Front office Night Shift Egyptian guy is rude and treats guests in very bad way and unprofessional he shout and curse

New hotel with nice decorations. Very friendly staff. The room and the bathroom are big and clean. The Mini bar included tea and coffee only. And It is located beside Alothaim market, Alromansya restaurant and The Valley area

Bad reception which is sad because the location and hotel is good but will not visit again To reference to your reply it was not that they asked for her data it was the way it was asked. I know the rules.

Nice calm place , receptionist keeps eyes on the cameras continuosly as a robot, Recommended for work travel.
