    I took my son there for breakfast. The potatoes were crunchy, and not in a good way. We ordered the maple chicken sandwiches... they were terrible. Greasy but dry, overcooked chicken and the bread was hard. They were nice enough to replace my sandwich (my son didn't want to even bother). I replaced it with a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately this was terrible also. Bread was hard and a little burned, egg was overcooked and it just wasn't good. Wendy's used to be phenomenal. I don't know what happened to them. It's disappointing and they were one of my favorites. The best thing about this order was our drinks.

    I placed a mobile order and all my food was COLD. It wasn’t bagged properly my bag was wide open, once food is bagged the bag should be folded to keep food warm (fresh) Employees need to be train BETTER & they lack urgency!! Do the fries look fresh to y’all? (It’s not just the fries it’s the whole order, the fries are an example)

    Trash, I've been waiting in line for 45 min now. I'm now late for an appointment and I've counted 6 people smarter than Me drive out of the line. Waste of money and time, and it's not like there's a such thing as customer. once I get there my fries are cold. 😤 update all of my food was cold went back inside to get hot food and was left standing there. picture of the food and time ordered vs actual time.

    I had a horrible experience I might not eat there ever again. Sweet tea wasn’t sweet. The soda machine was all out. I was really disappointed. One machine didn’t have ice 😤

    Was in drive thru around 8pm and 1 car in front of me. She waited 10 min before order was taken. Took forever. Then I was going to order and had to wait 10 more minutes to give my order. Went to 1st window and new girl was unfriendly. Went to 2nd window to get food. Waited another 15 min for food. New girl was on her phone and biting her nails and not Taking customers orders in drive thru. Everyone's standing around doing nothing. I tapped on the window and asked what's taking so long and the girl couldn't tell me why so I asked where's the manager and she said she's sitting in the office doing nothing as usual. Then I said tell her come to window so I can talk to her and she didn't care. Bad management is what I said and she not helping her employees when drive thru is busy. Bad customer service in my book.

    This Wendy’s should just close PERIOD!! I have tried to support them but can no longer. It has gotten to the place where they don’t even have dressing for a salad, AND they do not tell you. They just let you get home to find out do they can make the sale. For burgers half the toppings are missing so it doesn’t matter what you order you get maybe a patty and cheese nothing else. Different employees every week. If I could give them a minus I would!!!

    Ordered through DoorDash only to receive a call once the dasher was there. This Wendy’s apparently doesn’t offer the items listed on the menu. When I asked for a substitute Wendy’s said they wouldn’t trade out the item even though they are the ones not fulfilling what’s on their menu and that DoorDash would have to refund. Had to cancel the whole order. Work on your customer service Wendy’s.

    Waited in the drive thru for 38 minutes before getting to the speaker to order and there was only 8 cars in front of me. 3 of which left because they got tired of waiting. They take 1 order, and fill that order before taking another. This is ridiculous to happen in the afternoon.

    Today the drive thru line was slow but there weren't that many cars. When we got to the window I understood why or at least part of it. The cashier was more interested in having a conversation with someone inside than doing her job efficiently. The employee wasn't bad, just less than expected.

    10 pm drive tru. They take 20 mins. To take my order. No chili. The in the pick up window the manager ignored me after they give the food. Try to ask for ketchup. He ignored me I wait and he finally open the window I ask for ketchup . He just said we out of it and closed the window terrible service

    make sure you check your ticket, today they charged me for an extra lemonade and I heard as the manager told the cashier to leave it that way and the cashier was not going to tell me anything until I complained , when she call the manager, the manager pretended that he didn't know anything. Also they didn't give me my fries in my order, only the hamburger and they charged me for the full combo. you have to check your order carefully and what they charge you because they steal from you.

    Stood here for 5 minutes with 10 people behind the counter no one came up to take our order. Little old lady walk past us said be right with you and went to put spoons. No one was waiting on spoons but I was waiting to give an order and pay money. Never go back

    I got off work at 6am after working 12 hour shift and I was starving. I got in the drive through line around 6:10ish and waited and waited. No one ever came to the window so I left. When I was driving away I only say one employee inside. If you’re going to advertise you open at 6, then open at 6. Another recent night the lady scooping fries had no gloves on and they were out of frostys.
