This hotel has so much potential. The rooms are nice, spacious, and have really amazing views. However the quality feels lacking compared to some of the other hotels. No mini fridge, no coffee pot, and the room had some plumbing issues. The grounds were awesome. So much to do in the hotel. The casino was great. Friendly staff, fun environment, and clean. I wish it was a little more updated.

Fantastic hotel to rest your weary body after walking miles on the Strip. I understand why it's rated so high and highly recommended. Excellent service, luxurious, gorgeous views from the rooms and those fountains. Super clean everywhere in the resort. Pools are outstanding, conservatory (atrium) is beautiful, lobby area is . Casino is great. Furnishings and art is impeccable. Staff is very helpful, friendly, polite and professional. Rooms are large and comfortable. If you need anything, service staff is there... immediately. As for the fountains of Bellagio, they are the best show to watch day or night...especially at night. Everything is top notch at this hotel. Can't wait to stay again the next time I am in Las Vegas.

Bellagio, a standout 5-star hotel, provided an exceptional experience. The rooms were luxurious, offering top-notch comfort. Service was consistently outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff. This hotel is a one-stop destination, offering everything you could ask for in terms of dining, entertainment, and relaxation. From iconic fountains to meticulously designed interiors, Bellagio exudes elegance. It has become my go-to choice in Vegas, and I highly recommend it for a memorable and first-class stay.

Hard to define what's best about this place. The room was fantastic. Clean and nicely appointed. The views were equally fantastic. I'd gladly stay here again and again. The staff was equally fantastic, warm, personable and friendly. We really felt treated here as guest.

Got married in Vegas and stayed here. We expected luxury and excellent service given the price and reputation but got neither. Room was nice but there was no free water, tea/coffee and basic toiletries. When I said this to staff they patronisingly said “sorry you’re disappointed” and offered nothing more. We were also expected to pay a $350 deposit on top of the $1200 for two nights which was a lot considering we don’t have a credit card. When I queried this I was told it was standard, we were not charged any deposit at the flamingo for the two nights before and overall they were basically the same but at different price points. Mini bar had sensors so if you moved something you were charged(including $22 bottled water!) we were fine with this but we’re surprised to see there was no room for our own drinks in the fridge. We were in a non smoking room but the room smelled strongly of marijuana when the guests next door smoked. The whole resort was insanely busy during our stay and had more of a party vibe than luxury which the price really should reflect. On a positive the restaurants on-site are great and the lady that checked us in upgraded our room but it was still not worth the cost. Would not stay here again given the price

Wow! This hotel blew our minds. We had a view of the fountains from our room, which was clean, luxurious, and a dream of a room. The bathroom was so clean and decadent. The hotel itself was glorious with flowers everywhere and was so clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel so special on checking in. The many restaurants, cafes, and bars were really lovely. We ate in the buffet and had nothing but praise for it. The fountains were such a lovely view and charming to watch in the evening with the fountains matching the beat of the music. The location on the strip allowed us to enjoy the views and other casinos, though we found that we could have happily stayed within the Bellagio with no need to leave. The Bellagio is pure luxury and outdid all of our expectations. There is nothing negative we can say. We love the Bellagio and will be returning. Thank you!

The basic room was very upscale. The property is clean and easy to navigate. Snacks is open 24 hours for those with late night partying aspirations. The fountain show is always fun to watch. The pools are relaxed and lots of chairs are available. I was there for a conference and the facilities were great. This was one of my best Vegas experiences

This is one of the nicest hotels in the strip. The botanical garden area is lavishly decorated and looks amazing for the Chinese Lunar New Year! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was very quiet so we slept very well. The pools were mostly closed for the off season, but there was still a temperature controlled pool and two hot tubs open. They were perfect!! Of course, the Fountains were amazing! There was just one day in which the housekeeping team was understaffed, and our room was skipped for housekeeping. We had to call twice to get a little service later that day. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Really good rooms and service! Highly recommend. We got the premier strip view king room, it is pretty good! The size is decent and the room doesn't have any funky smells! They offer a great set of complimentary items including a very nice pair of slippers! The location is also very good, the fountain view is definitely something I recommend! We were able to get to O very quickly and go back to the room quickly too! The included breakfast is good too, you have several choices between different places! I recommend reading my other reviews for restaurants and see the pictures there! Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

A great experience. The restaurants were very nice. Rooms were well kept and modern. The casino was absolutely mobbed for a Wednesday, which is to be expected. However compared to the other casinos we stopped by, it made the Bellagio look like time square on new years. Will definitely be staying here again.

Loved it the rooms where beautiful. Every room I went to the view was wonderful. Hospitality was great loved our house keeper. They kinda messed up our reservation all my family supposed to been in the same tower but it was cool. The food was highly expensive there and it was good. We spent a lot of money the food could of been better. Besides that I had a wonderful time at the Bellagio. The organizers for my niece's wedding was wondering if was the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to. Everything went exactly as it was planned.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Bellagio. The recently updated rooms were very nice and comfortable. The location is super convenient on the strip. The casino is well kept and has every game you would want, as you would expect. The fountain - what can I say, it's such a treat. The pool complex is better than we expected, and having two bars available makes it very easy to spend long hours there. Definitely get down to the pool early though, it can be extremely competitive to get a chair.

This place is always very classy. One of MGM's best first class hotels. I didn't stay here during this visit. I have in years past. The Holiday decorations were Top Notch just outside of the lobby area. Really quite spectacular!

Amazing all around. The hotel is stunning. They have a whole luxury mall with any designer brand you want, a botanical garden and beautiful interior. The room is nice and is worth it to get the fountain view. The room service was surprisingly really tasty and some of the best room service food I had but definitely expensive. I got the rigatoni Alfredo pasta with chicken, my boyfriend got the chicken tenders and it was $150. We got the V.I.P. Package but we didn’t really have any perks other than the private check in. Not sure if I’d pay an additional $100 a day for that again. The casino is nice and spacious but a little too much smoke for me. Wasn’t unbearable though for a few hours. I’d definitely revisit this hotel over any in Las Vegas.

I have absolutely no words. I am in shock on how amazing this resort was. I don't even know where to start because there are so many good things to say about this place. First off, the staff was very nice and welcoming in fact. We had stayed 2 nights on floor 18 and the views were stunning. And the water show was outstanding. I highly recommend.

We stayed here in the winter. Lets say blown away was an understatement. They transformed the main area into a Christmas wonderland of fixtures all put together with flowers! It was absolutely stunning and breath taking! The rooms were up to date and very clean! Service was also on point. Casino floors weren't as generous with payouts. But it was a great stay overall. Hope you a enjoy the photos.

Bellagio does a great job! My view was great in a one bedroom fountain view suite. The room cost was roughly $1500 per night for each of the nights I stayed in Vegas. I was able to look directly out of my window and see the fountains perfect. The hotel staff takes care of you too! Fantastic resort!

This is my first visit to Vegas and definitely isn't my last. The garden was amazing and beautiful. The fountain show was just as amazing. I was speechless, the hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. I hope to book there in the future to enjoy the experience further. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The building was amazing inside and out. I loved it. 💯

I had a great time staying at the Bellagio. Love the Rain Forest in the main lobby area. The room we had was quite nice. The bed was comfortable and our room was nice and clean. The staff was so kind and helpful. All and all, made for a perfect stay. I really loved the big shower. the staff was really nice and very efficient too.

I've stayed here too many times to count and will definitely be staying here again. Check in is always super smooth and rooms are always clean. It's right in the center of the strip so there is so much to do around when staying here. I've only had an issue with parking once, it was already too full and had to pay valet which cost me $40, but was still a smooth experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful landscape design and luxurious accommodation. However this place is not cheap. I paid $5 for a bottle of water. However I came to visit the conservatory and the garden from the outside. Great place to visit and walk through. This place is not cheap to eat and stay. It may be worth while only if you can afford it. A great place for photos and walk through that won't break the bank, not the best place for gambling.

The Bellagio has shops, restaurants, bars and of course the casino. The room was spacious but nothing out of this world it was a regular room. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The view from our room was of the strip and the water fountain. The bathroom was a nice size with a large shower. The shower only had one shower head which I thought was not enough for how big the shower was. We went to a buffet in the hotel which was $49 per person. The food was good and they had a nice variety but some of it was cold. There’s a Christmas shop that had some really nice stuff. There is also a mail right across the street. I don’t have any pictures of the hotel this time since my family was already there when I arrived and their items were everywhere. Will update with pictures when and if I return.

Beautiful and WAY more clean than the Flamingo!! We were there to get to the car rental area... we stopped 3 different guards along the way to ask directions. They were each so nice.

The water display in front of the hotel was mesmerizing at night. Customer service was good at the check in counter. I did not like the absence of a microwave oven or coffee pot in the room, but I guess that might be the new normal after COVID. The room was comfortable enough, the window blinds are controlled by switches on the wall by the bedside and can keep the room real dark during the day. Of course I can't say anything about the gambling because I don't know how to. Penny slot machines were entertaining enough.

Beautiful, iconic Vegas hotel. Lovely interior and grounds. Fountains are incredible to see in the evening. Restaurants are top notch. Conservatory flowers are amazing. We stayed in the Spa Tower. I will say though that for a 5 diamond property I prefer Venetian and Wynn due to their larger rooms and better bathroom layout with separate toilet area. Also had to wait on hold for a few minutes whenever calling the front desk.

I get it: you're in Vegas. This place definitely has one of the best reputations going, so live large! Why the average rating? No room coffee / tea. No room fridge (don't dare try to access it or you'll have to pay a $25 usage fee). Substantial delivery charge for room service Etc. Being dinged so much along the way takes the excitement out of visiting Vegas ...

Very nice hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom tower suite. For the price I expected more out of the room. The shower head was half way stopped up. The steamer heads in the shower were gross. There were light fixtures that needed care in the bathroom too. The service was phenomenal. Just expected a finer room for the price.

Been to Vegas twice now and our stay at Bellagio was probably our favorite. Bellagio gives off a fancy boujee vibe, but the rates make sense for the quality of the stay. We had a double Queen room, with a huge double sink bathroom with a massive walk in shower. Room included a tiny mini fridge which was fully stocked with drinks (will be charged for it but the options are nice), nice television, and get this the shades are controlled by buttons on the walls. House keeping stopped by daily which was nice. Soaps were complimentary as well and smelled great! It definitely felt luxurious even tho we didn’t pay an overwhelming amount. The hotel itself just felt fancy, had a variety of food options, and an extensive amount of designer brand stores. The Bellagio conservatory was also worth checking out and it’s free! I think what I appreciated most was the check out options as we were able to check out on the television, mobile devices or in person at front desk. Made it a breezy stay. It’s also connected by a bridge to Caesars palace which was nice. I would definitely recommend staying at Bellagio if you are venturing to Vegas!

I know the Bellagio receives dozens of reviews but we received such amazing service during our stay I wanted to recognize the employees that made our stay memorable. The basic room was very upscale, the property is clean and easy to navigate. The recently updated rooms were very nice and comfortable and the location is super convenient on the strip. Absolutely loved our stay at the Bellagio. It had been a few years since we last visited The Bellagio and we had a few questions about the property and area, Cody at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful, he knows the property and secured a fantastic room for us. The rooms are nice, spacious, and have really amazing views. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, Gladys was our housekeeper.

Beautiful hotel and casino. Very clean and well-appointed rooms. Several high end shops/boutiques throughout the property. There is a very convenient tram that runs between the Bellagio and Aria. The fountains put on a fantastic show at the top of the hour that is worth checking out. Make sure to get your MGM players card to start collecting points. 🙂

We booked a salon suite with fountain view for our vacation. The experience was marvelous. We could see the iconic fountain right from the bed. Bellagio is beautiful property and the conservatory was decorated for Spring. We even saw show this time in there. I would book this property again for our special trip.

My AC went out in my room, but they fixed it and comped me for one night of my stay. I had a fountain facing room and the view was very nice. It was nice to watch the fountains from another perspective than the streets. The floral setups were nice as usual.

It’s the worse hotel I ever been. Not worth the money at all. From the beginning to the end the service was absolutely awful. My luggage got robbed at this property with all my jewelry we called the security service and they pretty much did nothing for us barely answer anything about it and thought that we will be satisfied just with a $500.00 credit to our room when the jewelry that was stolen was way more than that. But wait it gets worse, even me getting robbed at a “luxury” hotel doesn’t compare of how awful the service was specially from the front desk. They didn’t clean our room the whole weekend even we requested it and refuse to provide early check in and late check out even tho me paid for it in the app. Completely disappointed…. What an awful experience we had. I will never suggest anyone to stay here what a waste of money. So many hotels that are actually worth the money in the same area. DISGUSTING

Didn't stay here, just visited the atrium here. Always a fantastic job done by the team at the Bellagio with this. They always keep it fresh changing it with the season's. Never ever duplicating the seasonal theme the following year. Again fantastic job. Definitely worth coming here to see this anytime of year. Also the fountain show in front of the property is a must see too. Both highly recommend as must see in Vegas.

Stayed here for an evening before flying out the next day and the rooms were beautiful, with nice quality wash products, and a beyond comfortable bed! I feel like its perfectly located on the strip to walk up or down to other hotels and the hotel itself has beautiful features to enjoy! The conservatory is gorgeous to check out, pool area had lots of loungers to enjoy, and the fountain show is magnificent to watch! Lobby and casino area does get quite busy and full during the evenings and the hallway had a few times where it was quite loud around 1-2am but I would absolutely stay here again!

Life style of the rich and famous. First time ever visiting Vegas and the hotel. Both didn't disappoint. The hotel is top notch and sets a high standard for any other hotels in the area. Most importantly the level of detail in each location is phenomenal. Plenty of food options and walk ability throughout the hotel. There is something to do for sure.

It is typical of an MGM operated Las Vegas hotel, unlike when it opened, the Bellagio no longer really feels like a luxury property, but a professionally managed one. That's not all bad, but it doesn't rate a big premium. I stayed in a well-appointed suite with a nice view, but the amenities are starting to feel dated, personal service is very spotty and slow, and the place just seems like a big business. I used to really enjoy the more personal service touches like the quality amenities and the personal concierge, but that sort of service has been diminishing over the last 20 years. On the positive side, it still has a good set of restaurants on site.

I stayed here for a work conference and used the self-service check in when I arrived at 2pm which went smoothly. However, once getting to my room I quickly realized my room was never cleaned. Only restocked. I called front desk and stated there was hair and dirt all over my sheets. They sent housekeeping who did change out the bedding but no apology from the front desk or anyone. The next day I went to take a bath since my room did have a nice deep tub. Again. Covered in hair and dirt. So I went to check the shower, and there was literal clumps of chair on the shower floor and even on the ceiling! I called the second time, and said I needed a new room but was told there were no rooms available and they’d send someone to clean it in the morning. I left for my conference and came back to still a dirty tub and shower. All they did was run the water and never cleaned it! At this point I was passed asking them and I had to get my company coordinators involved (now the third complaint to get my room cleaned) When I came back, the shower was at least cleaned, but there was still hair in the tub. The lunar new year display was beautiful, however they did have a furry friend appear I am guessing with the plants. Google Photo ID stated it was a rat. Which happens when transporting plants and the staff were quick to handle the situation. Overall, if I came back to Vegas, I wouldn’t stay here. I’d go to the Cosmopolitan next door which is more up to date inside and better connected to the strip itself. Bellagio has trees in front of the fountain so you can’t watch from their front balcony without obstructed views, so best to go “across” the street to view this.

This is my favorite location in Las Vegas. I've stayed at many different hotels over the past 20 years and this tops them all. The service is always great. The hotel itself is very luxurious and every employee that you come across treat you like you're VIP. Plenty of great restaurants in shopping on this property. So you really don't have to go anywhere else if you don't want to. I've always had my best luck Here when it came to gambling. Highly recommended venue if you're coming on vacation or for business or just to have a great time in Las Vegas. Absolutely bellagio is a place to be.

We spent a good amount of time on the casino and saw a good variety of table games. Expect the minimum bet to be pretty high on Friday and Saturday nights or if there is a big show in town. Car sharing services pick up on one side of the building and there is a taxi line at the other side. The place is really clean and most of the guests were wearing masks, especially at the tables.

Excellent 2 nights. Easy check In and out via mobile. Keyless entry with phone. Clean. Large room with giant shower. Masks are required but are not as bad as first round. If you’re having a drink or a smoke they won’t tell you to put up your mask Constantly. 2 coffee shops and a line of about 40 in each every morning. Go to the bar if you just need coffee. Employees were super nice. Probably happy to be working again. Tip the help. Tip everyone. They e been struggling too!

The hotel is gorgeous as well as the marble bathroom in our room. The hotel is almost too large though and we got lost a few times. Our room was located at the far end of a corridor and it was a trek to get to the elevator. Appears there is only one central location for the elevators and not at each wing. I was there for a conference and it took almost 15 minutes to walk to the tower ballroom. Restaurants were also centralized/not proximate and it wasn't convenient to grab a quick coffee or late night snack. We had a beautiful view of the fountains from our room. Tip: ask if your room is across from The Paris Hotel. If you don't want to hear music from its nightclub until 3am (yes, it was THAT loud), request a quieter location. Service in the restaurants was great! Water pressure in the shower not so much. Also, had problem checking in on their mobile app to get electronic key. Other people also had issues with their electronic keys (getting into room or initiating elevator). Probably would stay at another hotel next visit.

Stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were very polite and attentive, our room was always clean and stocked with all products and toiletries needed. Paid extra for the fountain view and it was 100% worth it. The lobby and casino are huge, it’s hard to get bored here. Very unique experience, will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Las Vegas!

Go to Vegas several times a year, but usually avoid the strip. Our stay at the Bellagio was very nice. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The resort is beautiful and the multiple pools make finding a spot to relax fairly easy. Of course many food options within most price ranges are available. The casino is very large with all the usual gaming options. Table games tend to cater to the higher income bracket, but lots of slots at just about any denomination. If you play Blackjack, please avoid the 6/5 Blackjack tables, why allow the casino to take more of your money. If you don't know the difference between 3/2 and 6/5 Blackjack, ask the dealer and watch them squirm. I will most definitely stay here again. Our room in the Spa Tower included a lovely view of the fountain and the strip. If you use the MGM app you can check-in, get your digital room key and digital parking pass all without ever visiting the front desk.

This hotel is luxurious with all its grandeur stemming from exhibits to architecture to decoration. It’s amazing to come here every few months and see a new rotating exhibit. Currently they have a safari theme going on with detailed, larger than life animals in their main open area. Be prepared to take photos of this amazing structure. This hotel also has a fantastic casino floor with the best layout of games. The lighting here is also somewhat bright which I personally prefer to the darker casinos such as in the Cosmopolitan. It is a pain getting from your room to the hotel exit as you have a long walk through the casino each time. Additionally, rooms are nice but a bit outdated as the hotel is several decades old now. I do appreciate the remote controlled curtains though! Finally, don’t miss their spectacular water fountain show out front. This is the really amazing part of this hotel. Shows run as follows: M-F 3pm-7pm, shows every half hour 7pm - midnight, shows every 15 minutes Saturday - Sunday Noon - 7pm, shows every half hour 7pm - midnight, shows every 15 minutes

Perfect hotel on the strip, located within walking distance of almost every thing on the new strip. I was able to check in early and the staff remained super accommodating throughout the trip. Multiple shopping options and eating options, it would be possible to go and never leave the hotel if you wanted to. My family and I had a great time and will recommend anyone going to Vegas to stay at the Bellagio as well!

I consider this one to be a bit pricy for the quality of the rooms. That being said it has a great location and the whole hotel is very beautiful! If you stay here MAKE SURE to get a room with a fountain view. The fountains are amazing. Even if you don't stay here make sure to catch a fountain show!

Love the fountain display so much. I'm happy to see most of the lights working. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is always friendly. The only negative was that they only have one elevator outside, and if there are homeless sleeping in it, there's no way for the people in wheelchairs to go down or up to the next level.

This hotel was honestly so beautiful. I mean from the outside to the inside and everything in between was stunning. It was so clean and so welcoming. I had a fountain view room, which I highly recommend! I actually would like to move in permanently lol. Amazing stay. Thank you for making my trip that much better!

My stay at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino in Los Angeles was an absolute dream come true! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the grandeur and luxury that this hotel exudes. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The lobby itself was stunning, adorned with beautiful decor and an ambiance that made me feel like a VIP from the start. My room at the Bellagio was nothing short of extraordinary. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was impressive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the views from my window were breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights illuminated the skyline. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurants. The variety of cuisines and the quality of the food surpassed my expectations. Whether it was a gourmet meal at one of the fine dining establishments or a quick bite at the casual eatery, every dish was a delightful culinary adventure. The Bellagio's casino floor was a bustling and vibrant hub of entertainment. With a wide selection of games and slot machines, I thoroughly enjoyed trying my luck and experiencing the excitement of the casino atmosphere. The staff at the casino were friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. What truly sets the Bellagio apart is its stunning fountain show. The synchronized water, light, and music spectacle was mesmerizing and a must-see for anyone visiting the hotel. It was an unforgettable moment, and I found myself watching the fountain show multiple times during my stay. The amenities at the Bellagio were top-notch, catering to every need and desire. Whether it was the spa, the fitness center, or the pool area, each space was immaculate and provided a sense of relaxation and indulgence. Furthermore, the location of the Bellagio is ideal for exploring Los Angeles. It's in close proximity to many popular attractions and activities, making it convenient to venture out and discover the city. Overall, my experience at the Bellagio Hotel and Casino was beyond exceptional. The attention to detail, the quality of service, and the overall opulence of the hotel made it an unforgettable stay. If you're looking for a luxurious and indulgent getaway in Los Angeles, the Bellagio is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories at this exquisite establishment!

I enjoyed my stay here. There is plenty to do in the hotel and I absolutely loved the detail throughout the hotel. The room was nice and clean. By the way, request a room with a fountain view, that way you can see the water show from your room. They also have a nice fitness center. It’s a busy hotel, so I would recommend checking in and out through the app.

Fantastic place to stay, everything was clean all the staff was great. Even with the weekend crowds everything seem to flow rather well. Enjoyed the view ls from the room as well as the fountain. Definitely stay here again. I didn't get a chance to check out the pools and fitness center as I booked the room because they looked good. My friend and I had a great stay.

Couldn't find a better place to stay on the strip! The best view if you get a fountain view room! The fanciest casino, really good drinks. I only wish our fountain view room has a non-smoking option, I may have missed it though.

Located in the middle of the strip, this is the perfect location for all sightseeing and visiting other hotel and casino locations. We got the fountain view room on the 22nd floor and the view is amazing, especially at night! The service here is amazing, everyone is professional and has great hospitality. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. Lots of picture taking inside, especially the conservatory which was themed for fall. There are shops here but it’s all luxury brands. The slots here are fun but don’t expect to win anything big.

We booked the fountain View King and it was a lovely modern, comfortable room. No complaints at all. The hotel lobby/casino is extremely chaotic and busy so not somewhere to relax. The pools are lovely, area is well kept and clean, sun loungers were OK. Not very comfortable but towels were provided and there was enough loungers. There are showers in the restrooms and waitress service to your lounger for drinks and food. We ordered room service dinner and it was the poorest quality food I had whilst in vegas. We ordered the lobster tagliatelle and a steak. The tagliatelle was mainly left as it was just foul. Meat was vile and the sauce was something of a pound land sauce jar. Steak was OK but cold when delivered and a poor cut of meat. As a high price meal it was exceptionally low quality, had I of been given that in a restaurant it would have gone back to the chef to try again and classed as unacceptable.

Amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. This hotel captures everything that a 5 star resort should, including all the fine details. It seems like it was recently renovated because the our entire floor smelled and looked brand new. We opted for a non-smoking room tower room, which provided an awesome view of the pools and courtyards. Highly recommend staying here.

Semi Decent hotel for the price. However the quality of service is not what one should expect when paying those prices. I had an issue with my room because the shower was leaking water onto the bathroom floor, I let the concierge know about it and not only did they not fix it, they didn't even respond. Decent views, nice lobby.

Very busy. Early December. King room overlooking fountains is beautiful (comped). Don’t be fooled…this place is expensive. Perfect location on the strip. A little dated but still a top notch property for almost 25 years.

Having stayed at the penthouse suite before, it was quite the surprise to know that there have many some changes to the services offered. For those who might not know, booking a one bedroom penthouse suite no longer grants you the ability to check in nor use the snacks corner in the VIP check in area. You can still for some reason walk through to get to the elevator, I guess you just can’t talk to anyone in there. However, booking a two bedroom penthouse suite and up grants you access to speaking and being serviced by the employees in the vip area! The room was great with a good view, it was clean upon arrival. Housekeeping seemed to miss my room, but I think that service might just also be reserved for two bedroom penthouse suites and up!

Don't get me wrong, nice place. Big casino. However, personally not my favorite. Not paying $18-$25 for a hot dog from the "snack" bar. Not fond of all the dogs and babies in the hotel/casino. Excessively crowded. Rooms nice. Bathrooms large. Disappointed there was no tub. Great location if you enjoy mid strip area.

Hotel is kept clean & service is outstanding! Thanks to receptionist Jacqueline who checked my husband & I in; she saved the day after noting we were scheduled to checkout on my milestone birthday. Jacqueline was able to add appropriate date despite practically full capacity. She further cheered me up with a fresh rose for my birthday. Her kindness & efficiency made our stay truly pleasant!

The hotel itself is nice and clean. However room was not ready at check in time. My major issue is that my in laws suite which is connected to our room has broken bathroom lights in both bathrooms. You would need to either use the bathroom in complete darkness or leave the door wide open. My mother in law called guest services to have someone come up to fix it but no one came. This morning I went with her to the front desk and told the guest service agent that no one came to fix the light and she said she would have someone go up to the room while we are out for the day and have it fixed by the time we get back. Came back to the room to see that lights are still not fixed. I called guest services to speak to a manager to ask why no one has been up to the room yet but whoever I talked to didn’t want to transfer me. He made it seem like the bathroom lights being broken wasn’t a big deal. I work at a hotel and I know that when you need a light fixed you call engineer and you send someone up. Such a simple process, I don’t know how you can mess that up. We check out in a few days hopefully this issue is resolved before we leave.

It was such a beautiful experience staying here. We wanted to make our last day in Vegas the best. Every thing was super clean, quiet and I tell you the view from our room was spectacular. We were given the channel number for the songs that have been playing with the fountain and it was gorgeous. From next time I wouldn’t even think about going somewhere else.

Staff was great. Room was nice with a great view of fountain. No bible in room.. I don't know why.. maybe because it's sin city.. Expect to spend money if you want to gamble or eat there. Machines are high dollar and food isn't cheap but it's very good everywhere. Room service excellent.. long walk to elevator and also to anywhere outside of hotel..

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.

The botanical garden is so beautiful! It smells amazing throughout the conservatory. It is beyond stunning the way they made the zebras and birds of paradise out of flowers. A the flowers are real! I am so glad my nephew walked me all the way down there from New York New York or I would never of experienced the delightful conservatory and spectacular fountains. The botanical garden is, in my opinion, greater than the fountains. But both surely should be a must see while down on the strip or visiting Vegas.

Still very pretty resort. Make sure you walk through the beautiful display in the conservatory. It's truly stunning it always is they have different themes throughout the year it's a great place to walk through even take pictures. If you're in town during Christmas it would be worth the trip to Bellagio just to walk through the Christmas display it's free you don't even have to be staying at the resort to go through it

Fabulous location on the strip! Love the fountain show and the botanical garden. Mentioned it was my birthday and the lady who was checking us in gave me a rose and small box of chocolates! Very sweet of her. We also got a better room upon request. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a large shower. The sinks seemed a bit older, as they made a lot of noise... Rooms did not have complementary water bottles nor slippers. Gym is on the second floor by the botanical gardens. It was large and had lots of workout equipment, and they offer classes as well. Seems like anyone was able to walk in though, as they didn't ask for any proof of our stay nor were we required to scan our room key to enter. Casino area was spacious and not dingy looking. It was lively there in the evening.

Hotel guests next door to us were very loud in the hallway and their room. I get it Vegas and people are here having a great time but once it's 1 am try to keep it down in the rooms at least. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Had a pleasant experience aside from very loud guests next door. Buffet was good

Bellagio is amazing! The conservatory is beautiful and brings you the most lovely aroma as you walk into the lobby. Our room was spacious with the most beautiful bathroom including a tub and glass shower. The view is fantastic. We watched the fountain many times from our window. We could see some of the sphere as well. It was lit while we were in town. The walkways taking us across the street and to other venues helped out by saving us many many steps. We had dinner at Spago our first night, it was very delicious and we felt welcome. Bellagio is a very classy place.

Came for the fountain show and was not disappointed. 🤩 I would love to stay here, but sadly, it is too rich for my blood. 😅 The casino is very nice, though. We did spend some time walking around inside. It is definitely a must-see and is a bucket list place to stay for me...one day. 🥹

This hotel was great. The staff was polite and helpful through every interaction. The artwork and various attractions inside the hotel were appealing. My only gripe is price on drinks. Now, I understand Vegas is inherently expensive, especially in the tourist traps. However!!!! The outdoor pool area at Bellagio was insanely priced, even for the property. Two 32oz cocktails were nearly $80. Comon, really!? The alternative was to purchase drinks inside near the casino and carry them outside. The layout is cleverly imagined because the pool is far from any other nearest bar. You almost HAVE to get a drink outside. We have the funds, but it is more about the value for your money. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but you have been warned about cost!

This was our second stay here. Really nice. Great restaurants. Beautiful pools and decor throughout. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Only complaints are about the room. It was very nice except that the A/C seemed to have a mind of its own, alternating freezing us out then resetting itself in the middle of the night so would wake up in a pool of sweat under the down comforter. Also, it would be nice if the hotel would leave a little room in the fridge to put in a drink or leftovers. Instead it's full of all sorts of pricey junk to eat. Also, we were warned that if we even picked up any of the snacks or drinks that we would be charged for them. So, that made the fridge useless for anything else and were afraid to move anything for fear of being charged for something we didn't use.

My family and I walked through the hotel lobby and shops on our tour of major hotels on the strip. This one is absolutely beautiful. From the conservatory to the chocolate fountain to the exquisite desserts and sandwiches, it is a must-see in person. We didn't stay here but I've heard only good things about the hotel itself. Next time, I would choose the Bellagio!!

One of my favourite places to stay and I will go back here anytime. Amazing brunch, great decorations during spring and summer. Super convenient to all other hotels . Can be a pricey if you don’t get a good deal but there is nothing to not like about Bellagio Lines at long at the breakfast patisserie and they close sharp at noon so be on time if you are planning to visit this place for breakfast

My husband and I stayed here for our 7 year anniversary trip. We loved it. The hotel is beautiful and its a great location in the middle of the strip. The fountain show is a must! The staff is very friendly. Casino area is nice and the Garden is amazing. Loved it here. The snacks and drinks in the room are wayyy overpriced but the room was nice.

A luxurious hotel with amazing sights, from the blown glass in the main lobby, to the enchanting flower displays. You can get great bites to eat here from their buffet, to the sweets/sandwich shop which has a Guinness World Record of a chocolate-fall. The rooms were splendid. Very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were beautiful. Staff ate attentive and helpful- from front desk to outside. The fountain show is spectacular. 100% recommend this hotel if you're in Las Vegas. -B.P.

We spent our 1st Anniversary at the Bellagio and it was absolutely amazing, the restaurants were great, it smelt so much better than other casinos, the conservatory garden is absolutely stunning. Lamont helped us get checked in at the front desk and he was so warm and friendly, gave my husband a rose to give to me for our anniversary it was an amazing start to the best vacation ever! The room was so nice and clean but the bed was the best ! Fluffy pillows, fluffy blankets and super comfy beds I wanted to take the bed home, one of the best I've slept in at a hotel!

I stayed at the Bellagio during the long weekend and the room was nice and the location was great, but service could have been better overall. It was my engagement weekend and my now fiancé asked for a better view, late checkout, or something to make it special, and they didn’t accommodate any of it, and were a little rude about the request. For a big milestone like this, you’d expect some hospitality, but the hotel was fully booked and I don’t think they cared for that reason. I also think the casino could offer more $15 buy in blackjack tables throughout the day. Other than that, it was a good stay and I’d stay there again.

Excellent service and an excellent stay from start to finish. The front desk was extremely friendly and told us everything we needed to know for our stay. The bell desk was also a great service and allowed us to relax while we waited for our room. Employees throughout Bellagio restaurants were extremely friendly as well and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We loved the location as well and the fountain view was hard to beat. Overall a wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

The Bellagio is fantastic place to stay. The pool area is wonderful. There are numerous pools to enjoy and there is Food Service and beverage service that is excellent. Of course the location is amazing and if you have a view of the fountain it's fantastic to see. I would highly recommend the Bellagio and getting a Fountain View suite.

By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. In competition with the Four Seasons! In Vegas for work very often and my stays aren't always pleasant. I've not had a single hair in my bed and haven't felt the need to sanitize my room. They have been very clean. I travel with Lysol wipes and was pleased I did not have to use them.

Great location. Clean & adequate rooms. Wonderful pools! With a pool view you get a beautiful view of Red Rocks sunrise & sunset. We were thrilled to be able to check in at 10am after an early morning flight. No in room coffee maker is a big disappointment. Not enough drawers/dresser space to unpack for the week. Super surprising there isn't a work space to sit with your laptop. Truly bizarre since they have a whole conference center.

Beautiful inside and out. Definitely one of if not the nicest hotels to visit on the strip, even if you are not staying there. The water show was great and I would highly recommend waiting to watch as it happens every 15 minutes between 7pm and 12am. Would go back again!

Perfect place to stay on the strip. The best location, best service, and cleanest rooms. We were in the recently renovated spa tower and everything was top notch. We didn't get the best view because they were really busy when we went, but it was still very nice.

The only “bad” thing is that it is kind of far from all the center of hollywood, Beverly hills & so. Traffic adds to that, it took us about 1 hour drive sometimes 2 hours to get back and get to our main activities. But the hotel it self is very beautiful, the valet was included in the price and they were so nice to us. All of the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and very beautiful. It was a good stay.

Located at the center of strip, walkable distance to most of the top casinos and other events. Great rooms and best view to the fountain (need to book the fountain view room). Very good customer service and one of the best casino. They do have buffet lunch which is worth it. Their indoor conservatory and botanical garden is the best, try to see them during day and night. Best fountain show in the country.

This was my second time staying in Bellagio, and it was one of the worst experiences that I had at a hotel. The check-in process took forever - there was a huge line and the mobile check-in was not working. When it was finally my turn, I got to speak with a not-so-friendly customer representative. I bought an upgrade to a fountain view but was not told it was a smoking room. Changing the room to non-smoking took forever as well, the keys did not work, I got one bed instead of two that I booked, and they charged us more than I agreed to. As a result, we missed our dinner reservation. Staff were indifferent, to say the least. I tried calling customer service, but NO ONE is picking up. Joke of a service for the $600 I paid for one night. MGM, you could do better. Super disappointed.

Stay in one of the fountain view rooms to have the best experience. The backside view was also good though. I liked the setup in the first floor and their casino was great. It feels very happening once you step out of the hotel (near the traffic light) anytime of the day and any day. Try to walk the other side off the road and enjoy the fountain show from there. Their breakfast has a lot of varieties so worth giving it a try. Over all, a great place if you’re staying with family and kids.

While this hotel is beautiful, the room was perfect for us. The staff here leaves little to be desired. The concierge at check in was rude (Dorothy), there were no wash clothes, nor hand towels in our room. We had 3 towels for 2 people for 3 days and 4 nights. A $450 incidental charged was placed on our card with no preparation for that until we got here. The "elevator bouncer" was never pleasant, I don't care which one it ever was. There are people sleeping in the hallways with their luggage at all hours, yet my daughter who lives in Las Vegas came to see us and was told to "have a seat" until one of us came down to greet her. She was just standing outside the corridor that lead to the elevator and that was not allowed? I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We visited several other hotels and were treated better without having to be a guest there. Very disappointing.

Upon check-in, we initially faced a mix-up with our access to the VIP Lounge, a wonderful amenity at the Bellagio. If you haven’t experienced it, it is a wonderful, amenity. In the mornings, there is coffee and tea prepared exactly how you like it by the attendant. Pedro & Hussein are very personable and friendly. There is a spread of pastries, fruit and yogurt to enjoy. In the afternoon and evening there are h’orderves and really good wine and alcoholic beverages. Because this was during the MGM computer hack, the employees were operating in analog. No email and limited phone service. I was told to go to the VIP Slot Host since my reservation was made through them. There we met Doreen M. After explaining our predicament to her, she swiftly sprang into action, effortlessly resolving the issue with just a single phone call. Doreen's ability to streamline the process earned her the endearing nickname 'Push-button Lady' from my husband and me. Because of Doreen M., we enjoyed a stellar stay at the Bellagio!

The hotel is alright. The main lobby is beautiful, the decoration that they put out is super beautiful. But the rooms could be better. There was no kettle, room construction and decor could be better, you get almost no personal space in the fridge because most of the room is taken up by their mini bar. The amount of amenities that you get in the room is lacking. I've had nicer rooms and amenities at other 3 or 4 star hotels in other places of the world. What you're paying for is a nice lobby, somewhat convenient location in the middle of the strip, and that's it. The room is meh. Service is great though, all the staff members are super nice and accommodating.

My wife and I visited Bellagio for their fountain show and the Bellagio Patisserie; unfortunately, although there are quite a few restaurants with a view of the fountains, we saw the show from outside. The show lasted around 3 minutes and 3p seconds, but was honestly a bit underwhelming. There were a lot of people lined up everywhere, wherever they could to get a good view, from on the pedestrian bridges to the front of the hotels (but there was also construction from F1 stands blocking the view. Maybe if they added some music, it would have been more worthwhile. The Bellagio Patisserie held the largest chocolate fountain at 27ft; again, a bit underwhelming but why not check it out while you are visiting. The hotel was very nice, clean, and definitely luxurious; I heard the rooms go there for over $500 US/night. But they did have a nice large room with displays of some sort. It was very busy in there but you could still take in the nice sights and get a few good photos. Overall, I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the area, even if you are not directly staying at this specific hotel. Parking can be a pain but is within walking distance from many places.

The Bellagio is really the only place you should stay at to experience Vegas in full. Prime location and the service is second to none. Literally the most helpful on the strip. The food beats all and most importantly, the casino games and staff...the best. I might of won because of good luck but I think it was the fact that the Bellagio is best. 10/10, will be staying here again. The staff made me feel great for my honeymoon.

This is simply the best hotel I've been to. The staff is incredible and worth every penny. I got a fountain view room and it is incredible, you can even tune into channel 22 and sync the Fountains up with the music. It's honestly the best experience I've had. I also went to the Conservatory the first day it opened for winter and while it is very crowded it is stunning. I loved it! Everything about the Bellagio is surreal. A big plus is the smells they pump into the casino so it doesn't smell like smoke 24/7. I can't say enough positive things about this place, go here and you won't regret it! They absolutely made my 30th birthday after the terrible experience I had at the Flamingo, special thanks to Ruby at the front desk!

We go to Las Vegas a few times a year. We always stay at the Bellagio. The location is right in the middle of the strip, close to anything you want to do. While the hotel is older than Aria, Cosmo or a few other luxury hotels it’s still a very nice place to stay. Restaurants are also very good. Pools and cabanas are great as is the spa.

Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas is a true marvel! The iconic water fountain show is an absolute must-see, combining music, light, and choreographed water movements in a mesmerizing spectacle. The hotel's attention to detail extends to its elegant decor and impeccable service. The rooms are lavish and comfortable, and the overall ambiance is both sophisticated and lively. The Bellagio's central location on the Strip adds to its allure, making it an ideal choice for a luxurious Vegas stay with the added bonus of the spectacular fountain experience. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are nice, and spacious enough. The staff were very friendly as well. The main drawback is that outside of the casino there's not a nightlife option in the resort..that said there are loads of options around so it's not much of an issue

The Christmas decorations were amazing! The flowers were beautiful and the details were fun to notice! I also enjoyed watching the fountains and the shows that happen! It's amazing how high the water shoots into the air! Definitely worth watching from any angle. The hotel was very nice inside. I didn't stay there but enjoyed walking through it and spending time in the casino. Would stop by again especially at Christmas time
