The service is very good and the place is clean but the haircut can be a hit or miss experience, depending on which stylist is available and how he cuts on that particular day. Today, unfortunately was a 'miss' as the stylist cut my son's hair very unevenly and then claimed that it is due to the shape of the scalp (never had this problem in the ~100 haircuts he'd have had until now!) Also, the haircut is supposed to include a hair wash but they don't do it unless you ask for it. Today was one of those days.

Amazing experience at this salon. Very clean, and the staff are very friendly towards customers. I personally recommend Mr Harish who used the hair trimmer very skillfully and gave me an excellent haircut.

Poor customer service at reception, chatting among themselves with utter disregard for waiting customer, despite no male customer for haircut the service personal excusing among themselves in front of waiting customer Humiliating experience, hope the service is not charity, it's paid & customer gets moked for patronage

Service unmatchable!! The franchise partner of the branch Ms. Swathi is so friendly and helping. My friend and family landed in chennai from the USA around 10pm and they had an early mng travel schedule to their hometown. They wanted some hair services to be done. Ms. Swathi asked 3 of her staffs to stay back just for them and they gave an amazing service at a very nominal rate. She didn’t even charge them extra for the odd hour. Thank you Ms. Swathi! Very bad experience at Naturals, Alwarpet.. Called yesterday for appointment.. They gave at 11.30am today.. waited for more than 30 mins at salon today.. no response from the team.. very irresponsible answers... Kindly take action, else you will lose the valuable costumers..
