The hotel is fine, I liked the staff welcoming us. I didn't like: the hair in the sink, the gum on the floor, the fact that you can hear every sound around you, and the bathroom feels pretty old. Adding to all the above, the room is too dark as there isn't enough light.

Nice boutique hotel with a well decorated entrance. the rooms and suites are adequate with small buffet with connecting rooms for families. The location is not a plus but if someone is looking for hotel with reasonable rates. This hotel could be an option

Wonderful experience 5star hotel 🏨 ♥

It was reasonable and quite comfortable stay. The room was spacious and has all the facilitates. The staff was brilliant and so helpful. The room was decent. Wifi was a bit weak and toilet towels were a bit exusted, but clean at least. The shower pressure was very nice. Although it was tuff to find a parking lot at the hotel, but the staff was welling to assist to take care, which was releaving. They were understanding and flexible in the checkout hour, and that was a bonus no doubt. Big Thanks to the service and lovely staff!

The rooms are good well furnished and clean and spacious. Internet is bad and cuts too much. Cleaning of the rooms happens only on demand, so the replacement of shampoo and soap. Safety issue : electricals wires are above the stove heads , beware of fire specially child misuse. Slow responsive staff sometimes Area crowded . They can work on most of the issues

Hotel is clean n space in rooms are good. The area where hotel is located is crowded. They only give one access card per room as the claim that they run out of cards. They don't provide u with the connecting room keys as they are afraid that it will be lost. They don't respect the breakfast timings as we reached there before the breakfast time expires but there was almost no breakfast to eat. Most of the people in the hotel are not friendly. They even don't know to smile.

One of the best hotels in Kuwait which I will stay in every time, location is great, Mr John is very kind and helpful. The only problem that the WiFi is too slow and not connecting properly

Wonderful place. Rooms are clean and look great. Staff are very nice and friendly. The only problem was finding a car parking.

Very nice hotel

No internet, No water in shower, towel with a big hole and no breakfast service. Place is highly unorganised though the property is good. It needs a major management focus on quality of service they provide.
