One of the worst experiences ever!!!!!!! I had an appointment for my son, I waited 30 minutes and they didn't even call for his height and weight. He got bored and slept. I ENDED UP WAITING AN HOUR!!!!! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND! IF ONE PATIENT IS TAKING LONG TO FINISH YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME BEFORE HAND! The problem is the place is empty I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!! SUPER SLOW AND THE PLACE IS DIRTY!! YOU ARE A CLINIC WHY IS THE PLACE DIRTY!!!! Also, some staff are extremely not friendly with children, especially toddler. I mean I get it children sometimes get on your nerves. IT IS YOUR JOB TO TOLERATE THEM AND BE ""GENTLE"" WITH THEM AND NOT BE FORCEFUL!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR I WOULD! My son needed to take sleeping medicine in order to do the hearing test. The said the medicine needs 40 minutes to activates. I WAITED 40 MINUTES WHY DIDN'T THEY GAVE USE THE MEDICINE AT THAT TIME. After they gave us the medicine I had to wait in the waiting area where there are children playing, screaming, running and moving. So you want a toddler to sleep in a place full of noise!!! I'm shocked!!! I waited 40 minutes after they gave us the medicine and of course my son couldn't sleep THEN they take us to a quiet room. They are not organized and they don't have a quite place for a child to sleep in peace. I hope no one get to visit this clinic EVER! I will make sure to spend the word about this awful place so no one visits them. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Went in 2 months ago with shortness of breath, arm numbness and a fast heart rate, was seen by an adult cardiologist doctor Essam Gharib who asked for an ECG which came back normal. He also gave me a 24 hour monitor to check my heart rate and electric signals of the heart which came back normal. Not a single blood test was requested. Today, 2 months later, I was still suffering from the same symptoms, went and got checked in Dubai, the first thing they did was a D-Dimer and toponin blood tests. D-Dimer was high (1132) and I then did a CT scan for my lungs and turned out to have a Pulmonary embolism (blood clot) in my left lung which was causing all these symptoms. In short, that doctor is incompetent and I would advice anyone reading this to go elsewhere. An adult cardiologist who cannot spot symptoms of a Pulmonary embolism or even carry out the necessary blood tests to rule it out should not even be practicing. So sad.

DO NOT visit this place if you’re seeing a psychiatrist, horrible doctor, his name is Dr Mohammed. A pakistani doctor with 0 communication skills. Went to him with a diagnosis of adhd and my previous medications. He refused to prescribe me my medicines and said he didn’t believe my problem. Truly disappointing. Paid an amount for nothing, never trust them.

Wasted my time. Never saw the doctor because VIP people were given priority. After waiting for 1h I left. I felt discriminated against.

The third bad experience in this center, they give you appointments to see the doctor at a specific time, and they make you wait for more than an hour, and when you ask them they tell you that we will check, do not be afraid if someone go inside before you. Bad management in general.

Not only does this health center not contain a wheelchair accessible bathroom, it seems that having an appointment is useless since we had to wait for over an hour just to be seen by the doctor. That being said, the doctor was pleasant and took good care of my father during our visit.

Great medical center, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Highly recommend. Excellent Doctors and Staff. Very accomodating 😊

Brought my daughter there last week and I was very satisfied with their service. My daughter's insurance wasn't covered there had to pay cash but it was all worth it. Dr. Dalal Nasr and Dr. Rashid Salem are amazing. They're so nice and was really patient and has empathy to their patients. We really appreciate their concern and kindness. The nurses and staffs are also really nice. With this post I would like to thank the nurses and Dr. Dalal and Pediatric Neurologist Dr. Rashid for having us their. The centre indeed deserves its name The Heart Medical Centre as the staffs their are really working with a heart. Thank you.

No one is always answering on their main number and mobile number whatsapp. Once you called the business number, they will tell you they are not the one responsible. Only one person, hanan is responsible mostly on all access and she is only available up to 5 pm.

Very accommodating,polite,respectful nurses and doctors especially nurse janice and doctor ala for having a big heart for all their patients,i bring my daughter for check up and they charge it for free since she doesn’t have insurance it was a big help for us to continue the medication for my daughter and that’s because of their good heart if there is 10 star I would gladly gave ten star for them. Don't go here. Especially don't get an appointment for cardiology. cardiologists are incompetent, very unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could, or even negative stars. I discovered later I had pulmonary embolism but when I went here, the doctor just did a stress test and said I was okay, then he insulted me and made fun of my weight (even though I am normal BMI) and called me lazy, but I wasn't, it was because I had a shortness of breath from the blood clot you failed to diagnose. Just go to a hospital... those are where the true doctors are

5 stars for the excellent service of Doctor Danny and Nurse Janice, what a lovely tandem as they are both approachable and accommodating. I just had my last session with them today and I am so thankful varicose and spider veins will eventually be gone.
