One of the worst hospitals in Dubai. Very expensive yet inefficient. You do blood test, get promises to be called once results are ready but no calls or inform you with the results. And if you call back to follow up, they will tell you a note is taken & nurse will call you back which never happens. Trying to book a follow up appointment is also a nightmare. Save your money & time and check other hospital in Dubai to preserve your money and time.

Very good doctors and beautiful nurses. I go to Dr. Sahar & Dr. Neven for my baby daughter and the vaccine nurse Iram is very kind.

My baby is admitted on this hospital very good hospital all the staff was so very good service from security to nurses to housekeeping doctors I saw on their face that they are welling to help me and my wife ❤️ the patient room was so clean and the food was so delicious and this hospital is bicycle friendly❤️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ because I'm using a bicycle for mode of transportation my bicycle was safe and secured I hope all hospital is like this It's a 5 star for me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 thank you mediclinic hospital and your staff 🏥❤️

I was under the care of Dr.Alphy and the whole labor and maternity unit because of my fibroid surgery.I commend all of them for their care towards me.I was anxious and uneasy but they made it a point to make me feel comfortable with their reassuring words.Special mention to her nurse Ms.Mylene for thoroughly updating me about reports and appointments.She was willing to listen during the time that I was telling her how I feel about my upcoming operation.She was very caring,friendly and professional at the same time.Hands down to Dr.Alphy who have handled my case with her utmost concern and professionalism.I was crying at times when I come to her clinic and yet she's willing to listen.I was very emotional even prior to my procedure so she made it a point to see me minutes before I was taken to the operating theatre.She was there with me post-op and did her rounds to update how it went out.Being a patient is not easy but having a doctor like her made my procedure smooth sailing.Thank you.

I just had an eye surgery at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital with Dr. Mohini ThaKur. Everything went very smoothly. The Dr and even the nurses were very kind and gentle. The hygiene is the best. I trust the services in Mediclinic Welcare Hospital and would highly recommend it.

The consultation with Dr Mohini Thakur was excellent. Her diagnosis is worth mentioning. I was really suffering from eyesight and eye watering. Root cause for the same was diagnosed and treated very well. Please if you have any concerns with your eyes, Mohini Thakur is the doctor for the consultation. It is worth mentioning to note here also Mini Gigi who has treated and provided excellent service.
