When I travel the hotel I stay in makes 50% of the experience especially if I go to a new country. Well Grand Hyatt Kuwait exceeded my expectations and made my stay abslutely wonderful. First I would like to mention that it's one of the most luxurious hotels I stayed in and trust me, I visited 50+ countries and stayed in a lot of luxury hotels. Some of them had 5* for nothing, but this hotel absolutely deserves its five stars. Room: Everything is of an incredible quality, from the tiles in the bathroom to the bed matress which was very confortable. I have back pain sometimes in hotels, but here I slept like a baby. Also, I liked the pillows, they were made especially for the hotel. They provide toiletries from Balmain and they offer a nespresso machine in the room. Their shower has a really cool system with buttons (unlike those where you turn the shower by mistake to the wrong direction and you get a rainy shower on your just styled hair, yep, did that so I do appreciate the buttons here). For me, a great hotel experience is all about the little details. Spa&Pool: One of the most beautiful indoor pools I have seen. It looks so atmospheric and elegant! And they made a beautiful green garden outdoor where I took so many photos, it is really unique what they did. I also booked a massage which was really good and needed after my flight. Other: -The hotel lobby looks incredible. -Their staff were so nice accomodating all our requests, including a late checkout and they also helped us print out boarding passes. -In Room dining food was so yummy, we had it every day during our stay. Their mezze selection is one of the best I have ever had. -Bonus: great location as it connects to a mall+if you want to visit Kuwait, you're in luck as it's only 15-20 min drive from all the tourist attractions. Honestly I have no complains, normally my husband says I am quite picky, but this time all the boxes were ticked for a perfect stay.

The rooms are beautiful however the hotel staff need proper training ASAP. Simple asks and simple services are very difficult for their staff to comprehend and deliver. It became truly comical how bad the staff of this place are. It’s sad to see such a beautiful space ruined by incompetence of staff. The focus of the hotel is to cater to those who lounge in the reception aimlessly for tea/coffee or dine at the restaurants NOT on the residents.

An excellent location in the city center and there is a mall below it. The services are very elegant and fast. They were very friendly and the room was designed in a very beautiful way. The view was amazing. There is a Turkish restaurant that serves a wonderful breakfast. It will definitely be my first choice when I visit next.

Beautiful hotel. I stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately the service was not good, at some points strange. Water in the room was not hot at all. Which made showers difficult. The hotel breakfast was great with great service. I'm planning to go again but I hope they work on their training. Their staff are very willing to help and have the right attitude.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt 360 Mall in Kuwait. The hotel's location is superb, offering rooms with breathtaking and verdant views. Both the facilities at the hotel and the adjoining mall provided an enjoyable experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with a special mention to Sameema for her excellent service. One minor point of feedback is regarding the temperature; it was quite cold throughout the hotel, including in the "Istanbul" Turkish restaurant, the spa, and even at the open swimming pool, where the air conditioning seemed overly chilly. Another concern was the availability of wheelchairs. The hotel had only one wheelchair, which presented an issue when multiple guests needed it simultaneously. On one occasion, we couldn't find a wheelchair for my wife, who recently underwent surgery due to multiple fractures in her right leg. Apart from these points, our stay was fantastic, and I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.

I liked my stay at Grand Hyatt Kuwait. The location was great and connected to 360 Mall. The staff were great and very helpful. Everyone at the hotel such as valet, securities, front desk receptionists, stambul restaurant staff and housekeeping were so helpful and they did their best to make my stay enjoyable. I had a great time while I was a guest at the Grand Hyatt. The hotel's staff, location, cleanliness, and swimming pool were all outstanding. Danish was a fantastic and helpful person at the hotel's breakfast. The price was incredibly expensive during my stay, and the bed pillows were really uncomfortable.

The Hayat Regency at 360 mall .kuwait must visit Liberty modern brasserie , upstanding service, delicious food items on their menu , dessert out of the world , especially if u try their chocolate soufflé . Love and perfection . You want to comeback again and again . Hostesses , waitstaff were very professional And very friendly, led by an outstanding Managers Mr Watan and Riad . One of the best Eatery i tried in the region 5 star in every category.. must try .

I have a reservation and the check-in time 3:00 pm and I arrived 3:40 pm but my room isn’t ready yet, and after waiting for more than one hour the was finally ready. Than they couldn’t find my bags and I have waited again for one hour to find my bags. Unfortunately I was disappointed even the welcoming wasn’t as I expected. Bad experience 👎🏼

Have to give them 5 stars. Stayed here for one night for a conference and wish it was longer. The location is literally a few minutes from the airport. You can actually see aircraft landing and taking off from the room. That for a business meeting it is perfect. You’re in and out. As a huge mall, with plenty of restaurants and shops, stores connected to the hotel however, I did not have chance to explore it. The rooms were perfect. There were two USB connectors and two multipurpose electrical outlets on both sides of the bed, which is perfect. I have complained in the past of rooms that do not have any charging outlets here. It was absolutely no problem. The bathroom was large and the shower was excellent. The gym is basic with only one elliptical machine, and a few white machines which is OK for a hotel The service. This was perfect from the reception to the Algerian lady, in the breakfast reception, and almost all employees were extremely friendly, as if they have been trained to be extra polite and friendly. Dubai used to be like this 1015 years ago however, with increased business they have changed.

However, there was an incident during her stay where housekeeping mistakenly discarded her shopping bags with items inside. It took some time to resolve the issue, but the hotel acted professionally and reimbursed her for the lost items based on the invoices. Despite this hiccup, I would still recommend this hotel. The overall experience was positive, and they took responsible action to make things right. Because of the overall positive experience and their professional handling of the situation, I’ve booked multiple stays for other family members as well. If I could give more than 5 stars especially for the service I would. We stayed for one night for the Miami concert. Family and friends we had 4 rooms. Rooms are big and exceptionally clean. Bathroom has the toilet separated than shower and bath which is a great set-up. One of the best showers and extremely clean. Room sound proof from other rooms, although we were loud after the party, our friends in the room next to us couldn’t hear a thing. Now for the food. Room service was very good, the lasagna , spaghetti and Om Ali is definitely worth trying. But the breakfast was out of this world, it was the best breakfast I ever had. So many options, fresh food, coffee and pastries. The variety was very satisfying. The star of the hotel are the staff, there was not one individual who did not smile and welcome and exceeded our expectations in hospitality. I am a member of the Hyatt reward program and I’ve been to many Hyatt hotels and I am loyal because of the amazing service but this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Excellent hotel , however can't trust the management live up to the name. I left my special charging cable. Returned after few hours. They cleaned the room and obviously took the wire. If I can't trust your staff on a wire then I can't trust you at all.

Finally the beautiful Grand Hayat has opened and it did so in style 😊! Roomy and well designed lobby with a very exclusive library ( yes a library 😃). The lobby is connected to 360 Mall from so many access points and my favorite are the massive beautifully designed stairs connecting the lobby to Stambul restaurant (yes you guessed it right, it’s a Turkish restaurant 😊). The Chinese restaurant Mei Li is to open soon and I can’t wait for some fine roasted duck (a Chinese delicacy extremely hard to experience outside Mainland China).

Stayed here for 3 nights. Overall I had a great experience. If you are considering staying here or at Waldorf Astoria, this is definitely a better option. Food: Stanbul and Mei Li were both amazing. Food quality was excellent, service was good, decor/atmosphere was amazing. Liberte had great service and atmosphere, but the food was average. Not bad, but can definitely be improved. Spa: wonderful facility, professional staff, great experience. Room: very spacious and comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the showers. Other: the only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because of the service. Concierge did not handle any of my bookings, I had to do them myself. On one day I called the front desk/concierge 10 times and no one answered. I called for housekeeping at 2 pm and again at 5 pm, no one came to service my room until 8 pm. I told them I no longer need housekeeping because its late. Then I turned on my do not disturb light. Then again I get a knock on the door at 10 pm asking if I need my room to be serviced.

The location is very convenient and straight from the highway with access to 360 mall. The hotel is fabulous and one of the most luxurious in the country. The staff was very helpful and have presented me with a lovely spacious room on the last floor. I definitely would stay here again thanks to the staff, especially Salem from the reception.

Although I had a couple of problems, the hotel management quickly resolved my issues beyond my expectations and made my stay a fantastic one along with the hotels excellent rooms and amenities, spa and indoor pool and garden, and selection of restaurants. This is one of the hotels that proves to you that they greatly care about their customer satisfaction with their management and staff.

It is a true 5 star deluxe hotel, and a great new addition to the hospitality industry in Kuwait. A well set hotel adjacent to 360 Mall and the Raphael Nadal Tennis Academy, with a café overlooking the 360 new extension. You arrive to this spacious and luxurious lobby with nice seating surrounded by beautiful hung large portraits, and an amazing horses head statue. To the right of the lobby is the new to be opened officially the MEI LI Asian restaurant which is an exquisite restaurant with a beautiful portrait done by a local Kuwaiti artist. We were met by the beautiful Indian receptionist who took us to our table where we met the manager Ivan and his assistant Raed who welcomed us and explained the menu and assisted us with the selection of the food items. The food quality, the quantity, and taste were amazing. The dishes were coming and the staff were changing our dishes on regular basis. The attentive staff and their managers were always ready to assist. Then came the desserts. Wow what a treat, we couldn't agree among ourselves which was the number one best seller, as they were all fantastic. Then came chef Lau and asked us about what we thought of the dishes presented, and our response was more than positive, even the table adjacent to us were bragging about the quality of the food. Overall, it was an interesting experience for a new venue in a new 5 star deluxe hotel. Definitely, we will be back to sample the other items of the menu, and enjoy the beautiful and warm atmosphere of a great restaurant. Great Job 👍 👌. By far the best hotel i’ve been to in Kuwait. The room is magnificent and the customer service is good. One good aspect is that you can 2 min walk to 360 mall directly from the hotel lobby.

Today I visited Istanbul Restaurant for breakfast and the atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderful and the service was very excellent. I also I met the chef Suraj who was very helpful and I tried his pastries and I really liked the Konafa croissants, the almond croissants and the focaccia that he prepared, I recommend trying the restaurant

Really enjoyed attending the conference and the services provided including the catering service, but it was a bit tricky navigating through the mall and trying to find the hotel entrance, mayb some thing can be done about it, like placing more of direction marker and boards....

From the service to the standard of the the rooms, I can't think of a better place to stay while in Kuwait. The staff tirelessly go above and beyond to make the most of your stay at this home away from home. The rooms are plush and modern, beautifully appointed and the beds are juuuust right. Not too firm, and not too soft. I slept like a baby. The food? Honestly, the food at Liberte was out of this world. I think it might be the best omelette I've ever had. Do try the Liberte Loaf as well.. its like, a croissant - but in a mini bread loaf shape with seasonal jam and the most delicate whipped butter. Its enough to share for twi, but I could have easily eaten it all myself. Bonus points for it only being a short drive from the Airpost, it only cost 6KWD in a taxi, but make sure you have some cash though, as the taxi's don't accept cards!

Great hotel, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very nice and spacious, the shower and tub were nice! They had a great spa area with sauna and steam room. The pool was a great relaxing time as well!
