The hotel can be located near DMS Bustop ie., on the main road itself. The room service and the check in and check out experience is smoothly done.Rooms and washrooms are clean and tidy. TV, AC are also in proper working condition.Had a good stay.

Stay away! Unless you enjoy a dark, gloomy room which also doubles as a mosquito haven. The people rating this property as 4 or 5 stars are crazy! The wet, stained ceiling looked as if it was going to collapse on us. Dirty sheets and pillows. The place smells damp and stale. This is an honest review. I dont want another family to endure this nightmare.

Even if there is zero stars I can give that.... I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone... First of all room was smelling really bad, the bathroom mugs were not clean, top of it room was full of mosquitos, there was only one light in the room, no remotes to AC or TV were provided, I felt like spending 2.5K for this room is utter non sense. I guess all the good comments down below or even after my comments will be by friends/known persons of hotel just to gain stars in ratings. Just dont fall into trap. Only good thing its on the main location.

The staff are drunk and so high. And I asked to speak with their manager, one of the drunkard came again ..it was like u tryin to stay in their house. They demand extra money even if u already paid from booking apps. You guys wont even believed how i was treated.. all those local thug should be arrested and spend some times behind bar. Working in hotel industry is so far for them. If any of the higher authority go throgh the comment please take action in some way. So then they wont do mistake and the customer wont suffered like i do.

The room was not cleaned when checked in. Liquor bottles were laying down beneath the bed. Bathroom were not cleaned and few decaying substances were settled in wash basin and closet were not all clean. There were no hot water supply in the bathroom. Towels, Drinking Water, Soap and Kettle were not provided. Reception seems to be so impressive which is not reflected in the facilities side

Stayed for a night with family in a Super Deluxe room with a double and a single bed. Very clean and spacious room. Staffs were well behaved, supportive and very helpful. It's well more than value for money with a mere price of 1800/- per night for 3 adults and a 7 yrs old child... The best part was it's location just beside metro station right on the main road with easy accessibility to anywhere in Chennai. There are few negative comments here as well as in Google all of which seem to be for the lower category rooms which guests have claimed to be very small and unclean, which might be true too. However, the room we stayed in - Super Deluxe category - perfectly clean and spacious leaving behind only positive vibes with us.

We came for US visa interview. It was nightmare. 1.The water dripped from the roof all over the night and the morning before the interview we couldn't sleep because of the sound. They didn't even change the room . But they charged rs.2700 at the time of checkin itself. 2. Floor was not clean . Floor mats were dirty. Asked for replacement but they were also the same. 3. No geyser. As It was raining outside we had to use cold water for shower . Washrooms don't have exhaust and was awful. 4. Seems like the air conditioner exhaust fan was dirty that's why even the AC air smelled bad. It was a old building. 5. Only good thing about the stay was their attendees were polite in speaking but no service . Some lady spoke politely in call during the booking and after the complaint but she didn't respond after the complaint . They politely took the whole money but the service is nil. We finally checked out. Don't dare to visit if you are particularly here for US VISA purpose .

Very attentive employees! they upgraded us to a bigger room at no cost because the previous one had some leaking issues. Location is great, close to metro station. Rooms are clean at a very decent price.

Great low cost place to stay. Right in the heart of city. All the places reachable conveniently. Staff is friendly.

I took a room for myself for Rs 1600 but the room had mosquitoes hovering over me. Additionally, the bathroom had water spilled all over (even on the toilet seat). I asked to change the room but all the bathrooms had water spilled all over. I had to leave the hotel then. I stayed for less than 2 hours but any amount of refund was denied then and there.

If you are visiting for the purpose of visa, it is one of the budget friendly hotel to look for. It is 1.5 km from visa biometric and 800m from Consulate general. Rooms are well maintained and service is good. Property Manager jeeva received us properly and maintained rooms properly. It is good for families as well, as they provide different rooms for different number of persons.

Jeeva was very good with us arranged everything on time gave us a good room to stay made sure privacy is maintained and got no prob with the stay make sure to meet him everytime you stay

They are very dirty*** ****No proper maintenance**** ***They put up their room costs as 3 digits in online booking websites and while checking in, they say that "we are not providing rooms for that cost. You need to pay double the amount"*** ***Even if you pay the double amount, the stay is not worth the money***** There are many hotels nearby cheaper and way better than this place. Please avoid this place.

Stayed at this hotel and am very happy with it. Last night at 2 o'clock I called the manager that water was not available. He fixed it right away with a smile saying that he will come in five minutes. This hotel is a very good place to stay

Very bad rooms, i had pid 7000 thousand for two night stay in a family room. before booking they sent room video but actually they shoot only best portion of the room except roof and bathroom roof.. In real the room which i stayed is leaking and during the whole stay the water coming to the floor.. The room looks going to collapse soon.only ac working, drainage smell is always in the bathroom, no good staff, manager, front office staff there,only two lungi weared guys there and always cigarette smell around the rooms,only few rooms there, please please don't book through looking the rating 4 Star rating they made themselves... People will not give if they stay in this hotel.. Not recommended for family and others who expecting good hygiene rooms... They take booking through phone and will not give u the bill even if you request.... Till now i didn't got my room bill please don't go to this hotel

The rooms were excellent. Very friendly staff and receptionist. Ideal location for students who come for US Visa processing as the place is just 700 meters from the consulate.

If there was an option not to give any stars i would have. The hotel is really pathetic and staff is unprofessional and one of them was sleeping in the room, we were allotted. This place is not worth the money and it's better to sleep in the streets than here. The staffs were really unprofessional and the bathroom neither had a glass to the window nor were those covered properly. Please don't fall for the positive reviews over here, like i fell for it.

The location was ideal. Everything was within walking distnce. The lake, restaurants, entertainment. EVERYTHING!! The atmosphere was so welcoming and peaceful. The check in procedures were thorough and easy to understand. With the additional comfort of a staff on hand to help if needed. Extending my stay was so effortless and straightforward. I couldn't have asked for a better first The shared amenities were at all times accessible and ever so spotless.. And perfect place, amazing stuff !! And i planned my husband's birthday with them as surprise.They did it better than I expected. Thank u so much team... And i strongly recommend to this residency.
