Worst PG, the owner of this PG is a fraud, he promised me that when you leave inform one month prior and your security money will be adjusted... But he cheated me and was very abusive and offensive

We stayed vikrant place (not a palace) for one month and it was really terrible experience, place was two congested for three people, room cleaning was not happening in a proper manner, food was ok ok, he has mentioned they he will provide some south indian food but then we never had once, not worth to stay for corporate people, internet was not working properly, before you book this place ask him to show room because he never shown us untill we pay rent and security deposit. We had to move from here within one month due to internet issue but then he said like he wont return our security deposit so we paid 11500 for 29 days which is not even worth. Overall its not recommendable to stay.

This place is not even worth for one star to stay especially for office person. I was stayed for one month in this place that was my worst experience in my enitre life. I paid full amount for a month with advance to him(11500) without showing the room. After that he gave us one storage kind room without windows and no proper air flow too. Whatever he said to us in the beginning he never did anything to us. Totally cheated us.Wifi was issue in that place so we planned to move out there within a month .so we asked to him that we will stay another 15 days and take the money which was paid which around 23k for three person but he never accept it finally he just agree for 5 days to stay it. So we are paid 23k for a store room for one month. Please dont ever think stay this place and never think you will get your advance amount.. I stayed many PG across in the india ever see kind behavior .. He is totally cheated us and definitely he wil cheat you as well. For him Money is important than anything Dont believe any photos shared from.him everything old one. So Check once before pay it !!! DONT EVER TRY TO STAY THIS PLACE

Very bad experience. They cheats. Took 14000 rent for single AC room. But alloted sharing Cooler room. Its my 7th day here. Still requesting to give me a single room. Owner's reply for above feedback as "Thanks for feed back for one month extra charges apply👍🏻Dont ask discount in check out time🤔very bad experience from u.." At time of booking I clearly told, will be for 1 or 2 months. It was never shared that higher rent for 1 or 2 months stay. Owner is not a reliable person to deal with.

MONEY WILL BE WASTED IF YOU STAY IN VIKRANT PALACE This is one of the worst place and worst experience I had.The owner is a worst guy,he wants money that’s it,he will send you good images when you ask for photos but he will give waste and congested room and he will ask for advance, “pls without seeing the room don’t give advance” and on arrival day he will ask you to pay full amount with extra 500Rs while vacating he will give you back the 500 it seems,but when u return he will include it as electricity charge.he will tell you balcony,A/c everything is der and waste thing he kept one old noisy air cooler it disturbs a lot and ventilation is not der.In bathroom water won’t come properly the taps are broken. From my experience the students and parents please find some other pgs in balli there is lot of nice pgs with low rates choose some other pgs please don’t stay in VIKRANT PALACE….. You are fake and ur pg is fake He is treating students as slaves and he use to talke rubbish if you ask for something and cheats our money so pls don’t take pg in balcony his way of talking is rude and cheap……….

Very worst PG. They will show you big room and will give small room. The owners are very rude. Lots of unnecessary restrictions. Bathrooms are very bad dirty. They don't even allow visitors in room. Don't have water purifier on all floors. When you will go to college or job they will break your locks and will shift your stuff in another room. Beware

I have seen first time this type of pg. Pg owner behaving very BAD with all boy's specially jobs people.At the time of releasing pg his behaviour is not good and he charged extra for light Bill and rent for all.

Vikrant is a cheater. He takes my one month rent and security and never give my security amount back. He is biggest liar. I would strongly not recommend to use this space as he will steal all your money. Going to take a strict action against this issue.

I have taken the police action against him. Waiting for settlement. If settlement happens, I will remove this review. Waiting for the early action. I am from Meerut so don't think I can't go legal or do anything. I just want things to settle down politely, else get ready for more strict actions. PS: I have shared transaction records to police too, and other reviews of people whom you cheated.

Very poor and rude behaviour of owner, Common and dirty toilets, food is good but limited. No ventilation In room. Gate will close at 10:30-11pm.

Worst place I ever seen in my life the quality of food is too bad washrooms are always dirty and owner don't know how to talk with anyone.....

truly speaking this place is just like a second home for students...environment is beyond the expectation if u r searching for good n safe pg this is rite one its very comfortable place for student the location is vey great staff is also very friendly n helpful great hostel

Best hostel in sec 126 noida near Amity University Best security Good infrastructure good staff Nice services like wifi gym Daily cleaning Safe n secure palace My son stay around 3 year 5 month no problem.. Good environment Timely security back But rules is very strict that's why i refer all parents to book your room in vikrant palace

Worst place to check in. Owner is fraudulent and imposter. Doesn't gives back the security money when you leave. Food is 3rd class and rooms are below average. Washrooms are dirty. Overall don't check in or give money to the deceiver owner.

Most disgusting and unhygienic place on earth. Owner is a fraudster. Railway food is better than this hostel food. Owner will not return your money as is a cheater. Don't check in. I repeat Don't check in.
