Too bad.. around 8pm just today, i ordered this taro brown sugar with creme brulee, and yup, the one i got is i cant even see the creme brulee and on top of that the tapioca pearl was not in there at all? What happen? I got that one with 10pcs of takoyaki for the total of 5kd (.950fils delivery) i would hv just order a bucket of large family size from kfc for that amount lol .. i felt disappointed.. all that dark syrup is just the sugar, its like im drinking litteraly just milk with melted brown sugar for the cost of 2.100kd, Are u kidding me.. all of these cost of 5kd.. lol.. no more next time, its realy too costly to be honest.

Average 奶茶. Nice but not the best in Kuwait for sure. I would recommend 30% sugar to enjoy more flavor of tea. I hope more improvements will be made.

I would rate this 1 star. We went to try a tea/Coffee but disappointed at the taste. It was neither anything like tea or coffee. And on top of that price was higher than any branded coffee shops. It was a waste of money.

I tried the milk tea with salted caramel. It taste so bad and too sweet. The cheese foam is fake and tastes so bad. I tried in china and it was much better there. The price was 1.850kd so expensive i am so disappointed and will never buy again from this shop

Place is neat... Service was accurate thou due to the volume of customer when we visited, the crew wasn't so friendly and not even offer the promotion the store has. That could increase their sales I believe. Pearl was a bit chewy maybe undercooked. Zagu in phils is little better. Takoyaki is yummy, but bit salty for my tastebuds. Overall, its a good place to 'tambay' Goodluck!🤩

Good service, but the mango milk tea needs to be improved. I expected less sweeter mango but it tasted too sweet. I barely got any boba pearls in there. The brown sugar and caramel boba was super appetizing. Ask for extra boba. 1.850 for a drink, that’s too overpriced. But honestly it was good experience. I request you to try bbl tea it’s so good and not too overpriced

I ordered through Talabat and it was delivered on time…i ordered milk tea, avocado, taro and chocolate flavored milk tea…all was great!!! Got to order again😍😉 also I bought Takoyaki and siomai, sooooo goood👍

If you're missing milk tea's in the Philippines... The have variety of flavors. They also have Takoyaki, of course the prices are expensive almost same as Starbucks. But yeah! we're living here in Kuwait so expect the price is not the same in the Phils.

First experience here is fabulous. I had one cold Spanish latte ❤️ seriously I have never drink like this type of coffee. Literally no word. Awesome theme awesome everything

milktea here has awesome taste, highly recommended.

To be honest I've always enjoyed ITea through delivery apps, but visiting it was a chaos and I ended up leaving without ordering anything. It is extremely crowded, not hygienic enough upto the standards and you'll probably feel you're not welcomed there... I hope this was the one time I visited only as I really enjoyed ITea in the past.

They have yummy flavors of milk tea. Friendly and accommodating staff. Korean and Japanese snacks are also available in the shop.

The food was good especially the takoyaki. The avocado cheese puff was the best,😊😊😊😊

There are tons of bubble tea places within Salmiya itself but I personally love the bubble tea at itea! They have two sizes medium and large and alot of options. I would suggest you get the brown sugar ones!

Amazing cafe that's provide beverages and snacks (takoyaki[it was priced 4 pieces for one dinar and 8 for 1.500...etc, it also had many different flavours [such as mix seafood ,octupos, vegetables] ] the place also sell different types of cake[red velvet,black forest ...etc]) The worker was so friendly and helpful. The costumers were so easy going and cherfull . I have had the coffee jelley bubble tea and it was tasty . The cafe also provide loyalty card were you would be able to get free stuff after you complete the sufficient number of stamps . My total check for 2 boba drinks and an 8 piece takoyaki was roughly equal to 4.50 dinars

It's another Milk Tea Joint Thai style. They also have few Korean sea weeds which is awesome, given their prices. As per the sales agent, they at planning to get more Korean food items.

Has a good boba tea choices. Loved the Taro Boba. Also the fried seafood snacks👌 But the place is always crowded and has not much place to sit. Parking is also a snag.

Good to buy for late snack, as its cheap and affordable, the drink have level sweetnees according to your preferences

The menu is pretty extensive ranging from sweet, cold and hot teas, there are a few snacks like mochi, takoyaki, etc. I got the following: 1. Blue Butterfly Pea Milk Tea: 1/5, it was too milky and the flavors didn't go well together, it would help you get it sweeter. 2. Organic Brown Sugar Milk Tea: 5/5, this drink is amazing, probably my favorite, it's really sweet and warm (cold drink tho) if this is your first time here this drink is a good start. 3. Salted Caramel Milk Tea: 5/5, it's very similar to Organic brown sugar but less intense, it's a really nice drink and a safe choice. 4. Taro Milk Tea: 2/5, again it's too milky and it's surely an acquired taste just like Blue Butterfly, would help if you get it sweeter. The boba pearls are freshly made behind the counter and really nice, this place is a must try!! For your first time, I'd recommend sticking to flavours you are familiar with and then try the exotic flavors.
