    The worst service I’ve received in a long time had to go back in from the drive through, was missing two sandwiches associate claimed they were in the bag I brought everything in sandwich was missed marked and incorrect. It was just a regular beef sandwich with cheddar so then they proceeded to make the sandwiches because the other one claimed she already made it then the two girls got in a little argument and finally about 5 to 10 minutes later got my sandwiches and that’s literally how long it took her to make it, and all the other kids were prancing around, walking back-and-forth acting like all they were hanging out at someone’s house and not working absolutely worst horrible service! Will never ever go back!! There’s no urgency there they don’t care they walk back-and-forth just chitchatting instead of someone on the fri station while the other ones making the sandwiches and the person bagging all the food is running back-and-forth, making the fries instead of directing the teammates to do their jobs and complaining about getting out late. Placed my order about 8 PM an online confirmed it would be ready within five minutes. We got there and it was still not ready which is understandable because the order was big but we did not leave until after 9 o’clock. Didn’t notice the fries until we got home but paid for larges and they were filled like smalls also cold and nasty!! Cheese sauce I didn’t even eat because it was all dark on top and cold as if it was sitting on the counter for hours!

    Five stars for this location and two stars for the Arby's corporate standards. This doesn't resemble meat anymore, it resembles sliced process meat like hot dogs flavored and colored to look somewhat like beef. I do give ya credit for the "Arby's" sauce, if it weren't for it I would have never came here. As far as this location the service was fast, the dining room clean, and staff efficient. I dined in and did not go thru the drive thru. I had no problem with parking and like places that have root beer. I don't drink sodas much but did this time and didn't pay attention to the brand but the root beer came from the soda fountain and was good.

    Arbys is typically good when they do things the way they should! You can always tell when your food is made wrong. This place is hit or miss. Maybe 50% of the time food is what you would expect but the food can get pricey and its even more irritating when you spend that much and don't get what you expect.

    Arby's is so underrated. Love the food, especially the classic roast beef and the mozzarella sticks. I unfortunately don't go there often because of the prices.

    Ordered the Hush Puppy breaded fish meal. The fish was not fried long enough making them a bit soggy, the french fries were the same, not fried long enough. I was quite disappointed in my meal.

    I guess I should have looked in the bag but I get all the way home and I had missing food to far to drive back. I tried calling no answer plus the person didn’t even give me a receipt. Don’t understand they were not even busy.. the lady that took my order was rude as well.

    The service and quality of food has improved lately but still too expensive for fast food. I was waiting for an employee to take my order but he was trying to clean up a mess in the dinning area and another employee who had just left for the night stepped up and took my order was very appreciated.

    Mozzarella sticks were cold and the bottoms were wet? The bottoms were soggy like they had been sitting in water or something. Also, I ordered the large curly fries, but by the time I got all of the crinkle cut fries, marinara packs, and Arby's sauce packs out of the fries carton, only about a third of the carton was actually curly fries. The sandwich was average as expected. After being in the drive-thru line for so long, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

    Waited for 15 minutes to receive my food. I got the 4 piece chicken nugget meal for my son. Only to get home and find an empty pack no chicken nuggets. I get that you are understaffed but come on seriously. This is food I am paying for and not receiving.

    UPDATE: Came here for a DoorDash and THREE main items are out of stock -- it's not hard to place orders and keep your stock full. Management is severely lacking at this location. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The food was decent, wasn't the worst I've ever had but the service was top 10 worst experiences ever. 2 times I received a completely incorrect order, wasn't even close. The cashier proceeds to get upset with me, insinuating that it was my fault that she got the order wrong. I told her it was okay, mistakes happen but still continued on saying that I had too many changes (just didn't want any onions) Another employee was sitting at one of the tables, instructing another new employee on policy and procedure, who was behind the counter. Unprofessional and an overall unwelcoming experience, I'll take my money elsewhere.

    My Arby's double roast beef was really good. But, I ordered a "Peach Lemonade" I was handed the smallest cup I've seen in a while. (Kids drink size) While I was leaving I checked my receipt & I was charged almost $5! For that tiny lemonade. I realize that absolutely everything is out of control expensive but C'MON MAN!!!!

    We used a coupon today to save a few bucks. The roast beef sandwiches were hot and tasty. We enjoyed them. When two can eat for $12, what's not to like!

    The food was exactly what I ordered and properly cooked. The service was remarkably fast for being very busy at the drive through window. The atmosphere was average for the time of evening on a Wednesday . The staff was polite and attentive. I was treated with respect. I was satisfied with my visit and purchase.

    3rd time trying it and every time the food was cold, the fries were old and the drive thru service was poor. We understand everywhere is short staffed and are stressed out, but every time?!. We waited 15-20 minutes in line to receive horrible service. The person taking orders and giving you the food is very rude. From the minute she’s getting your order to tossing you your food with no communication. After all that we still even said thank you and she just looks away no response.

    Anytime we get Arby’s weather it’s in the drive through, or online, or on door dash we never get the Arby’s sauce that we ask for! Like come on no one wants just a dry sandwich!

    Probably the best meal I've gotten from Arby's yet. Since it was delivered by UberEats, the sauerkraut on the Ruben wasn't soggy at all, it was perfection. The double meat with cheesy sauce was perfect too. The Jamocha shakes were absolutely yummy! Kudos to the staff at Arby's. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

    Maybe under new management? The service was fast/polite. We were in and out of there in under 5 minutes. Food is always good, it was the service and wait time that was an issue in the past.

    Love the food, but the sides of nacho cheese are skimpy. UPDATE: Made contact with the corporate office. They sent me two free meals. My wife and I returned with high hopes, and the problem was solved! Great job, guys! 5-stars!

    Slow motion service and dead beat employees. Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes for someone else's food. No more, especially for Rio Rancho folks. Guy at drive thru said food is still hot. Yeah right. No it wasn't. Careless and poor food handling

    The Rio Rancho location is the worst I've ever been to, honestly, they just don't care, the sandwiches are usually not warmed up correctly, sauce is slopped on and shakes (when they do actually have them) taste funky or are not kept cold enough so you wind up with a melted mess running down the side of the cup. The good news is, the folks over at the San Mateo location absolutley rock! The food is always hot, shakes are wonderful and they actually have a sense of humor when you visit the drive-through. I guess it is just a matter of management and crew. RR, you need to step up your game.
