Had a very wonderful stay in this hotel. Truly 5-star hotel in views, services, amenities and breakfast. And also very family friendly. Have lots of swimming pools and nice kids club. We’ve stayed in room with waterfront view and it is mesmerizing view especially at night. Cons: Though it is almost perfect hotel, the guestroom lack a bit of elegance compared to other luxury hotels. As final word, I am still giving 5-star reviews and I would recommend this hotel and will come back if given a chance.

I am currently staying at the Crowne Plaza and it is amazing. I give this hotel stay a 10+++. Mr Freddie at the front desk is amazing Man. He went above and beyond since I have been here.Despite their gust high occupancy they make you feel that you are the only one in their Hotel. The hotel is exactly how it is on there website no hidden agendas it's just perfect. I will definitely stay here again every trip I make to DUBAI. I am having a blast. They make you feel like a kid in the candy store with so much to offer you to make sure your stay at their hotel is the best stay ever. Again thank you Crowne Plaza for such awesome hospitality.

Fantastic hotel if you're wanting to relax between flights or as a winter escape. The hotel offers everything you need for a getaway with lovely pools that were also child friendly. If shopping is your thing there is also direct passageway to a large shopping mall. Breakfast was fantastic with an array of different cultures catered for which made it a bit more special than your standard hotel breakfast. The other standout was the service. Polite, efficient and to a very high standard. Hotel receptionist Arun welcomed us with a highly professional and personal service as well as bidding us farewell. The lifeguards around the pool were lovely and authentic people who were happy to have a chat and cater to our needs with our little baby. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be booking with Crowne Plaza again.

This is the first time I stay at this hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel at home with their kindness and excellent attention. The service is of outstanding quality, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the views are marvelous, and every service offered by the hotel is executed with luxury and excellence. Every little detail is perfectly taken care of, the aesthetics are impressive, and without a doubt, it is an elegant option that is worth every penny invested in the experience of staying at this hotel.

It would get 5 stars if you don't care about the gym The hotel was comfy and me and my parents had a comfortable stay. The bathroom is open to the bedroom which is nice for couples who want things to go spicy but we're a family. You can get a bath and watch a good view of the city (depends on where your room is) while the large window of the bathroom is open which also it can be closed. The gym was too simple and you can say it's not even complete. They have bikes and some fitness stuff also some free towels and free cold and normal water with free apples but for the weightlifting it was too simple, they have dumbbells, bench press and some other things but they don't have a weight pole bar which is too important and I found it very hard to get my workout. However, the breakfast was near the gym and it was very good and the staff there were as nice as a human could be. The staff were as good as you can imagine. The hotel is connected with Dubai Festival City Mall and its so easy for you to get to there. in the hotel but we didn't really explore the place that much. The pool was nice and its viewing the city and if you're in the gym you can see the pool. The worst part is only the gym and the bathroom (I'm noting that the open bathroom is a con when you're with a family but its the best feature when you're with your partner or alone).

Joshi from the front desk welcomed us warmly and was able to accommodate each and every assistance we have requested. It has been easy talking to him. Then, we had our first breakfast this morning and Joana from the restaurant’s reception and every F&B staff were more than willing to assist us in every way possible. Thank you. Overall, we love the hotel and how they treat all the customers with a smile and politeness. Will definitely be checking in again.

I LOVE the Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City! The rooms are very spacious, well appointed and extremely clean. I'm quite a clean freak, and I was Very Satisfied. The staff are brilliant and so helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too hard for them. And always done with a smile. I've stayed in Festival City 5 times in the last 19 months. This was my first stay at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, but won't be my last. It is a few minutes easy stroll to Dubai Festival City Mall; it has a great outdoor swimming pool. And everyone is so welcoming.

We just visited Crowned Plaza, CM from front desk is very pleasant and welcoming. She allow us for early check-in + room upgrade with the nice view, such a wonderful experienced! Our room is so clean and well maintained. A family friendly hotel and has an easy access to Dubai Festival Mall. The only disappointing part is their strict rules in the pool for kids under 5yrs old but the rest are excellent. We are definitely recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

Absolutely the best stay ever! We celebrated my husband's birthday here and right from the start, the hotel treated us like royalty. Everything was perfect: great view, beautiful details on arrival, the room was quiet and perfectly clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet was ample choice and even though it was busy at times, food was delicious and fresh and the service impeccable. I highly recommend the hotel if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Dubai. Taxi/metro connection is convenient for all of that. But this is the perfect hotel to relax and unwind for a few days.

There are no words to describe this amazing venue and fantastic experience. I recently stayed here for a holiday and birthday . Upon arrival we were greeted by the most professional staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The attention to detail was exceptional. Kael took extra care of us ensuring that all of our needs were met and went above and beyond. We felt extremely safe and the lobby desk staff will always ensure our safety. The restaurants were all amazing and not to mention the easy access to the mall. I've stayed there several times in the past and it's always been excellent. These two recent visits were particularly wonderful as we were well-looked after by Ahmed at the front desk, who on this stay gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a creek view. But also he was very helpful whenever we returned to the hotel or had questions about the various facilities. I lived in Egypt for a while so we were able to exchange some banter about Egypt, the food, etc. But I also noticed that he was just as cheery to the other guests. Definitely an asset to the hotel. Mohammed on the concierge desk was also very helpful with our luggage.

Food in hotel restaurant is delicious. Service is top. Employees are so professional and nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Gym is clean and fresh, sauna area also. They have also nice pool area with jacuzzi in the open. Deserves really high rating for this class of a hotel. All recommendations. 😁

I have stayed at intercontinental which is the hotel right next to it a couple of times and it was very nice, it was my first time trying this crowne plaza so i had confused expectations. But i just checked in this afternoon and it turned out to be great plus the generous upgrade they gave us 🙏 it turns out it's sharing the same pool as intercontinental plus they have their own one on the side.

This is just too incredible to describe! 🤗 The views are breathtaking! The rooms are super comfy! 💤💤 The breakfast was so good and the variety of dishes to choose from was quite impressive! 😋☕️Looking forward to the rest of our stay as there are so many things to do and so many places to see! ❤️

Cannot fault this place to stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. The staff mostly can speak English and went above and beyond for us. The Belgium restaurant downstairs was incredible also for lunch. Great views and the pool area is stunning. Loads to grass areas and kids pool areas with lifeguards. Very safe and really relaxing for families. Loved it and will be back again!! 10/10

I'm a returning customer to this hotel having stayed here before and this time they really did ensure we had a great experience. Apart from minor hiccups I'd say on a whole a great stay, couldn't have asked for more. Granted me an upgrade which I was very content with being a platinum member they upgraded me to the suite. Def will return here as choice of hotel . Definitely recommend it for guests that go back and forth as they cherish returning customers I believe which ensures guests remain as loyal customers. We had 2 rooms interconnecting with Waterfront view which was worth getting upgraded as I had my elderly father with me. Excellent facilities, friendly for kids and elderly. Good food, connectivity with rest of Dubai. Nice, helpful warm hearted staff especially Faisal was amazing. The best part is all grades of staff are alert, agile and know all the whereabouts within and outside the hotel. in short it was value for money stay at the Crowne Plaza, Festival City.

We resided at Crowne Plaza for two weeks. It was a fantastic time filled with so much kindness from the first to greet you so warmly (concierge) to room service (our room was always clean and tidy) to pool service who were always very attentive and made sure we had enough water. we had booked our overnight stay with breakfast and the staff made sure we had a good breakfast and service. the hotel ties into the Festival City Mall and has a perfect location for many attractions. This Hotel does its staff well who really do everything they can to make you feel good and relax well. Thanks to all, but few must be mentioned, thanks Fatal (reception) Thanks Panam (Room service). We had a great experience staying in this hotel during first week of September. We highly appreciate the service and hospitality provided by the hotel’s staff including the valet parking, reception desk and restaurant. Special thanks to the reception staff CM (MC), Michael and Nailya. We were offered a room upgrade to Creek View and subsequently allowed a late check out. Breakfast was rich with food varieties and hospitable staff. The hotel boasts a very good location overlooking Dubai Creek and adjoining the massive Dubai Festival City Mall.

Nice 5-star hotel, centrally positioned in Dubai city. Shares facilities with the Intercontinental hotel, and easy access to the Dubai Festival City mall. Several restaurants available on site, food of good quality. Buffet restaurant sometimes can be over-crowded for breakfast. Nice pool area, gym, sauna, Turkish steam bath etc. Did not try the spa, as prices were sky-high. All-in-all happy with our stay, together with 2 small kids.

This hotel is situated far away from the busy downtown area, it is on the bank of the creek and is very peaceful. The view from the rooms facing the creek are very nice, the fifth floor had a nice setting to watch the World Cup matches. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Very helpful and kind especially the house keeping and the reception namely CM. It is just over priced

Perfect location for the purpose of our visit. Room upgrade- thank you Michael at Reception - really appreciated the views and a very spacious and well planned room! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is linked to the Intercontinental where the high quality dinners were served. We stayed on a half-board basis (strongly recommend). Overall value for money was great - thank you to all staff. The hotel is also linked to the shopping mall which was extremely convenient as we had an opportunity to walk in a cooler environment as well. The hotel is in a very close proximity to the Healthcare city.

Fantastic hotel and location. I must admit I will not familiar with this part of Dubai. Festival city offers everything and more. The Crowne Plaza is very close to the airport and the rest of the city is easily accessed. The service is warm and welcoming, the rooms clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and within minutes you have multiple dining options including the Hard Rock Cafe. The festival city mall is probably the best in Dubai. It doesn’t have the same ultra luxury focus as other malls and therefore it is far more engaging and accessible to regular travellers. The hotel is part of a larger complex which includes the Intercontinental and the meetings and events facilities are world class. I attended a full day event where the service, facilities and catering was outstanding.

He is so helpful in providing information and when we inquired about packages for Dubai residents he had told us nicely that they do not have that package but had offered us breakfast with our hotel stay. All of the staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. Our room is so clean and well maintained. A family friendly hotel and has an easy access to Dubai Festival Mall. We are definitely recommending this hotel to our friends and family and we will go back.

Very nice hotel, clean and neat. Perfect location, connected to a huge mall and ikea. Has a lot of facilities as they are sharing facilities with Intercontinental. Would like to particularly mention the staff, starting from reception, to restaurants and pools, all very kind and attentive, they went beyond our expectations. In the restaurant chef made pasta on request, as our child didn’t want to eat anything from the menu, they got us our requests and were very kind and helpful. In general restaurants staff were very responsive and taking care about everyone, even though it was always full of people. Kids club was very nice too, had a lot of toys and fun things to do, our son enjoyed going there. We all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This is a great hotel and very convenient for festival city shopping or the arena. It is clean and comfortable but not over the top on luxury. The Belgium cafe bar is excellent as are all the staff throughout.

I had a wonderful stay, the rooms are very comfortable, especially the beds and the bathroom. The service is impeccable and the employees are very courteous and quick to respond to customer needs. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Dubai. they have a good swimming pool and you can enjoy the services of the whole chain of the same hotel free of charge and the travel is taken care of by the hotel.
