I recently stayed, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the reception staff especially to Ms. Renz shout out for her where she deserves it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome, which immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist took the time to ensure we were comfortable, providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel and its amenities. They were more than happy to accommodate our requests

Rooms are very clean and big in size. All the staff in the hotel are friendly. Especially house keeping staff Mukesh, Sumitra and Basanta are very good. They maintain good hygiene while cleaning the room. Front desk staff are also very proactive. Overall it's a great experience to stay in this hotel.
