They didn't give her food.

Amazing 13-hour layover careof Kuwait Airways. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable for short stays. It is literally inside the airport premises using transport services. It is perfect when you have long layover like ours. Basic amenities and courteous staff.

I would not stay there, but had no choice because my Kuwait fly was delayed and they acommodate us there. You can't leave the hotel, they take your passport at the reception, rooms are old and cheap. Dinner was ok, not great. I would not recommend that place.

Giving them 2 stars just for home style dal they served and few places in hotel were really nice. Btw never booked them- We got the hotel from Kuwait Airways as they changed our flight to next day. Really bad rooms - they were stinking and were not cleaned properly. Staff at reception was really arrogant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SAFIR Airport Hotel during a layover. I am very impressed with the overall experience. We were taken in the bus to the hotel and check-in process was quick. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The bedding and comfortable pillows ensured a nice rest after 11 hours of flight.The soundproofing was exceptional, considering the proximity to the airport, as I was not disturbed by any outside noise. We were provided a dinner. The quality of the the food was outstanding, and the diverse menu catered to various dietary preferences. The attentive staff in the restaurant provided expectional service. Last but not the least, the hotel's attention to detail truly impressed me. Thank you so much all the employees of the SAFIR Airport hotel. Great Job!

Very poor hotel accommodation most of the time Airlines forces us to stay in the hotel with payment which makes the kuwait airways price high. Not a very good staff either as they simply allow for little.

Worst hotel ever , would never stay there. It cannot even be called an hotel it’s literally a gross motel. The food is bad, it wasn’t clean & the staff look and sound underpaid. I felt like I was in prison for 16 hours. would have much rather stayed in the airport at least it’s clean there. Couldn’t sleep & was suffocating. Never again I’m using Kuwait airlines because of this hotel.

i'd give it 0 stars if i could! worst hotel i stayed in the rooms are disgusting the carpets reeks rotten and musty.. theres no openable windows in the entire hotel i woke up with allergies because of the dust the staff is arrogant and unprofessional they treat the guests like prisoners.. infact the entire hotel is actually considered as a prison for layovers not an hotel. if you have a short layover i'd choose crashing in the airport than staying in here. very terrible experience.

Stayed one night at Safir Airport Hotel in Kuwait. This was due a delay in a flight from the UK. The Hotel is located inside the airport boundary. I don't think outsiders can use this hotel. The stay was very pleasant. Very clean rooms and toilets. The food, which was buffet style, was good.

The hotel at the airport for transit overnight stay no more. Rooms are not cozy and small. Rooms at the bed and the TV. Breakfast is not included in the accommodation. Internet works well only near the reception.

Safir International Hotel is a big place for function ,events, conventions and dining.

Was good hotel with excellent services, I been there on 18/12/2020 for 1 night. Hotel was booked for me by Kuwait airlines as I had transit in Kuwait for 18 hours. Dinner was very good and provided for free, but for the breakfast I had to pay 2.5 KWD/ 9$ in American breakfast. Breakfast fast was awesome. Hotels rooms was good for one night and I like it.

The hotel provides really good comfort and stuffs are humble.

Our flight was cancelled and had to stay here for a while. Clean rooms, good food, friendly staff. However, wifi wasn't working properly during our stay.

Its a good hotel. My flight got delayed so was given a free night by Kuwait Air. The food was really good. Buffet has alot of variety.

I had a one night stay at this hotel on transit. Food was excellent and plenty. Since Kuwait is an Islamic country, there are restrictions on Alcohol and TV shows. This hotel is inside the airport itself. and there is nothing to see other than barren land if you open the window.

I spent one night in this hotel, at first, the reception booked a room on the 4th floor, it was clean but the smelling was not fresh( mayble the problem due from the ac) they immediaty changed my room to the 5th, and it was perfect! Clean , calm. Professionnal team in the hôtel ! Thanks !
