    I have been doing business with this cash America location for a very long time. I went in today to pawn a James avery ring. I have had this ring in this pawn shop several times and I have always received $50. But when I went in today the cashier said he had to speak with his manager, which left me confused. When he returned he said that the new policy was they could only offer $10 for James avery rings. I told him that was ridiculous especially when I have had it in here several times and I have always received $50. He said that's all they offer now. I think this is a rip off because if they give you $10 and you're unable to take it out then they will sell your ring for $70 or $80. This is shady and deceitful business and I think everyone should find a different location to do business with. I think you shouldn't turn your back on loyal customers and come up with new policies without any notification. I will make sure corporate knows about this

    Jaime helped us and she is very sweet and kind. I will return and shop with her. I don't remember the manager but she helped us a lot as well. We got exellent deals. Thank you Jaime. Very friendly! Smiles all the time.

    Arrived at 9:52 am and when I entered not once did I ever get an acknowledgment and keep in mind there was not a lot of foot traffic In the store. Never had an employee come up to me to ask if I needed any assistance until maybe 15-20 minutes later.

    Sold some music equipment that I never use any longer & received a fair price. Friendly quick service. Checked out a handgun model that I owned in the 90s. Most likely will put it on layaway. Great layaway terms.

    I wanted to share with everyone that there was a person that works here by the name Marisa that works here and is the manager she was very rude and not willing to work with us I had to call the District manager to be able to help us out and he did thank you so much for your help Jim. Over all everyone else in the store has been great with me and never had a problem in the years I've been here just the new Manager was not professional at all.

    Just lost a gun sale because of one of your long-haired homeless looking employees. That really needs to keep his opinions to himself and not be such a want to be gun expert. Trying to be little customers on their knowledge of guns.

    Bcz it's the closest,n prev.Mgrs knew good cst service in past 23 yrs.i continue to go. Unfortunately I have lost prescious diamond gold rings to then be substituted with other rings not even close in value nor looks. This is the training store,where employees steal from this location.I have lost so much it's unbelievable. When they mess up,they give the reason of: it's company policy..long lectures not am sorry that employee didn't assist you correctly..etc. No it's the cst fault. I recommend take tools to open up items you buy used from this location. Otherwise you're pooped out of luck. U just bought junk sold by them,that they took in wo thoroughly inspecting item. Then they put it out for sale as is n want you to buy a PC PLAN that gives you a 5% or 10% option but employee never offers you that,bcz you confide in a location n employees are trained 100% ?? 😂😂please...oh,my fault! Good luck to all future buyers at this location. They have no cst service skills especially with seniors citizens.I guess it's the reason they constantly have new Employees? 🤣🤣one brunette there is awful attitude n cst service. Fyi female. They also, put you on hold over 5 minutes n you end up having to call them again constantly. I have one item,n promise to get my ring out n make sure they didn't exchange the diamond on it,to never return there again.

    Service sucks, the text reminder service they so call have never sends me notification on on my stuff.. I called to get information on my lawaway and the manger "so call" can't give me any info on my stuff over the phone without a customer number. .. but I called a different location the lady help me out with no hesitation..

    I am in the market for a new to me rifle. I had already stopped at a few other locations before coming here, I did see a really nice Ruger and patiently. Waiting to be helped like normally. But when the mail female were too busy flirting with each other. I decided to go to a location I stopped earlier and spent my money there. It's only obvious if a person is standing in front of A case to ask for help. There was a kind gentleman who asked if I needed help as I walked out. But already made up my mind that I would rather give that harder money to place where customer service is great.

    The absolute worst in customer service. I tried to buy a laptop and was not able to view any laptops PCS or tablets because the heavy set girl that waddled over to help me made it seem as though I was more of a nuisance than a customer. I asked one question and her answer to me was her flipping over the laptop pointing to the back and saying all the information you need is right there along with the price and waddled away. They really do have a great selection of PCS laptops and tablets however this is simply due from their inability to sell any from their stock. If you do plan on going to this place just remember to bring some tacos with you and you will have hed undivided attention
