You know when people say looks can be deceiving? This is totally the case. I’ll be extremely honest, I was quite hesitant when I was browsing through the website. The website name (OSQ) has nothing related to pets, the website kind of still in the progress of development and improvements. But hey, it works as it needs to do. BUT the customer service and their value for time is EXTRAORDINARY. The customer service is so prompt and accurate. AND their delivery, ON TIME!!! This is what great customer experience is about. I really expected less, but experienced WAY WAY MORE. I think this is a start of possibly an emerging Pet Supplies giant in Doha. Something to really look forward with their growth. 👏🏼 Forgot to mention, their price is soo REASONABLE. And free shipping (not sure for other areas, but it was with mine).
