Literally chicken wasn’t cooked well, didn’t expected this from a such reputed corporate company, last time had same chicken it was properly cooked, head of the department have to make sure the consistency, in case if any health issues happened to me or my family who will be the responsible??????

AL WAKRA MAIN ROAD KFC OUTLET ,THEY ARE MAKING FOOL TO COSTUMER Today i had ordered for dinner meal of 4 pcs chiken and etc. 1.They delivered me after 1 hour of my call even we paid delivery charges. 2. When i open pack box chiken pcs are not fresh may be of 1 day before.Also inside box 2 pcs they put very small pcs just for counting for pcs ,andChicken are fully dry as it was cooked from long time also minor some smell was coming. Requesting to Qatar baladiya deparment look for it and all Customers pls don't purchase from Wakra main road branch.

The philipino lady at the counter is the most impolite.(940pm on 8th June,) Put her in the kitchen or for cleaning, she doesn’t deserve to be in the counter . Teach her some manners. She is very sarcastic . I suppose you take some action. It’s not the first time that she speaks like this, There are other staffs who are very polite in the same place.

Ordered for a spicy one but got a normal one after waiting for half and hour won't suggest anyone for this outlet.

This outlet provide good service inside. The only lack is there is no drive through, and so even if you honk for some time for someone to come and get your order if they are busy inside, then nobody's going to come to take your order.

Food is Good but Dine in is too small.

Worst Customer Service, Unhygienic Food delivered... don't recommend for Muslims

The only thing not good for me that I get thirsty after KFC food eating. Anything else is perfect
