I think the first time I came here was in 2003 or 2004 and I’ve been a repeat visitor many many times over the years. The professional therapists are amazing. They know exactly how to make those aching muscles go away and the herbal Aryuvedic oils are the best I’ve ever had for my body. Always an outstanding experience to return to Softtouch Spa Ajman.

Visited with a friend and we booked Balinese massage for same day evening. To our surprise when we came for the massage and it took time for us to prepare, undress, use washroom.. about 10-15 minutes was gone which counted for the time of the massage. We recieved in total 45 minutes instead of 1 hour. No one informed us that we need to come earlier and time for the massage starts from the exact booked time. P.S they didn’t have any bookings after us. Spa was empty. Massage was okay, we enjoyed it.

Amazing experience! We used Softtouch Spa services while staying at Ajman Hotel. Reeja is very professional and her Ayurveda massages and facials were incredible. The atmosphere of the SPA is very relaxing with serene treatment room and soothing smells and sounds. Would definitely recommend to visit whilst you are in the area. My mom went for a longer 9-day program and enjoyed every bit of it.

For the last 7 annual holidays in Ajman, be it in the Ajman Hotel or the Ajman Saray Hotel, I have always arranged a massage with Ayurveda at the Ajman Hotel. It has always been a first class experience and I would recommend a full body with hot oil to the head every time.

Decision to have massage was spontaneous. Softtouch SPA is located on the territory of the hotel, so no need to go anywhere out. Really appreciate super customer oriented attitude and care of Reeja, SPA therapist. She was very helpful with explanation of all differences btw variety of massages and recommended the one I needed. You can adjust the power of touch with the therapist during massage process, so I'm pretty sure you'll find the best option suitable personally for your mood and requests. After massage I've got nice ginger tea and kind smiles from spa staff. Thanks for making my stay nice.
