Divya, who is the owner and the store in-charge, is extremely well-versed in the subject matter and goes out of the way to ensure that the customers make informed decisions. I can vouch that this trait shall not be found in any other top jewellery store in Chennai. Most stores in Chennai, including a few other Carat Lane outlets, are just not bothered about exhibiting any kind of transparency or credibility. To anyone looking for solitaire ornaments, don’t waste your time by going to any store other than Carat Lane stores. But going to a Carat Lane store is not enough - you would have to be in luck to encounter an attendant who is really interested in helping you. If you don’t want to try your luck in that aspect, then this Carat Lane store is where you should head to.

The genuine effort to give you the best possible options , Dhivya made it a breeze , I had an issue with a pendent , she gave suggestions and helped fix it with new chain in 2 days , I can’t thank her enough for this . The cost was so less. Over all it was an amazing experience.

Brilliant service by Narendran, patient and friendly. The product which was not available at store was delivered to home address the very next day. Beautiful and affordable collection. The kids play section definitely helped us by keeping the kiddo busy. All the best team 👍

Good service by the employees and they have lot of collections than the other branches. There was a slight delay in exchange process but then everything is good. They have kids play area especially which is really good. Billing process and briefing about the total cost is excellent.
