I have always wanted to stop at a Cracker Barrel and I finally got my chance. Lots to look at. Sadly so much was from China. Food great. Staff wonderful and they deserve big tips as they were very busy in all areas. I would go again as food quality was very good and they accommodated my food allergy with ease.

Five Star review for parking my RV overnight. Unfortunately we weren't able to be good customers because we were in and out, but the parking lot was great if you're an RVer on the road. Tight turnarounds if you have a big rig but we did it. The restaurant and gift shop looked very clean inside even though we were there after hours. Parking lot very clean.

I ordered a Chicken Fried Chicken and a Biscuits and Gravy to go. NEITHER of them had gravy on top or on the side. How do you forget something thats in the dishes name?? I never asked for no gravy, because I love their sawmill gravy. It literally says I ordered it on the receipt. This is the second time this has happened and I am very disappointed. I will not be coming back!!

So I placed an order my ticket says 8:14 and arrived at 830 said online I had arrived and we’ll 25 minutes later nothing. So I call and and 10 minutes later nothing call back ask to speak to the manager I mean why offer curb side right? (I wasn’t properly dressed why I did curbside) well I expressed my frustration and she laughed and said ok ma’am and as I was still talking hung up on me .So she gets to me (short petite lady with curly hair) I tell her how unprofessional she is and she blamed the staff. So I’m sure with her as a manager that place is ran like trash. I did call the corporate number too but no I did not eat it but my dogs had a nice breakfast. Would you like eggs and bacon that been out 45+ minutes

Stopped by on my cross-country adventure for the night 🌙 in my RV. The food and service were good. They have a security guard along with the gift shop area, almost the size of the sit-down area. No questions asked about staying the night. Local traffic noise and 2 trash pickup nearby by 6am, but not complaining since it was free. People please pick up dog droppings. About 10 RV'S and another 6 or so overnight stays in their cars.

Extremely dissatisfied first the service was extremely poor. We waited 15 mins and it was dead then the waiter said you know what you want with out asking for what we will have to drink. I did let him know we been waiting already for 15 mins he said I've been busy with a large table with attitude!!! We ordered our food I asked for a side salad before my meal. Waited and waited and waited then he brings us our drinks and salad walks away then walks back and brings us our meals was missing a side told him when he brought the bill he walks away and brings the side! I never had this kind of service anywhere before!!! The food was okay I do not recommend the pot roast as it's mostly water as you can see from the photos never got one refill for drinks my recommendation is to not even bother to eat here!!!!!

We enjoy eating at the Cracker Barrel. The menu is full of good choices and like the the meals my granddad use to cook! This time the waiter was new and in the process of learning how to serve the customer. It takes a little patience, but we all go through being new in life sometimes. He did very well except the iced tea we ordered was still hot when he filled the glasses. We had to ask for extra ice, no big problem. We need to be kinder to our customer service workers or we will not have any!! Kindness is a gift that is free to give like a smile. Thank you CBOCS for giving young people a chance to prove themselves.

This location must be under new management. Tonight, they lost 2 long-time customers forever. While our last FEW orders have been incorrect, I am going to focus the the latest for this review. I wanted to utilize curbside this evening... I showed up at the correct time and checked in online. Waited for 15 minutes. Nothing. Called the number on the sign. Rang and rang. No answer. Checked in again online and waited another 10 minutes with no response. Finally, my wife went inside and there was our order sitting on a shelf. Room temp & ignored. When we got the order home, we realized that they had forgotten an entire dinner, sides & dessert. I called and spoke with a manager and he said they would remake our order and asked for 25-30 minutes. Again, I showed up at the appropriate time and this time I went inside. Obviously, my order had not even been started because I waited 30 minutes. I checked the order and, again, missing items that I asked for. They had to go get them. Obviously, I didn't check the order thoroughly enough because when I got home, my wife pointed out that we were STILL missing an item. I am very forgiving in light of the current labor shortage but this is absolutely unacceptable. The complete lack of attention to detail and overall indifference to the fact that I now had 2 hours invested in a STILL incorrect order is shocking. We will NEVER waste another dollar at this location.

Friendly staff and great food EVERY time I come here! I definitely RECOMMEND coming here! Everyone is pleasant from seating to paying my bill!

I absolutely love this place. Maybe not everything on the menu and maybe the long wait times can be a little frustrating if you go at a busy time, but that speaks to how great the food is and that there is something for everyone. My personal favorite: Chicken Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and collard greens and an extra side of green beans. Try any of the locations...I've eaten CB in Arkansas (first time), New Mexico (all of the ABQ locations) and we get our Thanksgiving dinner here! Fantastic place to eat and a fun few minutes of shopping 😀

We changed up, Dawn had Dumplings and side of Fried Apples, while I had the Cheesy Bacon Home Style Chicken. The Dumplings came out hot and not soupy, they tasted awesome. My plate The chicken was moist and yet done just right with steam still escaping, the added fried onion crumbs were not just on top but all around the chicken which helped make this the Best Cracker Barrel across the US so far. Last year we spent $2,500 at Cracker Barrels. The new Loaded Steak Fries were great in flavor. YouTubers #DTNLivingLife was well satisfied with service from Matthew and Cracker Barrels cooks. They should have a day dedicated to the cooks behind the scenes that are 65% the reason people return.

I took my daughter and her family to eat here for the first time and first impressions are everything. We were greeted by a couple of very nice hosts and seated in a nice spot. We waited and waited and waited for a waitress to come by and at least take our drink order but now one ever came. Two other separate sets of customers who got seated after us got service but no one ever came to our table. I finally told my daughter that we would not be eating here now or any other time in the future! VERY POOR SERVICE!!! I could imagine what service would be like on a weekend because it was a Thursday!!

We love Cracker Barrel’s we stop in at every one while on vacation. I buy wifey a Jewelry box from every style every year to add to her collection. We love the prices and the food is very good here.

This was a call in order the girl who answered was lost. Didn't know her menu. Had to explain what page and where the items were at. Then, at the end of the order, she didn't repeat my order I did. She didn't tell me how much didn't take my name. And then she didn't hang up the phone she kept a conversation with someone in the kitchen. When I arrived The front of the house staff were very friendly they tried helping but when they have no information it's hard for them to recover. I ask the lady up front how long and she called the waitresses and and she said 20 minutes. One hour and 5 minutes later she came out with my food. I checked my order and asked if the chicken was bone in. It was not she had the cooks cook the wrong chicken I'm guessing she can't tell the difference from bone into bonless. Then, when I asked her for the price, she said the receipt is right there, and you need to pay and walked away. After paying $101.00 I went told my wife, and she said that I was over charged but 51. Talked to the manager explain to him about what happened. He didn't care, but he did make it right even though I was super heated. Gave me back my $ 51 she over charged me. Should have left her a penny for a tip.

I've visited many Cracker Barrel locations around the country and this one didn't disappoint. I recently dined in at this location for the first time with family. The food was good and the service okay. My main complaint is that they were out of several items on the menu. Otherwise, wasn't a bad experience, I'd go back again in the future. For as busy as it was, the inside was clean.

This place has a very friendly atmosphere. Great service!!! First time ever and OH do they have a lot of things that brought back memories for me 😊. Their store has great displays of our history as a nation and things that I personally grew up with. Like Toys, Candy, Etc. Up on the ceilings things like peddle cars, sleds, tools, too many amazing old school things to mention. I was in Awe!!! I would highly recommend it as a a friendly, family atmosphere.!!!!

We arrived at 1:00 pm. It was fairly slow, the host had no personality. I don't think he even cared we were there. The waitress was somewhat personable. The food was barely warm, I'd say room temperature. Will we be back, I think not!! Unfortunately

Food was delicious as always! The food has never let me down! And our server Shanna was awesome, very knowledgeable about the menu. She was sweet, caring and attentive. I would come to this Cracker Barrel again just to be served by her! Great atmosphere too!

Underwhelming on all fronts. I need to start by saying I love cracker barrel. But this was a rough visit. My hashbrown casserole was inedible. The top was so hard, almost stale. But it wasn't even hot. The waitress forgot my husband's salad until after dinner. I emptied my water cup 3x and had to ask her each time for water even after she would see my empty glass. My son ordered sausage and she brought bacon, so she took his whole plate away. She brought it back 10 minutes later. We were half done with dinner and his pancakes on that plate were now cold. Also, all bacon seemed undercooked or at least very unevenly cooked. The waitress was new and when we paid, the manager was helpful and comped my husband's meal, so bonus points for that. Also, the men's restroom was gross, according to my son, and he doesn't have the highest standards lol.

So very happy my son and I stopped here for breakfast on our road trip. Our waitress, Claudia, was an absolute sweetheart. Checked on us frequently, made sure we had everything, asked about our road trip and told us to be safe. Cracker barrel is my all time favorite restaurant and this visit at this store just made it that much stronger. Thank you Claudia for being so amazing!!!

Our server, Shanna, was nothing short of perfect; very attentive, and provided everything we needed. Our dinners consisted of the new cheese chicken and the rainbow trout; both are very delicious - full of flavor, and the chicken and the fish melted in our mouths! Wonderful food for the soul. Great location. Highly recommend.

Have not been here since before pandemic. My wife and I had lunch there today. Server was outstanding!! And the food was superb !!! So much food for the price. Everything was fantastic. Already planning our next visit.
