you want look for value for money apartment and not bothered about the food then its the best one to stay.. all my rating is for studio apartment only..

Very good hotel apartment with clean, spacious and well equipped rooms. Stayed in studio apartment for two nights and it was big and fully loaded. The rooms are of 5 star standard compared to any leading hotel chain. Decent WiFi connection. Economical and convenient option for people wanting to stay close to KNPC, KOC and local contractors in Kuwait The breakfast options is a big letdown..... There is pretty much no options available which was a big disappointment for a business traveler like me. Also the hotel is located next to a busy round about junction so people staying in rooms close to that side will have to bear with lot of honking from vehicles till late in the night.

Really bad experience from this hotel and they didn’t able to provide the good service and giving falls information to taking customers & charging additional days without informing

Location is too far from areas of interest, rooms are small and furniture is too big for the rooms, one of the bedrooms the door wouldn't close because of the bed. The water pressure was dripping low, the sofa was broken. All furniture has glass tops, not kids friendly. Service is slow and inconsistent. Breakfast was a joke, space for 10 ppl only. Avoid

-The rooms are dark -There are no towels in bathrooms and you have to call and ask for them,and tip the worker! -There are no coffee in the morning with your breakfast other than the powder type while in other hotels there are coffee machines in each guest room -The elevators are not provided with telephones or emergency bells in case one gets trapped! The staff didn't even care when a guest asked about these points. -Left overs of yesterday`s breakfast is served to the guest next day disguised as another dish.The breakfast menu is poor although many guests complained. -If one complains to the manager ,he will give any excuse in order to prove the guest is wrong and the result is that there are no use of complaining. -It is clean but over priced for the poor services it provides.

The hotel apartment is about 40 min from Kuwait city - the hotel itself is clean appearence and the staff is friendly but sometimes a little bit slow in their actions. Rooms are well equipped. The breakfast is a bit poor for a buffet no real selection !

Nice hotel with clean and neat big rooms. Very nice views and comfortable stay at room apartments. Apartment stay with kitchen facilities available and also 2 bed apartments available as per requirement.
