A visit to San Antonio means a visit to Ruby Road! There is such a variety of crystals and other products. Each time the customer service is top notch. Today, Brianna provided above and beyond customer service. She researched every crystal we had questions about. Her spirit was calm and centered. She definitely made the experience a great one. I left with all that I came for and more!

I really liked this store and was excited about my purchase. However, I bought a ring I was told was real silver and I paid the price as if it were sterling silver and it wasn’t :( it has turned my finger green and rusted over after only two weeks of having it. Very disappointing since I was just visiting San Antonio and stopped at this store while in town and now I’m back home and there’s nothing I can do about it..

I went to Ruby roads for the first time a couple of months ago and I haven’t been able to stop going back! The store is chock-full of beautiful, carved and raw crystals, and possibly one of the largest Lumerian Quartz collections I’ve seen in San Antonio! I was actually so lucky to meet the owner my first time in, and as I myself have been working with crystals and minerals for the past 30 years we got to talking and I mentioned that I do wire wrapping and she was so nice to offer me some work doing wire wrapping for her..every time I go in there I’m so glad to be greeted by her employees they are all so nice and knowledgeable about everything. It’s also a very spiritual place for me I like to go there whenever I need to be grounded and solid again..I would recommend checking this palace out it’s a crystal lovers dream! Cheers

Ruby Road is the best place in San Antonio for crystals! I live in Stone Oak and travel there weekly. The staff delivers an exceptional personalized experience and are knowledgeable of the beautiful crystals they offer. After a long week of work, this is the place to shop for crystals, jewelry, and a tarot card reading in a fun relaxing environment.

Cutest gem shop!! The owner is a gemologist and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and the girls who work there are also very well educated in all the stones and their benefits. This store is a VIBE!

Last Friday we went to eat in The Pearl area and stumbled upon this CUTE and completely aesthetically pleasing jewel/jewelry/tarot reading shop! I immediately needed to check it out because my daughter is really big into crystals. I was blown away by how many extremely adorable pieces of jewelry pieces they have and they incorporate the jewels and crystals in them to make really stunning every day pieces and much much more! I cannot recommend this shop enough especially if you are looking for something unique, healing, and beautiful to by yourself, your partner, friend, or family member!
