Three stars to the comfortable, rather luxurious rooms. Major problem for international guests is that the staff can hardly speak English. Communication is very tough unless you know Arabic. I was put up in the hotel by King Faisal University. University pays the bill for my stay in hotel. But at the time of my check out, the guy in reception was insisting that I have to pay the bill. I tried my best to communicate that university will pay but in vain. Thankfully one Indian, who knew both English and Arabic came to the hotel and saved me from the embarrassing situation by explaining them in Arabic.

It's a one of the new and well maintained hotel with good staff. Modern style architecture and new furniture. At good location and having three supermarkets in vicinity like #panda #Tamimimarket #Farm store #Extra electronic store. Also having #McD.

Ok for the price. Rooms are spacious but not that clean.
