I had short but really good stay Most of the staff are hospitable from the guest relations, front desk, security and HK. My room was clean quite The amenities Inside the room can be improved such as the coffee shampoo ..etc Parkings are perfect The access to the mall is really perfect, you can access the mall and get some coffee to start the day Special thanks to the front disk and security for making my stay better

Good one, but they charge too much for mini-bar (all 15 SR including Pepsi can and chocolate bars!!!!) They also enter the room to clean it every three days, even if it's reserved and you're out of the room!!!! Insane

I am sorry to make this edit to my review on Bliss after using the gym and pool for the past eight months as a member. Of late the pool maintenance has declined in terms of amenities and staff attitude. My repeated requests to keep the water in the pool warm go in vain on many days. Earlier Bliss staff used to be friendly and receptive. There are some replacements in staff recently and one guy in particular is very annoying. My review is applicable for Bliss only, not about the hotel in general.

Best 5 star hotel here in alhassa..all staff are good..easy to approach..nice ambiance..this hotel is the best to relax..good food, drinks and etc....its all worth it..my fave place to relax and unwind...

Too expensive depends in what you get. There are some luxury alternatives with low prices and high quality finish up

This is the best hotel in Al ahsa / Al hufuf area in KSA. What a brilliant service , professional ladies receptionists , very welcoming, smoky and friendly. The rooms are perfect, smart rooms and very spacious and comfortable. Price is ok , Starbucks in the lobby and great food. The location is close to the city center . Highly recommended.

I want to thank everyone work in the hotel, especially Aisha Al Afaleg. She helped us to in the check in phase and being honest the smoothest check in I've ever had. In addition, helping us by making sure everything is great with us.

I stayed at parkin, and Hilton before, I found that my stay here was much better than any other hotel I had stayed before.

The only down to this, my room was next to the elevator and people were coming in and out chatting. Took me a while to go to sleep.
