Slightly more expensive prices, especially for vegetables and fruits. the market is well organised and clean.

I have made up my mind never to shop in this store again. Three times did I experience that they either double punch and therefore charge me twice and the last time thrice for items I bought for one piece and did not bother to come back because they definitely will ask me to bring all the grocery items I bought for them to check. I still retained the receipt of my last purchase and they overcharge me for KWD3.750. I also noticed that their level of service has deteriorated and their staffs now are in desperate need of good customer service reorientation. Thanks but no thanks. I am not coming back.

Great for finding a wider choice of options that you can't usually find at the local coop. However, stock is not always readily available. I find myself often going and nit finding what I'm looking for. But I can't really complain I guess, as this Sultan center is not as big as others. My only other complaint would be that the staff is not very knowledgeable about what they have in their stocks. I often get puzzled looks by the staff when I ask for specific (but relatively normal items) items. At this point, I just tend to give up and try looking for it myself and failing.

Has most anything that you need, including toiletries, groceries, and housewares. The checkout lines are very close together and the ice cream seemed kind of melty.

They have a really decent range here and some imported goods I can't find in my usual Co-op. Nice selection of 'home' goods as well such as pots, pans, duvet cover etc. Well worth a visit and a good chance of finding that random item you wouldn't expect to get! Only thing is it's little pricier than my usual Coop even for exactly the same, locally produced product.

Quality has gone really downhill. Fruit and vegetables terrible quality, limited choice of sub- par meat.

Parking is a big issue. very crowded inside because of poor cashier experience, and only 2 are open at a time.

Cozy supermarket you can find mostly everything there. The prices might be higher than any other market.

You’ll find good quality groceries as in any other TSC branch but the place will get you confused with the three floors and you feel like it’s very small place and crowded with products.

Morning staff is so loud with their conversation. Ruins the early bird quiet shopping atmosphere. And plz tell ur staff to stop blocking the stairs…every time I’m there the stairs up and down are blocked by merchandise..plus these things blocking the aisles…

clean, nice imported products which do cost more than usual local products, nice people assisting you through the store, problem is sometimes no cashiers in summer and early closing times. The fish is also expensive. hard to find parking also.

Good for quick shopping but many items are missing, ATM at the upper floor not working

The vegetables are kept out in the sun after delivery for a few hours so by the time it gets into the shop it's wilted and sad. Don't shop early because all the new veg is outside in the delivery bay. Apples are not fresh. Meat and chicken are not added to fridge early, so again, don't go before 9am. Better selection of bread, but often the non-sultan selection is not fresh. They have a good selection of pre-packaged sandwiches and pre packed meals. There is often a long queue to check out due to oy one check out being open.

It looks small but I always find everything I need. I always find parking too.

I ordered delivery from here and the refrigerated stuff had gone bad. It was the coldest month in Kuwait and still ice cream was liquid. They should plan their deliveries better.

It is a well appointed supermarket with great produce, clean with some reasonable pricing. cashiers on high and busy periods should be inreased.

Indicated as 7/24, I visited at 04:50 however employees stated that CLOSED till 06:00. Such perfect professionalism.

Very crowded and not organized. Cashier line is very long due to understaffing.

Very nice branch serving most of what we are looking for in Salwa

Its nice but confusing because its built on a small land. So it has 3 floor: a basement, a ground floor & a 1sr floor. You go in through the ground floor then you have to travel up and down for the rest of your things

Convenient location but very small and can get crowded easily. It states that it’s open 24/7. It’s not! Went there to return/ replace a spoiled item before 12 am and it was closed.
