I had a pleasant stay at the Grand Majestic Hotel in Kuwait. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. While it may be considered basic, it exceeded my expectations. It's a decent option if you're looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Spent 2 weeks there for work, easily checked in at 3am after 10 hours of flight, it was a perfect stay! From the room to the restaurant to the staff, everything was perfect and made the trip easier for me in Kuwait. The food is very good, the breakfast in particular is well organized and rich, room was very clean and quiet, wifi was good throughout the whole hotel and there's also a nice gym. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for work!

New Hotel ( 2019) Room are very clean, furniture new. Room supplies is not there , you have to ask for that ( e.g: hair dryer, iron, slippers ...etc Room isolation is not excellant. I stayed here on 16th of July. I arrived midnight after an 8 hour flight. The friendly reception told me i could pay tomorrow morning after i had a good rest and they helped me carry my luggage to my room where i had a very good night rest. The room was very clean and had everything necessary. The view was also incredible. The hotel is close to al assima mall. There's a lot of parking spaces outside. Unfortunately no underground parking which is fine if you take a taxi anyway. I'd definitely come here again.

The hotel is around 20-25 min drive from the airport. Nice spacious rooms. Extremely polite, helpful and supportive staff. Centrally located nice property.. the breakfast spread is nice and there is some or the other thing for everyone's taste. However ala carte dishes take ample time to be prepared and served. Would definitely stay again

I went there just for breakfast. Its a good place. Clean , classy and quiet. Beautiful decor and great view. The breakfast is average. Not enough "sweety" choices. But delicious . The best point is the staff : kind , smily and helpful. We really liked the hotel. Simple, beautiful and welcoming. Just i hope they will diversify the menu.

Rove was amazing! I stayed there for one day, it's very comfortable and clean. The location is beyond perfect, everything is nearby and accessible. The service is amazing, everything from the receptionists, to security guards to housekeeping. I would like to thank Om for his great service, always cleaned my room the way I wanted it to be and supplying me with a lot of coffee! Thanks Om! Overall amazing exprience! Well well well, Had a business meeting... Firstly the location is very strategic and nearby the 2nd business zone in Kuwait city. Secondly, the ground floor reception team was super responsive and welcoming.. Thirdly, meeting room view was superb and especially at night. Lastly, we had the privilege to receive a quick tour for the hotel facilities and the rooms with the GM. (Mr. Haggag) The ballrooms and the gym were well organized. The rooms has a digital entry, we've visited the ordinary and the Suite and both of the rooms view were spectacular.. Imagine you are on the business trip, tired and once you return to your hotel you get super relax and enjoy night view. NB: Pool is not available They also have residential. Hotel apartments in Riggae, this will help whoever is visiting business trip Avenues area. Since it's nearby. Overal we were happy with the visit enjoyed the accompany of the professionals. Hotel was at an average temperature of 15C-17C. A/C controls in 3 rooms I tried didn’t work to change this temperature to something more common like 20 or 21C. Solution was to turn off A/C and/or to use a heater(s). With the A/C on, one heater wouldn’t have sufficed. Staff that helped me directly did not speak English well so I had a hard time explaining the issue. Gym only operates from 6:30AM to 6:30PM. This + other points of the hotel I was not comfortable with made me leave a few hours after arriving. Staff were nice and this problem escaped their knowledge / functions. Ex. They couldn’t provide a refund because it was online booked.

Place and conference hall is in 15th floor was with great view .snacks and beverages was great although most of the food items was served in buffet it was extremely salty.we can’t even enjoy.the server Arjun was super helpful.

The buffet was very delicious & tasty. Good Varieties of food with soft drinks included. Must Try. Highly recommended.

At first there is no one at the reception. I had to deal with a belldesk to explain my problem that the breakfast buffet is racist. They prevented us from entering the buffet because my friend was wearing short below the knee, even though we had paid for breakfast in advance. Our day plans were canceled because of them . Even the manager is non helpful . He didn't feel sorry for what happened

My experience at the hotel was a wonderful experience with my family members, starting from the reception until leaving the place. The staff was very nice and quick to respond, the place was clean, great hotel services, and a beautiful view of the city. I also thank Mr. Antoun for his good treatment and kindness. Great experience with Sky Restraunt on the 17th floor, the staff are extremely polite, and cooperative and assistive in all aspect. Their smile is polite and welcoming, and they will help you in ways mean. The food quality is amazingly fresh, tasty and there are several varieties that you can choose from, I am thankful that I have enjoyed such a pleasant breakfast and hopefully planning to go for a lunch next time

Staff very polite and helpful. View from room and restaurant is nice. Food in restaurant is good however if You stay for longer period than few days menu start to repeat.

The price was good ( we found a good offer on a travel site including breakfast). The hotel is new, the size of the room is descent. Everything was really clean, whether it was the toilet or the room and its furniture. The staff was friendly and very helpful whether it was the front desk employees and their manager, helpers and the valet workers. The restaurant was good ( we only had breakfast) and the staff there was very helpful and paying close attention to us. The food was diverse and good too in my opinion.. Over all, a nice experience

An absolute hospitality. We stayed at the Grand Majestic Hotel Kuwait in January 2020, and I must say that we were very pleased by the outstanding service at the hotel. Very clean, organized, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms are very clean with good size and ambience. The hotel location is excellent and nearby Al Mubarakiyah Souq and Tahrir Tower. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is in central city place in Kuwait city. It is 34 floor building and good view is available. Top on rooms , service is very good , affordable prices , and really nice food . Staff is very polite and helpful. If you are Indian then surely you will like it . Service is really good , and their staff helps me alot during my stay as this was my first time in Kuwait

Had a wonderful stay, i was here for 2 nights and it was excellent. Main positive points are maintenance and the cleanliness of the rooms and toilets. Breakfast had lot of options to choose, contains American continental and local cuisines. The service was appreciable.
