I am so happy I found this studio. It checks all the boxes!! Whether you wanna build strength, increase stamina, or just relax and recover! If you’re looking to do yoga (btw their yoga classes beat any yoga class in any of Kuwait’s “yoga studios”), Pilates, or bootcamp! It has all that anyone can need on their fitness journey! 🔥🔥 However the most important part is that you feel like you’re at home. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the instructors are honestly the best in town ( I really don’t feel like I am working out they make the class so fun and it time flies with them) and Yes I am biassed because I really do love this place🙏🏻😇❤️

So far did 2 spin classes with Abdullah and it was challenging in a fun way. Still trying to get used to the room but I’m booked again for the upcoming week… every day! I’m excited to try the Bootcamp and Pilates offers. The space is serene, comfy and no fuss or frills. Lovely staff and very helpful. I look forward to trying out all the instructors while I’m in Kuwait. This place was recommended by my favorite Spin instructor in Dubai and she did not give a bad one! 😊
