What an amazing place, I've been to a trampoline park before, but this was so much more. From games to obstacle courses to swings and zip lines. So much to do . We went on a Saturday for a friend's kids birthday and it still wasn't so packed you felt worried about running into someone. The staff was kind and the young man that we paid at the desk was so amazingly kind and informative about all the possible packages they offer. It was a bit pricey, but with the offer of monthly and yearly tickets it definitely balances out. I promise you it is worth going back with so many different options of play!

We had the best time. They are always super friendly and helpful when setting up a bday party. They have updated more stuff and they took out the climbing wall. They have a basketball court and slide now.

Sooo much fun. I think this is definitely the best trampoline Park in B'ham. The new slide they added is the best!!! And the massage chairs are a nice touch.

Absolutely blast for kids of all ages. The definitely don't have enough staff for all the activities. The silks, which can be EXTREMELY dangerous if done incorrectly, and the zip line were unmanned the majority of the time we were there. My 14 year old spent almost an hour helping other kids on the Zipline.

We had a lot of fun, but unfortunately my little girl got hurt and had to go to the hospital. It wasn't DEFYs fault, but I thought I'd mention it so people know, there's a possibility of injury; that's just the nature of strenuous physical activity. Even after her emergency room visit, however, she's still begging to go back! That ought to tell you something!!

Last minute decision to bring the nephew and niece here while they were staying with us. One of the kids was a little nervous about it all, a lot nervous, actually, but the staff were absolutely terrific- calming and fun and supportive and helpful. The kids 4 and 3, for reference, and they could basically do all the activities. Great experience!

So much fun! We had a birthday party there yesterday, everyone was very happy including parents. This is our first time to be there, I was impressed that Defy doesn’t charge anything for all the party parents!! Although it was a little crowded but no chaos. Parents who don’t have Defy socks can get close to each of the section to watch too! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our party host made sure we had everything we need for the party. A SUPER good experience!

I just want to say how impressed I am with the staff. They take the time and play with my little boy every time we come here. Especially when there’s not many kids to play with, like on non-peak hours, they make sure to play with him. They probably could just stand around and make sure everyone is safe, but they really engage with the kids. It’s so sweet. Good training and good staff!!
