One of the best people I dealt with was Dr. Vani. I was very tired because of my weak body. The doctor was with me at every moment. And they transferred me to Al-Adan Hospital, and she was with me until she reassured me and made me safe. She is still following my health condition while I am at home. Newly opened Medical health center in Fahaheel Kuwait, and I felt very comfortable, when I visited them. The whole staff from welcoming to the reception, to the Doctor, to the pharmacist all very very polite and the overall experience was great. Dr. Ahmed Hamdy Salah gave us enough time and did a thorough examination and prescribed accurate medicines. A very good alternative, and I hope they keep their hospitality with the patients in similar polite manner even when they grow in their business. Because always there is an other alternative. As a matter of fact , I visited them just because of the rude behavior of the reception staff at the medical center on mecca street near the roundabout and I could immediately feel the great difference in the behavior of handling the patients. One recommendation to Medx would be to look into their pricing, and make it a slight more economical so patients can opt and afford coming to you guys. I wish Medx success and I would recommend them to my family and friends for sure.

I had the worst experience in Medx fahaheel. I consulted the MedX doctor and the doctor advised to take one injection.When i enquired about the injection in their pharmacy they said it is available only inside the hospital.Then i checked with the reception and they said they have the same and it will cost 16KD. I was shocked because the same i purchased 2 months before for just 3KD. I told them i will check outside.Later I got that injection at the nearby Royal pharmacy for just 3KD. Again i went to the hospital and explained the same and gave the injection and the prescription. But they refused to put the injection and said they dont accept outside medicine. The injection is same as the one they were having and exactly as per their doctor's prescription This is a clear case of injustice and money fraudulent hence they are refusing to sell that injection through their pharmacy.

It's a newly opened medical centre in fahaheel,so the cleanliness was upto to the mark. There isn't all the doctors available now,but those who are available are very good and cooperative, including the staffs and the nurses too. Overall i was satisfied by the services and most importantly charges are very less compared to others.

Worst Medical organization in Kuwait I have ever been to. the reception staff was so rude to take patients , doctor wasif adviced staff to not take any patients after 11:30PM where they have time till 1AM .. no one should take any patients with immediate response requirements.

Sorry but Visiting MEDX Worst experience, no proper management you have to search all the facility like government hospitals. Even their staff don't know the procedure how to treat with people.
