While
passing
by
a
couple
of
times,
I
thought
to
try
this
place.
Very
excited
to
see
how
it
really
follows
the
third
wave
of
coffee
ie.
sustainability,
light
roast,
innovative
and
customer
care.
But
it
was
a
regular
cafe
experience.
This
cafe
offers
ample
space
to
sit
and
work,
conduct
group
meetings
or
general
chit-chat.
There
is
a
book
shop
within
the
cafe,
a
nice
surprise,
last
seen
in
a
CCD
bangalore.
Cool
ambience,
decent
coffee
with
good
options.
Coffee
beans
seem
dark
roasted
with
strong
flavour.
Fresh
sandwiches
have
good
taste
but
inconsistent
quality.
Brownie,
muffins
were
worth
trying.
Prices
are
slightly
lower
or
the
same
compared
to
the
premium
cafe,
with
bigger
portions,
so
you
get
more.
The
staff
is
humble
and
ready
to
support.
Services
do
not
match
with
all
this.
Wrong
food
was
packed,
veg
vs
non-veg;
the
cafe
manager
was
unable
to
cancel
the
online
order
when
the
food
item
was
not
available.
Customer
care
available
as
chat
and
painfully
slow
with
no
solution.
Even
the
manager
was
not
able
to
connect
to
their
head
office
for
resolution!
And
I
also
bought
their
merchandise
to
try,
it
is
with
good
looks
but
not
a
practical
small
handle
and
heavy
cup,
slips
from
the
hands.
