Poor customer service, poor approach. They refused my insurance provider upon calling my insurance they confirm that Hamdan Medical center is still part of the network. No request log seen as per my insurance company, this clinic doesn't bother reaching out.

Had my initial consultation with the orthodontist Dr. Diwakar. He directed me to Dr. Marshal for a deep cleaning and root canal. Without any exaggeration, Dr. Marshall and his assistant are amazing people. He is one of the very few doctors who possess the gentle qualities and treated with utmost patience and care. I entered with reluctance and anxiety. But Dr and his Assistant made me feel at ease. Thanks to Hamdan medical centre.

Doctor knew I had breathing issues and my teeth could gap because of it. He only installed permanent retainers in the bottom teeth and said it’s not possible to do the upper one. Now I have to pay for braces all over again when it could’ve easily been avoided if they’ve fulfilled my request. Didn’t explain that teeth may have white residues after braces and didn’t bother to explain how to clean it. He didn’t bother at all during the last days of me getting braces to explain anything. I was a paying customer and he took me lightly. Im extremely disappointed especially after visiting another doctor who pointed in details everything and made everything clear to me and tried to explain my options instead of brushing me off as another check to get.

Worst services they r providing not concerned about patient at all staff behavior specially the receptionist really bad they don’t knw how to behave nicely with patient not concerned for patient at all Really bad experience I m doctor by myself and the way the behave to me in clinic it’s totally unacceptable For sure I will complaint to doh as well I waited there fr more than 1 hour still I came at home without consultation.I left clinic no one was concerned this type of care you people are providing
