Terrible management! I ordered and waited 2.5 hours until the order arrived. While waiting, I called the manager many times and the only thing he used to reply with was “sorry sir just 5 minutes”. When the food arrived, it was cold. I called the manager and told him that I will not pay for this cold food. He then responded in a very unprofessional way as if I am begging him to give me free food and said “we canceled the order”. Again terrible management! Not the first time that I get issues from this specific branch!

One of the best restaurant chains. Though in this branch the food isn't always served fresh including the French fries. The servant tends to be tricky and do some substitution to the order just to charge you more. So always be aware of that and know how much your regular order would cost. It happened to me many times that they substitute the regular fried in my order to crispy curly fries. The employee had different excuse every time I confront him on why he did the substitution even though I didn't ask for it. One time he told me that regular fried doesn't come with my meal, by default it's curly fries and one time he told me we are out of regular fries. Every time I refuse the changes to my order and he gives me the regular order. I have seen that guy do same thing to other customers who are not paying attention and they end up paying more. The rating is 1 star is for this branch only. The staff need to be consulted especially the Filipino guy at the cashier.
