Best cinnamon rolls ever. The aroma is so tempting and the rolls are warm and sweet. Very good dessert choice for sharing and private indulgence ❤️❤️❤️

We are regular customers of Cinnabon cafe Alain mall , however I don’t think this will last that long , the customer service is horrible today (3 December at 10 pm ) the male and female Philipino staff are treating customers in a horrible manner . Firstly we came and no one came to say hi at least or say anything after 10 minutes of waiting he rudely approached me and asked if we were going to order or just sitting , he never got the menu for us and kept ignoring us .. it is now past 30 minutes and they didn’t even tell us anything . After this we asked them if they are closed and he rudely said no … as if we are not paying to get the service .. and this is even the second time that we saw him and he was very rude even the female waitress was rude and didn’t approach us .. after 40 minutes of sitting without anyone coming to us or appologize at least we left and very disappointed…

Staff are not accomodating , the female filipina doesnt smile at all. Inquiring particular pastry they answer with irritation.

I’m the happiest girl because i got my all time fave mini chocobons! served right out of the oven - yep, i knew coz i asked for it to be heated and i was responded w/ “it just came out of the oven 5mins ago” IM SOLD. soft and warm bread that’s had choco sauce, chips and spread in it, drowned (well almost) in a white sugary velvet glaze to elevate any near-to-death mood was a sinful way to get your adrenaline back. best w/ coffee but then i preferred an extra jolt of sugar from a slightly frozen pop drink. WOW was all i could say - just the right amount of cinnamon- coz i aint a fan and that fluffy, dense still soft bread was just... amaze-balls. i could it eat the whole daaay!

I ordered a mini box from home and received it hot and fresh. delicious!!

Why are the waitresses acting like customers are eating there for free ?these are the Rudest waitresses I've ever met in my whole life inside and outside UAE .. this is the emptiest franchise I've visited and I can tell why ! If I could give zero stars , I would for this horrible experience and rudeness!

Waitress was very unprofessional and rude. Will be my last time to order from this franchise.

I really like the Cinnabon taste 😋, but last time it was little bit dough, and thick dough circles. Please take this note into consideration and thank you.

Although I feel "Diet guilty" for eating Cinnabon, but it's always a delight to have family enjoying this cinnamon favored delicacy 😊😋
