A very good hotel with a fantastic location and reasonable service. I liked the staff attitude too much specially Mr. Mohamed Ala, they where very professional and helpful and I think they are doing a brilliant job although you can easily notice they are short in number. location is fantastic. Sheded parking is available and free of charge. Breakfast was very good and delicious though there is no much varieties. Room was not the cleanest in the world but I have no complain. View was very nice just opposite to Liberty Tower. Smoking allowed rooms are next to non smoking rooms which I didn't like, despite no smoke smell inside the room. It was a nice experiance and I recommend for every one. Value for money ++

We got to this hotel around 2:00 AM after long flight from Amsterdam and we made reservations on line paid off one week early and we thought we going to have a nice and comfortable room to stay in or a suite me and my wife and my 4 children but as soon as we entered the hotel the guy who was handling the luggage from the car to inside the hotel and up to our rooms or suite was mean and didn't smile or treated us with a care he was acting like we are intruder or making him working hard. and if we ask for extra pillows or sheets he will not answer or say yes I had really bad experience in this hotel Even the staff at the buffet don't smile and don't show you any care or respect. And at the day we were leaving the hotel I gave the guy a tip for carrying our bags around 8 dollars and he gave me a mean look with strange tone that he wants more of that.. The location very nice close to Mubarkiah Market but bad staff and bad attitude

I stayed at this hostel for four nights from 1st August 2022 to 5th August 2022.This hotel in the center of the city. So far, my stay was very pleasant from day one to my last day in Kuwait. I never had any problems with all the staff members and the guests - they were very friendly and I felt like being at home. The hostel is very budget friendly if you're travelling on a budget. I would stay there again if I visit Kuwait next time.

The location of the hotel is perfict for shopping from mubarkiyah shopping center. But need more room cleaning and the free wifi was too slow. And need improvement for controling the room a/c and we couldnt use the safe because it was locked.

The hotel has a nice view from the upper levels, however, the hotel needs a renovation urgently. But for USD 70 it was okay.

- Phone in the room isn’t working - Thin walls - The room next to us had the tv very loud at night to the extent we couldn’t sleep (this was reported to the reception but nothing changed), of course I had to report this to the reception using my own line because the phone wasn’t working - We needed extra water and towels, we had to leave the room to ask for it (again because the phone wasn’t working) - The hotel has no place for cars to stop at the front. If you’re using a taxi you have to stop in the middle of the road/traffic - No hot water - Old furniture and dents on the windows - The hotel is near Mubarkiya and it is a walking distance (this might be the only plus point) - Overall very poor experience and wouldn’t stay here again
