Love this place & food a lot. We love eating their Saraya Halab Shawarma & the Shish Tawock in Pride. :) Middle-eastern food was quite 'new' to me when I got here. When I tried this resto, I started to love Arabic food. Verrrrry delicious food & generous servings. Prices are not expensive. So satisfying to eat here.

Visited Saraya Halab for lunch on a Wednesday. Its a Syrian restaurant located in Al Ain. The offering is good and rich, and the taste is good too, the staff is not that helpful, but as an overall customer experience, it was average ++. They offered complimentary tea after the meal as part of the Syrian culture.

When in the area must visit. Family friendly place. Food was excellent whatever we ordered. The waiting staff was also very friendly and quick to respond.

Though, the team offers a good service but still not enough. I found the lack of generosity disappointing. This stands for the side platters and It was unfortunate that I had to specifically request a complimentary tea after paying an enormous bill , as it wasn't offered proactively. While the overall dining experience may have been satisfactory, the absence of a more generous and attentive approach to customer service left something to be desired.

Experience the authentic taste of Arab grills here. Don't miss to try the 1kg special grill from Saraya Restaurant and Beef Shawarma. 1. Beef shawarma It's the first time I tried a beef shawarma in my life. It was the best is all I can tell you. 2. Grill Platter It comes with 4 small pieces of mutton with bones, 6-7 pieces of boneless chicken, 4 beef slices, 2 pieces of bread and 4 pieces of masala bread, 3 stuffed meat bread slices and a hell lot of French fries. You get unlimited bread with the platter which was amazing. The hot bread is too yummy to have with the platter. 1kg platter can be consumed by around 5-6 people Thing I didn't like about the platter is that, it's better to include some bread or meat instead of filling it up with huge amount of French fries to tally the weight. Also the taste of the mayonnaise and the sauce didn't come up to the mark. The green leafy salads were excellent. Don't go for extra hummus, you will get all of it in the platter.

This place is so special to us. We used to come here since we were little. The food is still amazing. Thank you.

DINING: It’s one of favourite Restraunt for my family. Food is very delicious and always fresh. We are visiting them regularly. Well done. I am regular customer DELIVERY: ONLY TODAY I’ve tried delivery service. Delivery took 1 hour and 45 minutes (which is unacceptable), moreover charges 25 Dhs. I never ever received something similar… or deal with Talabat, Deliveroo and etc or cancell Delivery services from your portfolio to not loose image of the Restraunt

this is a good resturant, their food quality is ok, like the average syrian / lebanese restaurant. they are more into aleppo food, they have some varity of food related to aleppo, so, people from aleppo will find more here related to their type of food. grills and shawarma are ok, but, like the general market. their prices are a bit higher than other restaurants in sandwiches and more in grills, while not offering anything special. this evalation is not for a single visit, it is a general evaluation after trying many options, dining in and take out.
