I recently purchased a pizza with a parfait; paid for extra cheese and sauce thinking it would be .. you know FRESH. But I get instead a cold dry less pizza 😑. Decided to put it in the oven and jazz it up so it could taste like something… disgusted

I usually love Panera and the employees were super sweet last night. Although, this morning it was not sweet for me. I got the chicken noodle soup and woke up with really bad food poisoning. I’ve been throwing up all morning. Chunks of the soup in it but there was pieces of plastic too. This is not what I was expecting. Panera if you see this please check your soups.. so someone else doesn’t have to feel this.

I love Panera. Something must have gone wrong today: I ordered a large soup and this is what I got, with a measly piece of bread.

Panera bread is one of my top favorite places to go out to eat. This was our first and last time at this location though. We usually go to the lake Mary and Sanford locations. This location was absolutely disgusting. The tables and floor were filthy.. VERY FILTHY! we had already ordered our food so we felt stuck eating there. Tables were hard to find as it was but when we found one it had a grease and grime buildup so thick underneath the crumbs that I could not touch with my wet wipes I bring everywhere. My husband filled our drinks and he stated that he's never seen a more disgusting fountain drink area ... He is a restaurant manager and would never get visa store even slightly dirty let alone the mess this restaurant was. What is wrong with this location? We never experienced this at the two other locations we visit regularly. Do better!

Chicken Tetiyaki is the bum. Yum. Broccoli cheddar soup.

I rarely eat out, and when I do, I normally go to Panera. The Panera in Oviedo is absolutely filthy! The ceiling is orange with grease, and the entire kitchen is covered in grease and fuzz. The staff are always very nice. However, when you order a side of a baguette, you don’t want the 1 inch of the end of a stale piece of bread. This happens every time. They should really give you a decent piece of bread, since they are supposed to be a bakery.

They are usually out of Soufflés and everything is expensive, while portions are small. I don’t buy the soups any more due to them being too salty. Panera has certainly gone downhill. Only thing keeping them going are college students.

Why does it always smell like musty sweat at this location? When the cashiers open the windows to the drive through the smell of must hits you in the face. It’s so gross 🤮 The employees always seem annoyed and can never seem to get the order right. The management is also not accommodating at all. Would not recommend.
