Disappointing. My car was giving a warning change oil soon. I went to request a quick service, they said I needed an appointment and to come next week. The following week I show up at 10 in the morning, wait in a queue, and finally give my car in for servicing (by now the oil change has changed to oil change required). The front desk staff tells me approximately 2 hours. It 4 in the evening now, and my oil change still has not been done; they come and tell me that the oil change is not due yet (in a rather rude tone). I simply ask did they even read the dashboard warning???? 6 hours for a simple oil change, and even then it's not done??? Atrocious service.
