I lived here for 1.5 years. Only I can say it feels like a prison. The security at the gate always creates unnecessary problems. One night, when I rented a car, they didn't let me enter my home, even though they knew me in person, and I had all the required documents. Only because I rented the car from a company and didn’t register it, but how can I register a car if it is always new one. Inviting visitors is very difficult; it's better not to even try. Even after all this time, when I came at 7 pm on July 31th to give some stuff to my friend, they didn't allow me to enter or even leave the items near the door or the gate (reception), which is a common practice in residential buildings in Dubai. If you want to visit a friend who lives here, according to the security, the friend should come by walk through the entire accommodation in the heat under the sun to pick me up and let me in! Once they tell to one of my friend that his car registration is expired and he can’t enter, enter to his house ! Is it police station or security gate?) In my opinion, the security here is not helpful; they are against helping people.

The guards don’t have sense how to speak with someone I visit many society I see the guards come out and take the information of visitors but this is the first place I come and I see guard come out side and he said me are you coming first time I said why what happen he said there is a rule you have to come out from the car and come to us he was showing that he is a celebrity and I ask him for selfie shamefull this is not good they have to give respect every one speak nicely with everyone

Such a bad behavior security staff you have with visitor they dont know how to talk mostly the indian man and girl they act like we own something with them showing such a rude and agressive behavioir you should have one way to work give respect and take respect but with your staff no nothing why are they doing this job when they dont know how to do and deal you guys should do a good management rather than making people specially they lady

My peaceful and relaxing place...

The facilities are very nice they have basketball court,tennis court,volleyball court,badmiton court,football grounds,cricket grounds,gym,movie room,restaurants and coffee shop they also have there on cafeteria inside the accomodation and most of all they have good Hr office and clinics..

Oasis is best place to live. Food is good and of course free and gym also amazing.
