Nice five start hotel! I usually only go for wedding ceremonies the valley then is offered for free but if u plan to go the que for the door is long and when asking for your car it will take a while for them to get it to you 10-20 minutes! The staff are always nice food is also nice. Went to the ramdhan event the atmosphere needs work as it is indoor and not much of a vibe so i wouldnt be going again since its 28 kd per person. If u want to park ur own car there is 30 parking spots for the whole hotel which is a joke and they will force u to pay for valley. Never went into the rooms but heard good things. In kuwait city so close to the beach and the city center nice location

Last time was in Sheraton Kuwait was maybe around 2003/4. As I left it the level of service and how they handle you from arrival till you leave you will be amazed. I have not even checked out and already leaving them this comment. The service in breakfast is a classic the level of attention 👏. Well done to the owners and Managment and team. Will always look forward to stay here as I know what this hotel is a Luxury.

I can’t put it in words how amazing each and every employee of this hotel is. The attention to details and the whole guest experience is so fantastic that I haven’t seen in such a long time. I agree that the decor is dated and it’s a bit travelling back in time, but because of the service provided and the people from lounge to pool made a huge difference.

This place has the best staff ever! I was there for work for almost a week and they were all so attentive and so kind. The hotel is going through a renovation so it's a strange mix of old and new right now but it's a wonderful place to stay for the staff alone. And the rooms are still great just a little old school until they finish redoing everything but I also like that it had it's own flavor as opposed to most modern places that all feel the same after a while. It's got a really nice feel and a distinctly Middle Eastern style.

The hotel is luxury but it over priced as there is a private pool side for ladies// and there’s much rules for the gusts not so comfy

Excellent Classic Luxury hotel. Whilst the hotel is classic and some would say it’s in need of a refresh. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are amongst the best I’ve come across at Marriott hotels globally. Very impressed by Melroy in the club lounge and the entire team.
