We had an attentive waitress. Food delivery took about 20 minutes. Bar in the centre of the restaurant & and the seating area around it. Good few large TV screens. Plenty of free parking. Decent food quality.Well maintained toilets.

Was here Halloween night for dinner and drinks. We ordered beef Nachos, Boneless wings and Dollar Margaritas. The food and drinks were good. I didn’t care for the waitress but the girl bringing the food out was very nice.

Anthony took great care of us! It is refreshing to get great customer service. We came in for the half priced appetizers after 9pm and the $12.99 all you can eat boneless wings. He kept the refills of drinks and food coming and went above and beyond to take care of our table. If you're here on a Friday or Sunday evening ask for Anthony!

We visited Applebees on Halloween night. The restaurant was pretty full. There was even a party. The waitress/bartender was very busy. Maybe somewhat overworked. She did a great job of checking on her tables and putting in orders not to overwhelm the kitchen staff. We had the nachos and they were picture perfect. The kitchen runner even joked with us saying they are definitely worth a picture. We also had a couple of dollaritas to accompany. After 9pm certain appetizers were half off so we got an order of boneless wings. They were very good. Our overall experience was good. The Halloween decorations made it festive.

My mother and I both had the 2 for $27 great deal! The meal of bbq ribblets and smashed potatoes was delicious. We chose a house salad that was very good. It had fresh vegetables and had yummy toppings and the best fresh croutons. Service was great, and the atmosphere was too.

Our party of 11, was told at another local restaurant that the wait time would be at least 45 minutes. We were the first ones there at opening. Too cold to wait around, so therefore we went to Applebee's. The best decision ever, and I must say everything happens for a reason, because we had the best server and the most delicious food at Applebee's in Burlington NC. I highly recommend 5 stars plus!!!

We were greeted and seated quickly. The restaurant was fairly busy with only three staffers that was visible. Several sections empty no staffer to work those areas. The waitress was nice and attentive but the drink, appetizer and food wait time was ridiculous. Even after the long wait the food was not even warm. We ordered 2 same items and 2 two for 25...Again the food was cold. Reported it she took appetizer back it was corrected. We didnt bother with main dishes because of time and sanitary reasons. By the time were about to exit they were warning newcomers of the wait time due to staffing and lots of people were leaving but it was still all these empty tables and probably 15 or more waiting to be seated. The food was luke warm and not very good only one person in our group enjoyed and completed their entire meal. Then again you cant really mess up a hamburger right?

Went around 9pm Saturday night, was not busy and got sat fast and got our drinks fast the first time. Ordered the deal for 2 entrees (steak and bourbon chicken and shrimp) and a appetizer (BBQ boneless chicken) both appetizer and entrees arrived at the same time which was bad timing but whatever, however our drinks were empty for awhile and when our food was dropped off our waitress left without noticing until we had to flag her down to get refills. The waitress did not return until 5 minutes after we finished eating. The steak was bland and tasteless, and any part of the chicken and shrimp(all the shrimp as they were on the chicken)not in contact with the sizzling plate were cold. The BBQ chicken were not bad but some of them had congealed sauce. Might have been an off day but cannot recommend going.

Our family of four stopped by on a Thursday evening and had a great time. We were told upfront that things might be a bit slower due to only 1 server being on-site. We were fine with that and each of our meals was quite good, fresh and served at a proper temp. Service, food and environment was totally fine and no complaints.

We stopped in for an early lunch on Saturday and got there about 11:30 but by noon it was getting crowded. Our server Paula H took great care of us. I ordered my usual, the Sampler and my beau ordered a cheeseburger with fries. Food was good - cheeseburger was cooked to perfection, however mozzarella sticks were crispy but needed another minute for cheese to melt, the tortilla chips were too salty, spinach dip was runny this time but normally isn’t. Boneless wings and quesadillas were spot on!
