    I have purchased an item online, from the next day they started sending sms saying that your order is still waiting for you at Fahaheel Branch. Unfortunately since I received sms I went there consecutive days. But everyday Fahaheel branch people says that the item is yet to arrive. I contacted customer care executive many times, they have only one answer that is ‘the item is at Fahaheel Branch’. Today fifth day same drama is going on. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

    I bought 2 T shirts. Which quality and looks are very good and price is only 3.5KD. Even shop is located in Avenue mall. I am much happy. Haha.

    The shop is very misleading. I bought two "S" t shirts and one of them fit perfecty while the other one was extremely tight. It is not possible to try on every shirt before buying. Please fix these sizes.

    3 trousers in an offer with size 38 uk tag are strangely 38,42,42 size. And sadly i tried 38 out of it. The remaining 2 are complete misfit which screwed my holidays and i m trying with store to solve issue...But next time must try each and every item before paying.

🫤 The store was nicer than expected, but I was very annoyed with the multiple employees following me around worse than a helicopter mother. Not much of a selection on the display floor for the bigger guys like myself(did not ask if they my size in back since I was not looking to buy right then).
