We
got
to
this
hotel
around
2:00
AM
after
long
flight
from
Amsterdam
and
we
made
reservations
on
line
paid
off
one
week
early
and
we
thought
we
going
to
have
a
nice
and
comfortable
room
to
stay
in
or
a
suite
me
and
my
wife
and
my
4
children
but
as
soon
as
we
entered
the
hotel
the
guy
who
was
handling
the
luggage
from
the
car
to
inside
the
hotel
and
up
to
our
rooms
or
suite
was
mean
and
didn't
smile
or
treated
us
with
a
care
he
was
acting
like
we
are
intruder
or
making
him
working
hard.
and
if
we
ask
for
extra
pillows
or
sheets
he
will
not
answer
or
say
yes
I
had
really
bad
experience
in
this
hotel
Even
the
staff
at
the
buffet
don't
smile
and
don't
show
you
any
care
or
respect.
And
at
the
day
we
were
leaving
the
hotel
I
gave
the
guy
a
tip
for
carrying
our
bags
around
8
dollars
and
he
gave
me
a
mean
look
with
strange
tone
that
he
wants
more
of
that..
The
location
very
nice
close
to
Mubarkiah
Market
but
bad
staff
and
bad
attitude
