I am giving this review after 6 months. 6months ago me and my wife got blessed with a cute girl child(Maanvi)under the supervision of Dr.Sugandhapriya & Dr. Manimaran. Although I belong to West Bengal but but we didn’t face any problem in interacting with doctors. I am really thankful to both of them for guidance during pregnancy and care to my wife and new born baby. Another thing is that there is very much clarity in billing. I didnt find any discrepancies. Both the doctors also give reply to any queries through call as well as Watsapp when asked day and night. Dr. Suganthpriya consultation is far good. But the receptionist and staffs working in this hospital have worst behavior. They even not following the appointment order, not send who are all close to them. Everytime tooks nearly 6 hrs waiting time. Even the appointment order is below 20. Staffs are worst worst worst......

Dr Sugandhi Priyamam delivered me caesarean section, I came home 2 days after delivery, 8 months so far I have not had any problem,, Dr Manimaran sir, we like the care you have taken for my daughter, even if my daughter has a minor problem, Dr sir is always available for a phone call, care and medicine. Asked for an appointment 2 days before itself, they gave an appointment at 3.30pm on Monday, but we went there by 3.55 pm, receptionist asked us to wait for a few minutes, we waited for more than an a hour, my wife keep on asking for our turn, but she asked us to wait and everyone went and when we asked about this, she told that "you have an appointment at 12.30 pm but u came at this time", but they gave the appointment at 3.30 pm only, they changed everything in the note they maintained, as we have so many expectations by seeing positive reviews, this lie and the behaviour of the receptionist shattered us, so we gave up and we left there by 5.30 pm without seeing the doctor.

Not punctality .. Timing not keep up properly .. They keep to wait for 1hrs to 2hrs and after we can consult doctor . this is too much ..

I have admitted my baby for viral fever in that hospital. A doctors took good care of my baby. Thank you for that. But only one negative housekeeping staff not cleaned a restroom 🚻 properly . I suffered with bad smell in my baby ward. This is my request kindly maintain a washroom clean .
