My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and we were highly impressed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the pool area, which was perfect for the kids to play in. The location was also great, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants to choose from. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with their family.

Rooms are big, but not well designed, couldn't find a power socket. Lights next to the bed don't have switch to turn off. Breakfast is very limited and quality is bad, all bread is dry, salad looks old. Nescafe coffee. There is a sisha bar, but quality is bad and price is too high, due to 100% tax. Positive is the pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam cabin.

01:25 am and laying awake listening to the hallway piano music. I’ve heard of elevator music, but hallway music?! Come on! Called the front desk to have it turned off, no change. The parking attendant was not at his station to open the gate. Did a lap of the building to find him wandering around in the front of the hotel on his phone. He did go to his station once asked. Reception was polite and prompt for check in. Rooms were clean, though a bit dated

Good price and classic interior decoration if you looking for that , in Dhahran road you can reach not only dammam highway, there is shortcuts you can reach hometown and GCC highway very quickly google it dude

In many aspects this hotel out perform most of the hotels in Al Asha, I will definitely make this my stop from now on... its convenient on the main road to where I work at day and a huge + point, let start with reception. From the time I book in she went the extra mile to make it pleasant. Room service outstanding they went out of there way to let it be an exceptional experience and now for the best of the best. I visit the restaurant and the Kenyan went out of his way to treat me like a King. Well done Coral Al Asha you pass all expatations and this really impressive💐

Im a guest only, restaurant is perfect with tasty food.. breakfast for Ramadan is delicious and it is opened from 18:00 to 17:00 for Iftar Ramadan. Good indoor and outdoor environment

Our deluxe room is pretty nice and spacious. Service has been good. However, the breakfast is not so good, no fresh juices or coffee, only sugary drinks and Nescafe. When I asked them whether I could have fresh juice and coffee, they said only through room service... shouldn't have paid to have breakfast included.

Nice hotel. Overall good . But some points to be considered for improvement. 1.Wifi was not good and stable 2.Gym was opened at 10 AM only. 3. Front desk service was not up-to mark. They promised to call back. But never. I had to call and ask again.

Convenient location for me with fairly clean rooms with basic amenities. Breakfast is not good. Very tight parking lots. Rooms on the highway are noisy most of the time.

One of the best hotels I have been in. Although it could use some little more regular maintenance regarding showers. Also they can improve by providing adapters because wall sockets are quite obsolete.

The worst hotel in Saudi Arabia. The door keys always have issues and there is no HOT water in the bathrooms. And the staff they told me that they can't do anything you need to wait 30 min for the hot water. Worst hotel experience ever. This is the last time i will book with them

The rooms needs improvement, the breakfast limited items, the hotel management not friendly. The staff are good and the lobby is nice and quiet. The coffee shop has great environment.

The Hotel Reception at Night was excellent. The Hotel restaurant staff excellent(Filipino). BUT... The day staff... not professional and they customer care guidelines. I got KFC for my kids & they stopped and started saying no delivery allowed and forced me to talk to their manager, without even asking if I was staying at the Hotel or not. Once the Manager realized that I am the Guest, he had nothing else to say. Please do ask first, if it’s the guest or not before trying to misbehave. Train the staff for basic behavior with any humans.

The reception lack the professional attitude with the residence. Problem in reservation booking been denied by their side and appeared later it is their wrong doing . It is winter and the bathroom water literally take 5-6 min to get warm ( fixed warmth: acceptable) and can not be adjusted . It is very close to the main road ( annoying traffic sounds ) hard to sleep

Good quality overall. Didn’t try the restaurant tho My only complaint is that there was no hot water in the shower 🙃

Very very bad experience, I reserved a table for Ramadan iftar and 10 minutes before I arrived they cancelled my reservation by an excuse of overcrowding and no food

Very bad experience. It will take for ever for them to answer the phone. Very slow in processing. I will never come back again
