The best breakfast place in Kuwait by a huge margin, and it wouldn't be a stretch to state that it could be one of the best in the world. They have lot of seating inside and outside along with a good view. The interiors of the whole place is done up really well. Quality of food and the service is top notch. It may be pricey, but there can be absolutely no doubt that you're getting what you pay for.

As usual we had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. Make sure you reach before 9:00AM to avoid waiting for your table. I will share some of my favorite dishes that i always order: - Egg & cheese slider - Ancho & Cocoa - Halloumi Slider - The Country Side - Lotus Dream

This is a great place to eat. I found smaller serving size than most places so I atr two regular meals. Parking has to be in an underground parking garage. No reservations and small seating. We had five people try various foods. All brunch but all fantastic with flavor. Food was done correct to our order and fast to come out to the table. Various coffee tried and jucies and all with no complaints. We will return to try other items on the menu.

Cocoa Room is a very modern and classy restaurant for breakfast and brunch, I think personally. Although the restaurant was full around 11 am, we got a table in less than 5 minutes! The servers dressed very elegantly, and the music was spot-on—creating the perfect classy vibe without being too loud. Now, let's dive into the excitement: the coffee was AMAZING , especially the Americano and Turkish coffee. We ordered Turkish eggs, and oh, they were beyond delicious! But wait, the truffle scrambled eggs? Pure ecstasy on a plate. My only suggestion is that servers could be more attentive to hungry customers. Cocoa Room is not just tasty; it's a whole experience with an exhilarating vibe!

Cocoa Room has lived up to the quality since years! Updated menu from my last visit 5 years back and everything we ordered was extremely delicious. Now that vegan/vegetarian dishes are booming we were just a tad bit disappointed having not much of an option here. 'On the house' chocolate truffles were tooooo good! Featured are Aubergine buratta, Freekeh salad, and brocolini basted with roasted garlic. Hoping they include eggless main courses in future.

Hands down, this is the brunch spot in all of Kuwait. Every dish we ordered was exquisite and tasted amazing. The service, interior and ambiance was stellar! It is in the pricey side but its worth every fil. Only downer is that they close at 2pm 😭

We arrived at 6:15 pm and they told us we had to dine outside at 7:00 pm even though my friend made a reservation at around noon. We were seated outside even though the seats inside were empty and it was only half an hour later that people started showing up and were let in. Even when we left we noticed that there were some empty seats inside. They were probably trying to stroke their egos by making people think the place was fully booked when it really isn’t. The food was below average to average. The music they played was really monotone and awful, it nearly put me to sleep. The portion size was abysmal and the prices were too expensive compared to the amount of food given. One time I went hiking and a raccoon tore my shoes when I was asleep and I had to walk 3 miles in muddy terrain, I would rather relive this experience than dine here again.

Always a pleasurable experience!! Honestly my favourite breakfast spot in kuwait!! Beef brisket hash & the short rib eggs Benedict are both delicious! Always finished off with a slice of the Carrot Cake which is to die for! Call to put your name on the list before leaving home, and be prepared to wait but it’s definitely worth it. Only negative (which was actually better last time I went) was all the meals arriving at the same time. This has improved and the staff are always very helpful and welcoming!!

As soon as I saw the short ribs eggs benedict dish I knew I had to try it. And it exceeded my expectations! It was so rich, meaty, and delicious. I would come again just for it. The other dishes were really good and high quality. Very positive experience.

Most of the egg dishes are good but the cheese fateera was not so great. The server asked us about allergies which is something good for people who need to be careful with their food. The drinks menu was a bit expensive and the Matcha was fine, not so good and not so bad. I wouldn't get it again.

Pretty great drinks, and awesome sweets, staff are very nice and they restaurant managed to almost run the business fully on digital base, as you 1st get welcomed by the staff and shown to your seat , then you scan qr code to see the menu and make the order online, directly the staff will get the order and serve it to you. Pretty neat honestly. I visited the Cocao Room recently, it was such a great experience. The food, the service, the vibe, everything was just perfect. The staffs are extremely polite and serve you exactly what you need before you can ask. I’m gluten intolerant, so they would serve the bread separately and also offered gluten free pancakes. I tried the red velvet pancake, and it was such an absolute delight. They also gave us a slice of cake free! Would definitely visit this place again next time I’m in Kuwait .

I’ve been missing brunch Sundays and someone suggested this place. I’m more than glad they did. The food was beyond amazing. Everything was so fresh and the service was awesome. Not to mention it’s in the cultural center so after eating well a nice walk around made the experience memorable. If you’re looking for a brunch spot this is it!

I dined at least 4 times and in all times the service was great, the atmosphere nice and the food was great. I recommend trying their breakfast most. The options are diverse and most items we ordered are great. Flat white is probably my favourite in Kuwait. Dessert is all average though. Not much to discover.

This is my 2nd time here. Both times the experience was excellent. The waiter heard someone say happy birthday to me and he asked for the correct spelling of my name…when my food came out they brought me a Happy birthday sign with a candle. Door was great. Service was excellent.

Everything was lovely, from the food to the waitress. The wait time is quick, and I love how they continue to check on you throughout the time here.

The best thing about this restaurant is that food is freshly prepared which made the experience even more enjoyable. You also have good selection of desserts. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. Capaccino is so yummy.
