Rooms not suitable to be occupied by human. Too old and pictures used in the property reservation website is not matching the actual status for the property. N They claim that it an 11 years property. I stayed in 40 years old property in Algeria and it was way better than this one. Even offshore drilling rooms are much more better than this one.

Images on aggregator websites are old. The hotel rooms are very worn down, with a desperate need for renovation. Paint peeling from the walls, no shower rail, shower head holders loose and almost falling off, no towel in the room, shower water not hot. The A/C is really loud and its difficult to sleep, plus you can hear the comings and goings of other guest in rooms next door very clearly. Yes its cheap, but Please just pay a little more and stay somewhere better. Otherwise you will regret it!!!!

Rooms are very nasty and congested we booked room for three persons and the bed size was too small. When we request extra bed they refused to provide and the receptionist ask us to sleep on carpet. And the bathroom doesn’t have proper drainage system after shower the bathroom was flooded and we want ourself to drain the water with sweeper. Room has bad odor of our full stay.

The furniture in the room was very old. The housekeeping staff were rude and uncooperative. They knocked on the doors repeatedly at inappropriate times. Since the walls are very thin, you can hear everything out of your room. The pillows aren't comfortable at all. There was no outdoor seating or restaurant as advertised. The toiletries were enough for one use only and were never replaced. I stayed there for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, not even once. The reception staff was good to be fair.

Not good a all. Need to be refurbished. Even refurbishment will not be enough. It needs to be demolished. It does not look like 11 years property. It's like 500 years old Buliding which never been visited. Even the service is not there. I lift the room at 2PM and came back at 2 AM but they did not prepare the room.

The cleanliness is good, the bed is good, but shocked when I came back the second night and found my room locked & the card deactivated!! for the reason my data is not in the system!!!!!!! In addition, as photo attached, the phone has no cable to call reception 😄😄, and imagine that I take my stuff myself via the trolley and got them into my car!! 😂 I hope management see this comment and try solving all issues.

Rooms are very small, the bed is not even queen size. But the staff is humble on request and they provide an extra bed. Funny part they didn't provide any room key as they said it is finished. Still I will recommend this for a day staycation.

Horrendous. If I could, I will give negative stars to this place. Reasons: 1. No towels (got one towel after requesting - one towel for a booking of 3 adults) 2. No dental kits (not provided even after repeated persistent requests) 3. Phone in the room didn't work. Not fixed even after requests 4. No kettle. Provided a broken one after request. 5. Absolutely empty mini bar - absolutely nothing in it. 6. Rude and entirely unhelpful check-in desk crew and the staff 7. Abject disregard of cleanliness. I am not a health and safety expert - but observed at least 10 health violations (if there are any standards in this country) The place is a plain house of horror when it comes to cleanliness. Seriously needs to be reported to authorities and shut down. Just couldn't stay there - had to change hotels.

Extremely bad service. They just won't give me my refund. For 4 days I've been trying to call the manager to get my refund. My manager tried to call him. Even his own employees cannot reach him. He just won't answer his phone. I guess he is only in it for the money, huh? Don't book here, they will just take your money and pretend they don't know anything.

It’s very bad and old, about thier services actually they doesn’t have it not only bad. One of the worst hotel I have ever visited.

Not enough parking, but you can park outside of the grounds without issues. It is a bit isolated to other places, but restaurants about 500 meter walking distance. No cafe / supermarket in the immediate area. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Very good if you have a quick stay. I wasn't able to connect to any WiFi. One of the men working at reception, could speak English

Very good place for its value. Two people, one night is 150 SAR. I can't find a better that. Very recommended.

I have enjoyed my stay at Alahsa Lily Palms Hotel. I have been treated by a professional staff very well. clean room .car parking. rate is very good I strongly recommend the staying at this hotel when someone visiting Alahsa.

IThe receptionist name "Saleh" is disrespectful to guest. He is so rude. He is uneducate person. He dont know how to handle guest. Poor Hospitality. Poor guest relation.

I came earlier than expected but they did not allow me to stay in the lobby. No one cleaned my room for 4 days, no drinking water delivered for 4 days. Kettle's power plug was not fit to the electric socket. Bathing water is too much salty.

The hotel is not clean properly. Carpet is very old. TV no working very narrow and dark. Old fashioned hotel. Bed covers and Pillows are so old never changed. Furniture is very bad and cracked. The Reciption to renovated to a new style. Less shaded parking lot.

Overall good experience but it was not the same as shown in pics..there was outdoor arrangements in pics but this was not present there on grounds

Budget friendly hotel and so expect minimum facilities, but not bad

Actually I was going to book for 3 nights, but I changed my choose because of the bad reviews which are far than each other, that reflect that they are not listening to the customers & they don't want to change anything!

Do not book this hotel unless its a life and death situation for you. They asked 3 guest with families to wait until 5:00 for check in for unknown reasons. Reception would care less even if you travel with infants. So think before you book. Good luck if you did already. I literally had to returnback in the middle of night with kids.

My second time here, years ago before the pandemic, there was breakfast, now no more. Printer had no ink so they couldn't give invoice for my stay.🥲

If there is an option to give a negative star, will give -5 🌟 because of there cleaning, bad smell in elevator and rooms, very small bed i.e 10-14 years old kids. Not recommend for any one.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful. I slept very well. In the morning he advised me yo visit interesting places on town and how yo get there.

Very smooth check in and check, only the room what we got has connecting door and the noise from the other guest is very clear. Overall was execellent.
