The concept of what StudioRepublik is, is absolutely brilliant; I wish a place like this could open in every neighborhood. The execution of it however, is a train wreck. *The turnover for their staff and the coaches is unreasonably high; most coaches are frustrated with the management there and it is obvious. The good ones always end up leaving. When they opened, they truly hired top notch, dare i say overqualified instructors and gradually their pay budget got lower and so did the quality of coaches. *Frequent schedule changes, classes cut from schedule even if they're regularly full *You cannot show up to a class more than 2 minutes late and you face penalty of losing your ability to book classes if you don't make it to your class in time and someone takes your spot. *they don't answer their phone sometimes even if i call various times in the day to reach reception. *a lot of technical difficulties with scanning the bands at the gates *parking is extremely difficult at peak times and the surrounding businesses will often use our parking to make things worse *management is unprofessional - they do not mind ignoring your emails/messages or answering you passive aggressively *their costs are outrageous (as I am writing this) they have increased the cost of their membership by about 30% each time I have renewed since they opened their doors and i will no longer be renewing. *lack of sufficient equipment in several of the classes *poor customer service - when there was an ongoing IT glitch with my booking app several times and I couldn't book classes, they didn't let me go to my classes and it took several phone calls and visits to reception because no one cares about you. *The aerial program which is priced separately as a "boutique" membership costing almost 7k annually and hence should have a much higher budget than other programs, sees a painful amount of problems with classes being removed every few months, beginners and advanced classes of 12 people being taught simultaneously by a single coach, instructors casually not showing up to classes, and equipment that is faulty.

It’s not just a Gym , it’s a place for who wants to be a healthy Fit Artist and for who wants to find himself in exploring other aspects of life like practicing Group exercises, Music ,Dance and Drama lessons and many . In addition to the lovely workspace area at Roh cafe .

This is easily Dubai’s worst gym and I’ve been to all the big ones. First of all, its very overpriced and overrated. You will get better deals at popular gyms with similar quality and better vibes. Interestingly, they have some of the most arrogant trainers on the planet. Some of them have some serious attitude issues actually and they think they own the gym, I mean they could possibly ask you for something you are using to train their clients (TRUE STORY!) The classes are completely useless because you have to book them a week in advance as they get filled up quickly and any change in your schedule can get you banned from attending any class for a week. I remember schools weren’t even that harsh! Their management couldn’t care less about any of the issues you might be having so forget that you are paying a premium price for premium services. Definitely not renewing here and wouldn’t recommend for anyone who doesn’t like negative vibes.

This is probably the best fitness center I’ve ever been in Dubai. 🙏🏻 A few weeks ago, I availed their trial for Hiphop dance and as I came inside, I can already feel and see the brilliance of their ambiance. They even have a cozy cafe inside their center and all rooms are specialized into the skill you wanted to learn or enrol on. They can be quite expensive for average earners though but surely, I know from visiting there that what you’ll pay for if/should you enroll is worth it.

Studio république is my favourite gym on Dubai . It is huge. So many facilities and machines available in the gym. What I like the most is that they do have plenty of different sport disciplines, dance, areal, music, yoga, group activity classes. With the Studio republic app you can book your spot see the information about the class , teachers, duration etc. Very organised. Very kind staffs. The café inside is also is very nice. It offers great variety of drink, smoothie and healthy food. 😊 I really like using the gym, and go for ballet classes. But often I tried some yoga class and try something new. 🏋️‍♀️

The gym that you can call a second home, 10/10 for cleanliness especially the bathroom and the locker area, the ROH cafe is attached to the gym where you can work and enjoy a meal, the place is not just a gym it's like an activity hub, where they provide music classes and dancing and martial arts, and the place is very family friendly, the only suggestions that I wish are to have a dedicated instructor at the gym just to show you how to use the machine in a proper form to avoid injury if you are doing it wrong

The gym is nice and all that, but what is it with the attitude of the staff members? is it too hard to look person in their face and smile? Is it so hard to not be on your phone when some one is waiting to check in? I wouldn't join as a new member until the they change the staff or at least change their attitude, it should be customer first, not iPhone first

An honest review... Positives: +It's super clean, nice well designed studios and changing areas and the cafe is amazing. +The boot camp class with Robert is excellent and was the main reason I signed up. Similar to a cross fit class. +In the morning there is lots of parking. Negatives: - At the moment no iron or steamer, or hair straighteners in women's changing room. Not sure if this is covid related? - No morning yoga classes in the week - Weekend parking is a bit of a nightmare in underground, need extra 15 minutes to get a space in time - Sales & sign up process doesn't feel transparent. A few classes which are not actually part of the gym, despite when you have 3 months to try 'everything'.

I had the pleasure of joining Studio Republic Gym for their dance classes and I must say, it was an amazing experience! This place is super cool and nice. First of all it s huge. The gym, the studios are very spacious and clean. The design is very nice. There is also a healthy cafe called ROH. Drama, music, dance classes are available. I only had body attack and a pilates class so far but the instructors are really great and Im sure I will be exercising here more and more. Love the place and the vibe.

The only place where you must beg receptionist to register they never know anything and never resolve anything ...I have some friends who left for that to other club especially for kids activity. Teachers are good and do their best but they are not supported by receptionists who never understand anything. More over we had some items stolens and the camera are useless not used to retrieve the items. Nice concept poor execution. Coffee area too many table of 4 not enough for two so always pack cannot seat for coffee. Lack of communication and receptionists lost..sometime don't even know where are the courses..

Huge gym, new machines, friendly stuff, good coffee and protein shakes after workout. Definitely recommended, prices very competitive.

I have only been here for a trial class, despite having scheduled the class in advance, the receptionists seemed to be unaware of it. The parking is crowded, the access is slow and if you arrive even yow minutes late you'll not be able to join the class. When presented with the fees for a possible membership I could not believe my eyes: overpriced! So I did a little digging and found out a lot of the members are extremely unhappy of the gym policies and customer services. I had a lot of time to chat as the coach 20 minutes late. The class was good but still I wouldn't even remotely consider this place for a yearly membership. I have been in Dubai for 10 years, always very active in fitness, seen many places and all of them were more welcoming, cheaper and overall simply more pleasant than StudioRepublik.

Gym is overcrowded, parking is a nightmare most of the time! Before they positioned themselves as premium and now open to all gym apps for a much cheaper price than their own members are paying. Am very disappointed to come and there are no machines available most of the time, apart of worsened cleanliness conditions. There are 2 gyms for training but only the one on 2nd floor is well equiped with machines and obviously most of people only go there. Cleanliness also declined since its too many people and same amount of cleaner (only 1). Studio Republik, from hero to zero. 😘

Extremely unprofessional sales team and management, they called me in July to renew my membership for the same price as last year and I said that when i come back from my holidays i will process the payment, once i came back tried to reach out to Studio Republik more than 4 times to renew my membership and when i was finally able to speak to Rami (who is supossed to be the manager) he mentioned that whoever called me in July was wrong and my membership price has increased more than the double! (To almost 7k Dhs for reformer pilates and spinning class only) This is completely unacceptable as my first question when i registered with this gym was if I renew will the respect the same fee and their sales team confirmed that.... one year later and this was completely wrong. They didn't respect their promise. This is not the way you treat your old members neither the service i expect from a place that promise to be one of the best in their category in Dubai. Such a disappointment !

This is a review about my coach Daria from this studio. I started to go to this studio from summer time. Im going to Aerial classes. I really like the classes, enjoy my training plan with my coach Daria. She knowing my ability and on plan step by step working with me. If I could put for her 10 starts, I would as she is a really great coach with a nice personality. I am a very difficult person with many fears. But she found the way to keep my attention, my interest, to make me work consistently and working on my week points make it my strength. I wish she will have more hours of trainings, maybe if will be added some few hours on the weekends as many of my friends wants to try classes with Daria but they are not able to come during the week days, only weekends. Daria, thank you so much for your smile and being always very professional and focused on the people in your classes. You made me change my lifestyle and become a sports lover. 😀

I’ve been a member of Studio Republik since December. I have been attending dance classes consistently for the past 3 months. The level of the instructors is very high standard. When I’m in the class even if it’s full the instructors tend to fix the posture or the moves of anyone who is unable to do it properly. Learning choreos is also helping us develop our skills. I would totally recommend SR to anyone who wants to improve. And the community is wonderful. The facility is always clean and very well maintained and the food in the cafe is just very tasty.

Literally my fav place in Dubai! I spend nearly every day here going to music, dance, fitness and drama classes with my all access pass. Totally worth it. I’ve especially had a great experience learning acting and performance from Alex Broun, the drama director. As well as producing my own music in the studio with Josh Bannister. I have grown so much in the 2 months I’ve been coming here, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Studio Republik is a fabulous place! My teenage daughters take Drum (Jamal) , Piano (Prathit) & Voice (Sarah) lessons here and I’m thrilled to see their skill and confidence soar! Maya (Program Manager) is warm and accessible and makes the entire experience easy! and The place has young energy and the teachers are so talented & enthusiastic.

The gym in general is good. But the attendant at the reception is just the worst. TWICE I asked for information and she gave me the wrong one. I booked through the app for dance classes for being privilee member. I asked in advance if it was possible in the reception she said yes. She told me to book through the studio Republik app for the dance class in advance. So I did. I asked for belly dance at 20:00 and specified I was a privilee memeber. I did his TWICE! When I arrived here 15 minutes before theclass she told me privilee members have the right to join dance classes. She didn’t apologize, she was rude and confirmed she didn’t read properly what I wrote to her earlier. Terrible service I would never put someone like her for customer service.

They have good music programs for both adults and juniors. The teachers are so nice, easygoing and open minded for suggestions and criticism, they do take feedback seriously. My children are so happy at this place, i love also the cafe there and the staff are so kind

I had a bad an injury during my exercise, I was already subscribed for three months and I lost the rest on them I did feel better after a while I did renew, my injury came back After the first session I asked them to freeze my membership They said it’s in the contract no freezing And asked for proof that I’m injured as I’m lying!!! I refused to disclose my medical record Lost all my pt sessions I think around 3000 Lots my subscriptions twice around 3000 No one cared!!!! Overall it just a fancy place not looking for something else than the money you pay I really don’t recommend this gym or whatever they call it. Note: during those I tried to get to the body composition services they offer several times and I failed, The reception guys did not know how to help and the room was always closed and no one around it

Love this place in general, but especially the music section. The classes are fun, all coaches are very professional and equipment is of high quality. Also they managed to create a warm and friendly community where anyone feels welcome. Just this week I got the chance to perform on the stage with other students from the music section and it felt awesome! The whole place is awesome as well - there is a nice café and working spaces with charging hubs. The facilities are very clean. The whole space is planned to make you want to spend more time there and it definitely worked for me.

I mainly go to SR for the dance programme, I personally find it very well planned , classes are run and various times making it easier to get to around busy schedules. The teachers pay a lot of attention to detail and are always correcting students in a very nurturing way. The dance community it very welcoming and supportive of whoever joins. The fee structure for year passes are extremely affordable making it easier to commit long term. Classes are always on time and well prepared by instructors. There no time wasted and you can see your own progress and confidence grow. The best gift you could give yourself!

I love this place so much, it’s not just a studio for me, but like a second home. The dance program is simply amazing! All of the instructors are super professional, even when the class is full they’ll take their time to explain you everything in details, answer your questions and recommend how you can improve. All of the classes are suitable for different levels, so don’t hesitate to join if you’re just a beginner or have never danced before( like it was in my case). I’m so happy to be the part of this incredible and supportive community and certainly can recommend it to everyone!

Studio Republic dance department have become a soul place for me for the last 2 years. The professionalism and passionate with which teachers transfer their love to dance to students is something making it unique in Dubai. The atmosphere in classes is very friendly and encourages you to try new things and not being afraid of it no matter with which dance experience you came with . An extremely good concept for Dubai. It is not only an amazing Gym, Studio, Salon, Coffee Shop or Talent developer, it is as well a home for many people. Besides the professional and highly prepared trainers and products, I really enjoyed the upgrades and care that this place always delivered. If a member is suggesting something, the managers really listen and take action.

One of the best concepts in Dubai. The Drama, Dance, Music and everything SR has to offer completely blew me away. I signed up in January 2020 and attended the dance program regularly ever since. Amazing professional and highly qualified instructors of top quality - loaded with experience and absolutely loved and adored by the dance community. Definitely a place to join without a doubt!

Great place for medical recovery. We visit Naji there for our daughter post an ankle fracture. He's great with kids and his exercises are straight to the point. After 4 sessions we've seen massive improvement already.

Guys… if you are sportive like I am, go get Najim for your physio sessions, he is just the person you need to connect with, the person you need to consult. He just know his job, so analytical on why a pain arise and what your body needs… I play handball for 20 years and have knee issues since 10 years… I saw many physio, but he, went to fix it by locating the exact reason of my chronic pains… and by the way… the gym complex is amazing, all in one place. Material is top class.

Somewhere you can call HOME! I joined the gym recently because my son had a special condition and scheduled some Physiotherapy sessions with Naji. This Doctor is among the friendliest people you can ever meet, with a very strong background! He is doing magic and knows exactly what body part is really hurting you. Few sessions with him and my boy’s pain was gone and he even gained more mobility. I liked the gym since I first stepped in. It is a whole vibe inside; instructors and most people are really friendly, kind and always rushing to help. Facilities and Equipment are amazing and classes take you over the moon. I am so happy to make part of such a community! I definitely recommend 🙏

After spending over 8k dh they made me feel very uncomfortable because I transferred the membership as I was out of the country for a bit and was still paying, did not inform me it's not possible to get it back and didn't care one bit about customer service or repeat business. Definitely will not renew because besides the whole unjustified superior attitude, it's definitely overpriced, no walue for money and you can get 2 yearly memberships in other gyms even better ones for less than 8k. What a waste.

Guys, with recent changes in the gym without notifying your customers you guys have screwed up entire workout routines of many. Have raised the issue with your staff who just give false promises, forcing ppl to renew membership with fake promises. It's not ethical and it's loot. Have sent you dm on insta since your staff doesn't respond to his promises. Very unethical!! Try to be different than any other gym who keeps looting ppl..

So we recently joined the studio for various classes for my 7 year old daughter. She loves all her teachers and the classes are wonderful. Jamal Sir, the drumming teacher is so gentle and kind with kids. Ms Becky (acting)brings out talents we weren’t aware of. Ms Yerisha (dancing) is such a good influence. I would highly recommend Studio Republik because of the excellent instructors and space.

This place has it all - literally , it's not just a gym , it's like a fitness and recovery haven. You can find so much to do ! Physiotherapist Dennis is amazing and has helped me so much with my shoulder and neck issues.

Receptionists provide erroneous information opposite to what trainers provide. Not serious and not motivated .. reception is the front line of the business and they send a disastrous image. Over the phone same story…totally lost. Never ask if customer were happy… even issues to pay !!!

The best gym in Dubai in my opinion, the facilities don‘t leave any wishes left unfulfilled. The only way to improve for me would be to offer more Reformer Pilates classes especially during the day.

So much more than a place for fitness/wellness, Studiorepublik is a place for everyone to find their own hobbies and passion. Be it music, theatre, martial arts, different dance disciplines, they all have it. They have dedicated state of the art studios for every discipline. This place is no doubt the best place to find your passion. Great cafe/restaurant available with plenty of tables where you can work. The free wifi is also great. Free parking at the basement

Great gym, they take hygiene very seriously. Respectful members who know who to use common spaces and the concept of the gym is absolutely fantastic this is not just a gym its a community hub for many hobbies: drama , music, dance and many many more. Its worth the price tag

Studio Republic is just the perfect place . I joined last February and it's the best decision I have ever made here in Dubai . I'm so happy to be able to train in three different areas at one place. I'm part of the Dance program and I love the fact that you can start from zero experience and actually see good progress ,thanks to the great teachers Yarisha and Craig . I'm also part of the Drama program.Actually it was my main reason to join Studio republic in the first place.The program its great ,and covers stage acting aswell as screen acting .I took my first class with Alex Brown when the Studio just opened, and I just felt that this is the place to be . From the Areal program I'm taking the Hoop classes, I always wanted to try. the classes with Cristiana are really good and I love the process and the progress . I definitely recommend Studio Republic , there is so much you can do in ONE PLACE. The community its spectacular , and the installations are beautiful. Just come and join us :)

What an amazing summer camp this year has turned into. The exposure to the various activities while learning something new. The guidance from teachers and camp counselors was perfect way for the kids to remain engaged and learn new skills.
